This is our third time using All Clean and we are always very satisfied. Arrival time is prompt, the process is explained in detail and work is completed quickly and efficiently by the same gentleman each time. Carpets always smell fresh and are clean after work is complete. Because of the process used by this company, the time for carpets to dry is minimal: 4 hours for most areas, a bit more where there were heavier stains and dirt to be removed. Always a pleasant experience with All Clean!

I was very pleased with the work. The owner explained the process, did the work quickly, and was very personable. Best of all, the carpets were dry almost immediately.

Scheduled only a few days in advance. Mike arrived on-time, inspected the areas and rugs to be cleaned and briefed us on the process (very little water!) and areas needing special attention. He helped us move some furniture and prep the area. The treatment left carpets nicely clean, nearly dry and with a fresh odor. We were able to use the carpets again in about 2 hours. Mike gave us tips on maintaining our carpets clean and extending their life. He also took our area rugs with him and returned them a few days later perfectly cleaned!

My carpeting is a very light color. I had my entire house cleaned and my family room 8x10 carpet. He did a great job. He actually came to my house again a week later after a glass of red wine was spilled. You can not even tell where the wine was spilled. I would definitely hire again. Really amazing. On time arrival, description of how the service works and starting the work right away. Minimal water used in the process, which I liked. They house did not smell “wet” at completion. And at the end of the process, I was encouraged to take a look. We chatted about a few stubborn stains (that I knew about) and care in the future for the quality of carpeting that I have. We've hired All-Clean before and were always pleased with the service and results. Today was no different! Mike is thorough, efficient, and professional. We appreciate the cleaning system he uses that leaves less water in the carpets so they dry sooner. Much better than having to wait 2-3 days for the carpets to dry!

I am new to Milwaukee so I was apprehensive about choosing a carpet cleaner. Leslie was very helpful with pricing and Mike who cleaned the carpets showed up right on time. He was very helpful and informative and did an excellent job! I am very happy with the result. I would definitely choose them again to clean my carpets.

All Clean cleaned 4 quite large rooms and lots of carpeted stairs.. The cleaning went very well. Mike was cheerful and courteous. We are very happy with the way our floors look. Being able to walk on the carpet within a couple hours is an added bonus. Mike made a good analysis of a problem area and provided advice to keep it looking good. He is obviously very knowledgeable about carpeting quality and care.

Mike was 10 minutes early, completed the cleaning professionally and answered all of our questions. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very personable. We will absolutely hire All Clean for our future carpet cleaning needs.
