All Clean DRY Carpet Cleaners

It went great, they did a good job and the carpets dried quickly. They even cleaned the entry ways into the bedrooms for us. Would definitely use them again.

It went well. Mike was great to work with! We did notice after the cleaning that one spot remained on one of the sofa cushions. Not sure if it was missed (it was one of many spots pointed out) or just wouldn't come out.

I have had “All Clean” clean my carpets before and have always been happy with their service. This times was also very good, my carpets are very clean and were completely, dry in 2 hours.

The scheduling process was simple and I got an appointment on the day I wished when calling less than a week in advance. Mike cleaned my carpets and sofas. He explained his process to me before beginning. He color-tested his product on an inconspicuous area on my sofa and let it remain for over an hour before proceeding with that cleaning, to ensure he didn't stain the sofa with his product. All of the spots on the carpet were removed and DIDN'T COME BACK (they had come back when I had the same spots on the same carpets in the past). My sofas have not been cleaned in their lifetime (more than 20 years) and they look like NEW! I am extremely pleased with the service and the individuals with whom I interacted, and will definitely use them again the next time I need these services.

I was so impressed by the job done at my house! The cleaner even used a black light to make sure all irons stains were taken care of. My carpeting is 13 years old and looks new. I have them professionally cleaned by a different company before but will use this company only in the future. I wanted an area rug cleaned, but he was honest with me, after doing a small testing area, and told me the red could bleed onto other colors. I appreciate his honesty and not the rush to get business. I felt he was very honest and respectable.

They got us in with very short notice. They were very knowledgeable and explained the entire process. They did a wonderful job, carpets turned but beautiful!

I sent an email Sunday night and Monday morning a person e-mailed me back and asked when was a good time to call. Gave her a time to call & she called at the appointed time. She asked what was needed cleaned, gave me price & schedule appt. time. The guy arrived right on time. It took him 2 ½ hours & he did a great job. He was friendly & professional. Next time will have them clean upholstery.

My appointment was set for 2 - ish as Mike was coming from another job in Mequon and Leslie and I were unsure how long it would take him to travel to my home, depending on traffic. Leslie called at 2 : 20 to say Mike was just leaving. He arrived about 3 :00. He was very professional yet friendly. He even reassured me he could get some stains out that I didn't think were possible to remove. Results were fantastic. My family is even so pleased. can't wait to have my sofa & chairs cleaned by them when it's time!

We have had our carpets cleaned by All Clean once a year for the past three years and have been very pleased with the service! Leslie, who sets up the appointments and Mike who does the carpet cleaning are both very friendly and accommodating. They use a "dry" carpet cleaning process. I like this process better than previous methods that we have used for cleaning our carpets. It seems to hold up better and wear longer. I have been quite happy with All Clean's work and the positive and personal approach they take.

We had a fantastic experience. Although we had scheduled for a specific time we received a phone call letting us know they were running late. This was due to some jobs being extra dirty. I found this to be refreshing and appreciated that they would call. I also like that they did not compromise the quality of the job just to finish. When they arrived they introduced themselves. Very professional. Then we walked the house, noting the trouble spots. They explained the process. How they would treat the trouble spots. Then they got to work. The end result was amazing. it brought the carpets back to life. Incredible. They were courtious and professional the entire time. We are grateful we used them and would use them again.

Excellent. I especially like the dryer technique that All Clean uses compared to steam cleaning. Our carpets were completely dry in 3-4 hours with a very good result. We've used them before and will use them again.

Everything went great. The carpets came out much cleaner than I thought. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us great advice. We just bought our house and the carpet is older but in good shape, I'm glad I didn't spend the money on replacing it.

Very easy to work with and schedule. Friendly, cooperative, understanding. While we had scheduled only the living area and stairs, we also had a bedroom carpet cleaned for free when we asked on the spot. The man cleaning the carpets could not have been nicer or more professional. He explained each step, what we should do after he left and the next day. The carpets look wonderful - almost brand new again. This type of carpet cleaning is just so, so much better than when we have had others come in with gallons of water.
