All Clean DRY Carpet Cleaners

Overall I was pleased with the cleaning job. The carpet was completely dried in 1/2 the time of other providers. The only issue I had was there was some mix-up with the quote I was given over the phone vs. what the technician expected when he arrived. However, he was very kind and adjusted the payment to match the original quote. I was pleased with the cleaning and would use them again in the future.

Mike arrived right on time, explained the cleaning process, and finished in approximately one hour. I was very impressed with how courteous and professional he was, and also very happy with the short drying time. I am also very impressed with how thorough their service is - he left me with information on their company, information about carpet care, and a questionnaire to complete about the service he provided. Leslie, who was also wonderful to deal with, called me two days later to see if I was satisfied with the work and if I had any questions. All contractors and services could take a lesson from this company!

I called the company on Monday hoping my carpets could be cleaned within two weeks (before Thanksgiving). They were able to schedule me in on Thursday! I was told Mike would be here at approximately 12:30 - 12:45 pm, I received a call from the company telling me he was on his way at 12:20 and he was at the door at 12:30. He took a look at all the carpets and several stains made by some construction work and our dog and discussed the possibility they may not be completely removed. After his thorough cleaning and spot cleaning as well, everything was clean, all the spots were gone, the carpets smelled wonderful and were dry within the hour. Mike put a special solution on the dining room area rug to detract the dog from the rug and suggested we not move the furniture back in there until the next morning. The carpets in all the rooms look brand new and we couldn't be more pleased!

Mike arrived right on time, asked questions to know where to give extra attention to cleaning. Did the cleaning thoroughly and afterwards gave detailed instructions on when to put furniture back. I have used this company before and like the way the carpet is dry fairly soon afterwards.

Done well with a few spots I thought may not come out and did. Our carpet was very dirty in some track patterns and all was cleaned throughly. The carpet did take a few hours longer to dry than I was told and what was indicated on the website. But still not nearly as WET when I've used other types of carpet leaning systems.

I am very pleased with the results. The carpeting is quite old and hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile-now it looks practically brand new. Leslie was very polite and informative when answering the phone to schedule an appointment. Mike was very friendly and professional. He showed up on time, answered my questions, and explained what he would be doing. The whole process was complete in less than an hour and my carpets were dry about 2 hours after he was finished. I will definitely call them again for future carpet cleaning needs.

I was very happy with the service we received from All Clean. The technician that we had (Mike) was very friendly, thorough and explained the process very well. He showed up right on time and all the work was done in about an hour. I was very surprised at a few old stains that he got out that were there when we moved in a few months ago.

Excellent job! We have light beige colored carpeting throughout our home, which, thanks to our two young children and two cats, had become quite dirty, despite our only living there for 6 months. Also, our cats had urinated on the carpet in the dining room, and since we couldn't completely get the smell out, they kept returning. These guys did a great job, they got all of the dirt out and made the carpets look brand new. Even some spots they thought they might not get out (for example, a couple drips of spilled coffee and some dark purple eyeshadow my kids ground into the carpet) were gone. They even cleaned a large area rug in our foyer for free. I fully expected to pay for two or three rooms just for our bedroom and walk-in closet, because they're huge, but they only charged us for one room, which was very generous. They were able to virtually eliminate the cat urine smell from the dining room (I can still smell it a bit, but no one else can). They were very professional and worked quickly. Best of all, because they used a dry-cleaning process, the carpets dried within an hour or two, and we didn't have that icky, wet carpet smell. We plan on having them back every 6 months or so for maintenance.

This was the first time I had used their services. It went well. He came out and he used his machine to wash them and he did a good job. He was very pleasant and I had no problems.

It was a very quick transaction. I hired them and within a week the work was done. The carpets seemed clean and they ever got out some stains.

