All Clean DRY Carpet Cleaners

I first spoke to Leslie via telephone to discuss the services that I wanted performed. Leslie gave me a price and had explained the process by which they would clean rugs/carpets. On the day of service Mike and his son arrived on time and worked diligently until every carpet and wool rug looked perfect. They were professional, polite and eager to provide a satisfactory service. Mike spent extra time on playroom and the children's rugs. I was very pleased with the service performed. They also completed the work for exactly the price they had provided on the telephone during my initial call. There were no "upgrades" or "extras", as it was part of their regular service. It was quite convenient that the carpets were perfectly dry after one hour.

They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, and how they were going to do it. Work was done quickly and professionally. used very little water, carpets look great. I'm very happy with the work they did. I'll definitely ask them to come back

I called at 8 am to request a same-day cleaning for our basement carpet due to a pet accident. The person I spoke with was very helpful and told me the cleaners could arrive by 5:30 pm. I received a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival and was able to get home in plenty of time to let them in. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and fast. The whole cleaning took less than 30 minutes. I felt totally comfortable with the cost of the cleaning given the timely and quality service provided. I also liked that they used a mostly dry/enzyme method which takes much less time to dry than a steam clean and is safe for children/pets. I would recommend All Clean without hesitation.

The gentlemen from All Clean explained the process, very thoroughly. When I first called their office, the receptionist told me how the process works and what was going on. When the gentlemen came in, he gave me more details. He told me what to expect and what might not change because of the system he used on the different kinds of stains. He was very thorough about it. I was very pleased as the results turned out better than I had expected. It was really great. Their price was good too. I?d definitely use them again.

Coming into this area from out of state, Angie's List made it easy for us to research different companies to clean our carpeting. The reviews of ALL CLEAN persuaded us to use this particular company. they were great! We weren't able to be home but I asked them to let themselves in and lock up when they were done. They had no problem doing this and they called before they left to let me know how things went. From my scheduling phone call to the clean carpets and locked door upon arriving home, this company excelled in customer service. When I called I had a specific day in mind and they shuffled their schedules to accommodate me. Also, the carpets were dry when I got home a couple hours later, can't beat their method!!

We had to change the deliver instructions midstream and they were very flexible.

I was able to schedule an appointment in the time frame I needed and the company did a wonderful job. They explained what they were going to do and how their cleaning differs from using a "wet" type of carpet cleaning. The men were very professional and informative. My carpeting looks brand new again. It had been two years since the last cleaning. I would recommend this business and have shared their name with several of my co-workers. They get an "A" in my book.

After scheduling another well-rated Angie?s List member who did not show (they had ?emergency? calls and could not get to us; in spite of our appointment scheduled a week earlier), we called All Clean. They were able to get schedule us right away and within the time frame we needed. That day, they were running slightly behind and called me to let me know. I have lived in that house for 8 years and we never had it professionally cleaned. Therefore, in spite of a couple failed attempts we had with a consumer cleaner, it was extremely dirty. All Clean came in and did a great job. I had even seen Mike down on his hands and knees with the upholstery unit to try and get all the filth out of the area by the entry door. It is obvious that Mike is serious about ensuring his clients are happy; he even left us with a can of spot remover. In addition, they removed an ink mark and a several year old mysterious a black spot from the sofa. Had I known carpet cleaning was this quick, easy and cost effective, I would have hired them years ago!

I needed them to come to our new house asap and they responded quickly! Great people to work with, they did the job very quickly and the carpets looked great! I loved how they explained the process as well.

This was the only contractor who took time to come to our house for an estimate. The others provided estimates over the phone which could be changed depending on what they encountered. This firm uses a dry cleaning process which dries much quicker than steam or water based operations. We didn't have to wait for hours for the carpet to dry. The contractor arrived as scheduled and completed the work in an efficient and timely manner. We considered them very thorough. Plus they included the stairs to our lower level and some kitchen carpeting. Neither was included in the original estimate. Both people were very professional and the whole job was quicker and cleaner than the previous contractor. We especially liked the dry cleaning as opposed to steam cleaning. I will definitely hire them again in the future

Leslie, the woman that answers the phone, is such a friendly and professional person to talk with. She immediately wanted to help me get the carpets in my home cleaned! Mike and his son, Mike, came out, on time, and did a great job with my carpets. Mike is very professional, upbeat, takes his business seriously and wants to make sure that his clients are happy. All Clean is my carpet shampooing company of choice because number one -they are fair on the price, and number two -they do a good job cleaning.

It was an easy experience. The technique used to clean the carpets is a dry technique so I didn't have to worry about wet floors. Staff was professional and informative. Although I only had the stairs cleaned they did the upstairs landing for free. Great, easy experience.

I've used other companies in the past and the results with All Clean are far superior. The carpets look practically new, and I was very impressed with how quick the process was and how fast the carpets dried. With other cleanings the carpets took over 24 hours to dry.

