All Clean DRY Carpet Cleaners

Scheduling was easy and Mike was able to do the job on the date I requested (about 10 days out). Mike was on time and walked through the house with me to assess what needed to be done and get some information on certain stains from me. He then went to work. The carpets look absolutely amazing and will lighten more as they dry. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely use them again in the future. I gave them my email and will expect a reminder to schedule a cleaning in a year.

Leslie, who answered the phone, was super helpful. She asked if I tried cleaning the sectional myself and gave suggestions as to how I could potentially get rid of the odor. I had already tried some things and told her I would continue trying. We scheduled an appointment in the meantime, which she said I could call to cancel if I was successful in my efforts. In the end I was able to eliminate some of the odor, but not able to completely get rid of it on my own, so I kept my appointment. Mike showed up on time and assessed the situation. He looked at the way the furniture was made, checked the fabric type, and had a tool that allowed him to determine where dog urine was still in the fabric. I could instantly tell he was an expert. After about an hour or so, Mike was all done. I really felt he went above and beyond what was required to meet my needs – and, ultimately, he helped save our sectional which is less than one year old.

Leslie was great to work with on the phone and Mike and his son did a great job cleaning a large amount of carpeting and a couch that needed a lot of care.

He was a little late but called to let me know, which I appreciated. Friendly and professional.

Furniture looks much better! The carpet looks fantastic. The owner completed the job and he was punctual, friendly, informative, accommodating and helpful. I had originally asked for just the carpets to be cleaned. When he got here I asked if he had time to do the furniture. He happily agreed to do it!

Mike is such a nice guy. We chatted while he worked and he asked about my Aunt whose carpet he cleaned years ago. I told her he inquired about her and she had All Clean out right away to do her carpet again. She was so happy and said that Mike is such a gentlemen. She enjoyed his visit too! Great job All Clean!

Good experience! He was friendly, prompt and explained everything well. Most of the carpet is pretty old so I wasn't expecting miracles, however the carpet looked better than I expected when he was done. Will recommend.

Leslie was prompt and courteous when scheduling the appointment, we did it all via email. Mike arrived on time and was most pleasant to work with. He made my 15 year old sofa look like new and removed all traces of our black labrador who loves to sit on it when we're not looking! Mike also cleaned two flights of stairs, our hallway, bedroom, basement, and a few area rugs. We're repeat customers and they've always exceeded our expectations. See you in 12 months! Fantastic. The dry method works well and the carpets still look wonderful over a week later. The carpet only stays wet for a couple of hours versus 24 hours with the wet method. Spots are not returning which I have had happen with other cleaning methods. My carpets were very dirty and they look like new! Thanks Leslie and Mike. They couldn't have been nicer and the scheduling was a piece of cake!

We've used All Clean several times and they do a great job! The carpet is like new, even got out a few stubborn stains and it dried in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend them! I wouldn't use anyone else.

They have been very good. I am hiring them again tomorrow. The price was the best part and the worst part was that they had to charge extra to do the couch.

They cleaned 3 rooms of 15 year old carpet. I wasn't expecting miracles, but it definitely looked good afterward! They got out all the spots, and the traffic patterns were lightened. I hired them again to do the upstairs.

Excellent job! Will definitely use again! Arrived and tested the carpet where the stains were and said I didn't need the more expensive pet treatment as I had properly cleaned up the messes/stains. Proceeded with the odor removing and cleaning treatment. Done within 1 hour...and can already tell the odor is gone from the house! So thankful!

Mike was very nice. He explained the process and we chatted while he cleaned my carpeting. Since he was done pretty quickly, he also did some area rugs for me. Scheduling was also easy. Email exchanged with Leslie and she did follow up the day before to make sure it was a still a good time. I work full time and have a newborn, so we needed a Saturday appointment and we were in no rush to get cleaned so we booked it out a month. I was happy Leslie followed up though to make sure we were still set. I would recommend this company and plan on getting my carpet cleaned yearly by them.

Mike arrived on time and was very courteous. I tried moving furniture but he told me to sit down because he moves furniture all the time. I am 75 years old. He went about his work with no problem. The carpet looked better than when it was installed two years ago. We are very happy with the cleaning that was done.

Leslie who you speak with on the phone to schedule with is friendly and polite. She was able to schedule us during a time that worked and was within a few days of the call. Mike was great at educating on the product they use and the benefits of the system. He was extremely thorough and did a great job. He is extremely personable as well. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of service. The "dry" system works well and dries as advertised in a few hours, even in the freezing temperatures here in Wisconsin in winter. Overall great experience and highly recommended!

Mike was extremely kind and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and the job was done as it was described. Unfortunately, with the amount of "accidents" our cat had and the number of times we tried to treat it ourselves, the concrete underneath the padding and carpet was also affected. So we're ending up having to replace everything. But, I don't think All Clean Dry Carpet Cleaners was the problem at all! They were great.

Hired to clean the carpets for an elderly friend. Contacting the office and making the arrangements was easy. Very understanding and accommodating. Good schedule availability. Technology is interesting. Arrived on time and treated customer and apartment with respect. Very efficient and professional. Carpet looked great! Told to pay after inspecting job and satisfied.

ALL CLEAN Dry Carpet Cleaner Mike was on time, did a fine job for fair compensation. We used to have wet carpet cleaning. Glad we switched. Wet carpet cleaning is as old fashioned now as beating the rugs outside used to be. Dry extraction is the way to go for us from now on. We were very pleased with the results of Mikes All Clean service. He was in and out in a fraction of the time compared to wet carpet cleaners and the results are better. Both times that Mike has cleaned our carpets we have been extremely satisfied. The carpets look like new after cleaning them. The added bonus is that they are only damp after cleaning versus very wet like most other places. Mike is extremely pleasant and professional. We will continue to use him for our annual or semi-annual cleaning. For the price, I will likely have him come 2x/year in the future as he is very fair in his pricing. Additionally, he was able to come out to clean in the same week we called. Excellent service and quality!
