ECONO Sewer And Drain

I called this company to jet my sewer line, they did it and damaged my sewer tile in the process...the jetting only lasted 7 months and I called them back, this time they rodded it, at additional cost of 335.00, then sent a camera to check the line, and that is when the damaged was exposed. If you have this company do your work, make them send the camera down the sewer line BEFORE AND AFTER they perform the work because they will deny any damage that they caused. I called this company because of a referral that they were Christians...God sees all!

Called Weds morning and David and Kori were there by noon. They hydro jetted the corrugated drainage pipe from the source to the end and then backwards again to remove the obstruction. Free flow of water was quickly restored. They also jetted a second line from the drain site backwards and the return of that one was clear water as well. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Promptness of service, very professional work ethic with great success, and very reasonable cost. Better yet they let this old Do it yourselfer watch and answered all my questions about what was going on. Anyone who needs sewer or other drain lines cleaned or worked on should call Econo Sewer and Drain.

Called Econo on a Thursday and they were able to come out Friday morning. They showed up on time. The two gentlemen that were there for the service were very friendly. Showed them the line, they went to work and were able to clear it in less then 30 minutes.

Very prompt and came on a sudden call. They were very professional and I was very satisfied.

Great experience, prompt arrival on a Saturday. The drain happened to clog again 6 days later and they fixed it again for free. Adam was great and very professional.

I've had this service conducted by others more often than I'd like to admit. This was the best, most thorough and quality job I've ever had. Immediate response. Took time to properly assess the issue and has the best/right equipment for the job. I would describe other services as being half assed. This was done right, done quickly and done as thoroughly as could be.

This is my second service call and my second review of ECONO Sewer and Drain. As with the first time their response to my problem was surprisingly fast. This time Adam showed up with a big friendly attitude and ready to go to work. I will skip all the intermediate details and say the Company should be proud to have this employee to represent them. My problem took a bit over an hour to resolve but in the end Adam with sweat dripping from his brow and a fair amount of heavy breathing succeeded with the task at hand. ECONO remains on my speed dial!

Had a leak in my living room ceiling and realized I had drain problems. Called and talked to Charlie at Econo and explained my problem. They already had a full schedule for first thing the next morning but would have someone out about 930. Charlie called me right before David arrived and he got right to work identifying the problem. David ended up snaking out 75' of cable with a 6" cutter. Very professional and very courteous. Everything was done efficiently and at a fair price considering the short notice request. If I have any future problems like that, Charlie will be my first call!! Outstanding work and customer service!

Great Called Kenosha Plumbing and they could not fix problem. They recommend Econo and their tech called Econo and discussed the problem with them. Enoch rep called us within an hour and an appointment was set up for the next day. Tech was on time, very knowledgeable and friendly. Within a short time had the drain unplugged and charged us a reasonable fee. He also ran a t v camera all the way to the street to see if there were other possible problems. I would highly recommend this company.

Very well. Placed a call and within 20 minutes they were on site. Serviceman put on booties when coming into the house to keep my floor clean, Very nice touch. Professional and courteous. Would recommend them for any plumbing service.

They were very professional. Too their shoes off (carpet); analyzed the situation; came up with a plan of attack and an estimate; got it done and cleaned up before leaving.

They arrived almost immediately after my call, even though it wasn't an emergency. Service was efficient and polite, and they clearly explained what they'd do, possible reasons why it might go wrong, and suggestions for future upgrades (I asked for their advice). The cost was less than I expected. Will definitely hire them again if we ever need it!

Chose ECONO due to its Angie's List rating. Technician was available same day and successfully opened the drain in short order. Very professional and quick. Was originially invoiced for much more, but I sent an email explaining that I was disappointed in the amount charged, since I had already dismantled the plumbing, drained the sink and all was open to the technician. I got a quick call back from Charlie, explaining that the technician generally selects a service from a list for the charge and that the bill auto-populates. Given the circumstances, he agreed with me that a discount was appropriate and sent a check for the difference right away. I received it about a week later. They did a great job! Once I called they arrived a few hours later. They had the problem solved in about an hour.

Adam and Dave showed up first thing in the morning, used their camera to find the roots and went to work to get them cut and my drain cleared. They were very professional and very nice. Explained what they were doing and made sure all of my drains were clear before they left. Would recommend them to anyone.

Not that anyone ever wants to talk about clogged drains, but I have to tell you how awesome the service from ECONO Sewer and Drain is. Our washing machine was backing up into the basement as it was overflowing our floor drain. Econo was fast, super professional, kept everything clean and problem solved under 2 hours! We are really happy with the truly great service that we received from Charlie and the tech, just when you start to think good service providers didn't exist anymore! Thanks ECONO - your the best!

They showed up on time, checked it out, turns out it just needed a little more plumbers tape and putty and he tightened it back up and it is as good as new now.