We received great service from this company. They got us in within a week, were very professional and friendly on the phone and at our house, and called back to make sure we were satisfied with the job. We had 2 rooms, a hallway and a large couch cleaned. The tech was wonderful, explaining the process, asking specific questions about some of the stains, and was so positive to interact with.

They arrived on time, explained everything fully, and started working immediately. My son likes to sleep on our couch which causes the body oils to build up. They cleaned it slowly and thoroughly. It dried quickly. We were very pleased with the result.

Mike was right on time. He was courteous and professional. He explained in detail how he would clean the carpets as well as the differences between his system and steam cleaners. He also told me what to expect from stain removal, drying time and vacuuming afterwards. It took roughly 2 hours and the carpet looked like new! I am VERY pleased with the work he did! I had to leave before he was done, so he just left the bill in the mailbox and locked up when he was done. I will use this company again!

Our son works in the flooring industry and does not approve of steam cleaning carpets (ruins backing). Thus we have been hesitant to clean our carpets. I saw All Clean on Angie's List. On checking it appeared that their process was different. We called All Clean and Mike (our technician) came out and did a free audit, explained the process used, offered suggestions and gave us an estimate. Our son confirmed that this was the best way to go. We scheduled the appointment and Mike returned. He cleaned the rooms and did an outstanding job. Only surprise (not to my wife) was the candle wax stain. The estimated price was adjusted to cover the wax removal which we were happy to pay, as the stain was completely removed. The carpets looked great my wife was thoroughly pleased. Mike was professional and pleasant. He worked quickly and we were back in business with dry carpets by early afternoon.

The service was fabulous! We have pets and the carpets were dirty and stained. The technician was able to get all the stains out and the carpets look like new. One of the great parts is that the carpets only took an hour to dry so there wasn't that messy wetness afterwards. I would highly recommend this company to everyone as they are the best I have ever used.

Everything was great. Both of the workers (they both were named Mike!) were very professional and courteous. They spent extra time on a glue spill in my daughter's room. I would definitely use them again and would also recommend them to my friends.

I was very pleased with them. They were good in every respect: they were on time, they were quick with the work, their pricing was reasonable, and they were a pleasure to work with.

This was a very difficult job because the carpet was bordered in a dark color which was not color fast and was likely to bleed onto the white carpet. Mike did the border on the stairs and the hallway on his hands and knees with a small wand to prevent any color bleeding. The carpet had some stains, the upholstery had a few as well and the results were impressive. Everything look fabulous. The providers were prompt, professional and experts at what they do. They went above and beyond any expectations I had. I could not be happier with the results, the price and the entire experience.

This company did a very good job in cleaning the carpets. We had moved the furniture for them so that all was ready when they came. They offered a 10% discount because we had found them on Angie's List, but instead of giving us the discount they cleaned the stairs. I would have preferred the discount and felt that they should have given me the choose of what I wanted. We also had to clean up the vinyl floor where they had put their machines. It was quite messy when they left. The carpets were cleaned very good.

They were punctual, thorough and really helpful.

My experience was wonderful. My cleaner, Mike, arrived punctually and introduced himself. Mike went through every detail of what was going to happen before he did it. He asked permission to use my sink and to move my heavier furniture. He vacuumed first, even in places he did not have to clean. He brought me in during the process to show me what he had picked up. Then, he showed me the formula they use and then he cleaned my carpet. As he predicted, it did not take much more than an hour before it was dry. I was very pleased and will call them again.

I contacted them via email and they were quite responsive. They had someone come out to look at the furniture I was interested in cleaning and gave me an estimate on the spot. I was able to easily schedule an appointment the next week. Mike did a wonderful job and really treats the customer well. The team was very professional and efficient and got the job done faster than expected. This group really knows what customer service is all about and provide a great service. I would recommend them to anyone.

It dried very quickly (as advertised) so that the house was usable very soon after the cleaning was done. Determined date/time for cleaning via email. This communication was very convenient for me and Leslie replied very quickly and provided clear information, just as if I talked to her in person.
