I cannot be more pleased with the quality of work done by Josh and his team. We just purchased a loft condo where the previous owner painted each wall different colors. Though that worked for their lifestyle, I wanted things a bit more subdued. Matt was very kind and helpful in making a color choice. Josh and his team were able to start much sooner then originally planned for so they were in the middle of painting on the same day we scheduled movers. They had things at a point were the movers could move in our large items and they very adeptly moved around everything. This was a very difficult job due to the need to paint the ceiling and it was completed in a week as promised. We were in and out of the loft many times and I was very comfortable leaving our home in their hands. I have to say I missed the team on Saturday as it was our first day without them in our home. I was also impressed that Mario came back on Monday to any touch-ups. A great experience and I would highly recommend Josh and CertaPro based on my experience with them. I was also impressed with the follow-up by the central office and Matt the salesman.

I did not hire. They responded promptly to request for an estimate. I thought the cost was excessive.

I highly recommend Certapro painting for any of your painting needs! When I called to have a few rooms painted I received acknowledgement immediately and painters were on the job shortly after! Not only that, I changed my mind on the paint color after the first day and Certapro was able to change the color by the next morning and hardly lost any time in the process. The job was done quickly and meticulously. I couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely use Certapro for paint jobs in the future!

The subcontractors were very professional and did a terrific job of painting over some really dark colors. Everything was taped and covered so that there was no chance of getting spills or droplets of paint on the floor or cabinets. Very happy with the service provided. Fast and efficient, allowing us to enjoy the new paint before the holidays!

Extremely professional, from the superior quoting experience to the final clean up. Loved that Neil and Jason came to estimate our job...on time, quick, had the printed detailed quote in my hands within 45 minutes. Waited for other painters to show up to quote, they were late, didn't get me quote for several days, had to beg them for details. Other quotes were for less money, but since the quoting experience was so lame, I didn't trust them to do a good job painting my house. Glad I went with certapro....I had no concerns, and would certainly work with them again.

I just thought they were a little too high, so we painted it ourselves. I called other companies too that weren't on Angie's List and at least I got an appointment, where other people never even called back.

We were very satisfied with the paint crew's work--efficient, careful, and thorough. Excellent cleanup and a minimum of disruption to our daily routine. The trim now looks great and the the necessary new caulking very well done. We were kept informed daily about the painters' progress and their plans for the following day. Plus, Jeff and his crew were always pleasant and good natured, nice to have around.

Good experience. Very professional - not the cheapest, but very transparent on pricing and services provided. Was very helpful when I wanted to paint standalone garage myself to reduce costs ...even provided me with his painter's discount for the garage.

We were in a bind, as our prior painter canceled at the last minute. The person I spoke with was professional, but he was not the painter. Overall, the work was completed in one day. The front wooden door was fine. The other two doors do not look at all like the originals. We understood they would not have the luster of a factory door, but they looked worse than we expected. There was paint on the hardware (it should have been removed first). Finally, at the end of the project, the painter simply dumped the extra paint on the ground in our yard (in the mulch area).

Completed painting as promised. Next day paint began to bubble- called Neil - It was repaired next day problem returned called Neil told painters would repair - called 4 or 5 times. still not done.

The workers were prompt and very courteous. They made sure they covered everything that could get splattered with paint. They worked quickly and quietly. They ensured that everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. I'm thrilled with the quality of work that was performed, the results were perfect. I have referred several people the use CertaPro for their painting needs. We will be using them again in the very near future for the interior painting of our garage. We were very impressed.

Jason discussed the job with us thoroughly before we signed the contract. The crew showed up on time and did the job as we had agreed. No surprises - that's good. Cost ran a little higher than expected because they had a hard time getting some wall paper off the walls, but we had discussed that ahead of time too. We talked to other one-man shops before going with CertaPro. CertaPro was more organized and had insurance, which was important to us.

Overall pleased with the experience and the finished job. Met the painter at a home show and his bid was competitive with others that we had come in. Overall job was very nicely done and when we found a couple of places that needed a touch up his people were here within a couple of days.

They were just fine. They were on time, they were clean, and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a good job. I did not use them again and I just found a couple of other painters and I think that they were may be little bit less in price. They were very responsive and they came right away and I got an estimate right away. The guy that did the estimate was very professional, the rest of the guys were little Hispanic that I didn't couldn't really communicate with. I would not use them again, I think I have just been happier using people who do this on their own that I have other recommendations from. It is just not that I was disappointed with them.

Christalan did a walk through, I wanted to be away for the entire project. It was completed to my satisfaction when I returned chris did a final walk through with me. Great service!

It was excellent. They were very good. They were very detailed oriented and helpful when it came to product selections, colors nd complimentary colors. They were very professional and they had a very professional appearance to them. I felt safe and secure knowing that somone random wasn't coming into my house to paint. They cleaned up after themselves. They did everything a home owner likes. They also had to do patching like nail holes and things; they did excellent. I would use them again in the future.

On Labor Day, the doorbell rang and a young lady asked if we would like a free estimate on house painting. To my surprise, I said "yes." She added our name and phone number to a list and said we would receive a phone call. She left a Certa Pro brochure with us. Several days later, we received a call from Neil Covaleski, owner of the local franchise, and we set up time to meet. Neil arrived promptly. We walked around the structures to be painted. Neil pointed out two areas of rotted wood on our old summer cottage which would need to be replaced. He said his people could handle the simple replacement of a board but we agreed that this required a professional carpenter. We definitely wanted our old summer cottage to be painted. We were also considering painting my husband's studio and a storage shed - depending on the cost. Also to be decided was a choice of one coat of paint or two. Neil made measurements and disappeared into his van. Some 15 minutes later, he appeared with a printed estimate including each option estimated separately. We agreed to cconsider the possibilities and call him. His estimates appeared reasonable and we decided to do all three structures with two coats of paint. We decided to omit cottage windows with small panes of glass which would have to be done entirely by hand and far exceeded our budget. After the carpentry repairs had been made on the cottage, we called Neil and agreed on a date to start the job. Matt and Lonnie appeared on the appointed day. Matt and I walked around the cottage and I pointed out a fragile leaded window which could not be pressure washed. Also, many of the cottage windows were not water tight and water could get in between the window frame and sill. Matt said they would take special care when pressure washing those areas - which they did. Matt and Lonnie arrived promptly each day and worked steadily and quietly. We appreicated the fact that neither of them smoked and there were no radios playing. Neil stopped by one morning to see how they were progressing and to see if we had any questions - also appreciated. At the end, Matt and I walked around each structure. They'd done an excellent job.

Overall went well. Neil was very professional during the quoting phase and provided me with the firm quote on the same visit. He made it a point to understand my concerns and worked to resolve them. He then kept me informed on when the crew would be there up until the crew started and Avery (crew leader) kept me informed on where they were at and where they would be next. They told me a week and it took a week. At the end of the job they made it a point to walk the house with me and confirm I was happy. Will definitely return when I need to have the house painted in the future.
