Description of Work: They painted my garage and some the window trim |on my home, which I've |lovingly cared for 42 yrs. Also, the house shutters were spray painted and garage rain gutters replaced by a contractor the main painter knew. | |I liked the Certa Pro people and believed I was going to get the "excellent" results I was promised and was willing to pay for. The end results on the garage, back door step (also painted), and a back stoop |post with rotted wood replaced and painted were not the quality I expected, and I told this to the main contractor and Certa Pro |sales overseer. They said they would return in the spring to improve upon the work because they both saw and acknowledged the trouble. |I have received a phone call but am waiting for the painters to return. I am a retired educator and worked in a college for many years that trained all employees in quality and high level customer service. I see paint jobs on homes and garages all the time and am so very disappointed with the results I got for the high fee I paid. I trusted the people and hope they make "good" and return to do the job right. I do believe their intentions were what they had told me initially. I truly don't know what happened.

Description of Work: Through some miscommunication, the final bill came to more than double the original bill.

Description of Work: I hired them to do both inside and outside painting. The contact person pretty much contacted me when he was supposed to but the painters were often late or they did not show up at all. They did not call to let me know they were not coming or that they would be late. There were two times that they did not come at all on the day they were supposed to. | |The painters left their garbage stuffed in both my garbage and recycling bins. After a call they did come and remove most of the garbage but they left both bins spattered with paint both inside and out. Most of the outside has been cleaned but the insides still has a lot of paint in them, I have called and emailed to try to get this resolved but have not received satisfaction. This was my first experience with Angie's List. I hope that things improve with future contacts.