STARTED ON TIME, FINISHED ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

All Clean did our carpets, couch, loveseat, club chair and ottoman. We have three labs who are spoiled rotten. They frequently "visit' us on the furniture. All Clean did a superior job with the furniture and our carpeting looks almost new; no traffic patterns! Everything dried within an hour or so and the place smells great. We used Stanley Steamer last year and we were satisfied, but All Clean was much better! The Cerras

The price was a little higher than other companies; however, they use a different process that uses significantly less water and dries much quicker. They also cleaned all of the throw pillows and include a stain treatment which I?ve heard other companies charge extra for. I would have ranked quality as an ?A? however, they could not get out a couple of stains in the dinning room chairs and a couple of stains were still slightly visible on the couches once everything dried. Overall everything turned out well and the tech that came to the house was very personable and hard working. In short, I would use them again when the furniture or carpet needs cleaning.

Mike arrived right on time. He did a great job and treated several different marks on the carpets. He was friendly and polite.

The cleaned carpeting looked wonderful and Mike told me that it would look even better when it was completely dry ? in about an hour ? and after the first vacuuming when the few remaining cleaning crystals (from the ?Crystal Magic? dry process he used) would come out of the carpeting. Mike asked if I was thoroughly happy with the look of the carpet and the job that he did and the over-all experience . . . and I said, ?Definitely.? As he was leaving to go on to another job, he left a folder containing ? among other information ? a gift of a hand sanitizer pocket sprayer, pen and magnet calendar, a copy of the bill, information about his cleaning process, Certificates for $10 off to give to anyone I might know who might be interested in their service, info on ?do?s and don?ts? on handling spills and an evaluation sheet to send to his company along with a self-addressed stamped envelope. I was REALLY IMPRESSED. WHO WOULDN?T BE???

It was a great experience from the initial phone call to the time the technician left my home. Leslie was able to give me the prices when I called to schedule the appointment, so I knew exactly how much I'd be charged - there were no "hidden" fees for deodorizing or for the cushions on the couch/chair. On the day of my appointment, Leslie phoned 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to let me know that the technician (Mike) was on his way, but would be 10-15 minutes late. I really appreciated this heads-up, many companies wouldn't bother to do this. Mike was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the drycleaning process worked and what I could expect. It had been 3 years since I had last had the couch and chair cleaned, I kept putting it off due to the long drying time. I previously had Stanley-Steemer clean the furniture and it took 3 days for it to dry and for us to be able to sit on it. Then I saw an advertisement and coupon for All Clean in the monthly Angie's List Magazine and decided to give them a try. I'll never have a regular cleaning company do my furniture or carpets again. The carpets were dry within an hour and the furniture within 2 hours. There was only 1 spot on the bedroom carpeting that took overnight to dry - this was because Mike had to really work on the area as it was very soiled (area immediately in front of the door entering the room). He explained to me that the carpeting may still look slightly dirty in this area, but showed me that it wasn't dirt (he had got all of the dirt out), but that the fibers of the carpeting had been worn/frayed due to the dirt and the constant traffic pattern. Mike said that this area should be vaccuumed more often than the rest of the room, due to the traffic and the fact that it was coming off of a hard floor surface in the hallway, so the carpeting picks up more dirt than usual. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and I will be recommending All Clean to my family & friends and I will definitely be using them in the future for all of my carpeting/furniture cleaning.

I was very pleased with the work. The results exceeded my expectations.The couch looks nearly brand new.It had been soiled from use by kids & pets. Mike was courteous & professional. The couch dried quickly. I would definately use them again.

It went well. He did come late, but I was at the end of the day so didn't see that as a major problem at all. I had just bought this home and wanted the carpet cleaned before I moved in, so there was no furniture that had to be dealt with. He worked quickly. I vacuumed the next day and absolutely nothing collected in my machine (the previous owner had several cats). It was a very nice feeling to know that I was walking on perfectly clean carpet with no remnant of the previous occupants (though they seemed to be very nice people :-) ).

It was excellent. From the initial telephone call, to the scheduling, to the cleaning and to the person who cleaned the carpets, they were prompt and courteous.

I got home from work to find our beloved dog had had a "code brown" emergency all over the carpeting upstairs. I used our own carpet deep cleaner, but the next day the smell was still overwhelming. We had company coming for Thanksgiving the next day, so I knew I needed professional help-FAST! I called All Clean, and the receptionist told me she would have the technician call me within a half hour. Five minutes later, my phone was ringing and I explained the situation to Mike. He told me he was on a job, but would be to our home in about an hour. Fifteen minutes later, the doorbell rang, and he got right to work. He explained what he was doing along the way, and even left us with some spray, should "the smell" return. It didn't! Mike was courteous, kind, funny, professional, and VERY good at what he does!! I have recommended them to other friends in the same situation.
