All Clean DRY Carpet Cleaners

I was very pleased with the results - the best outcome yet on my carpet (have had it 10+ years). Great job on the area rugs, too. They paid special attention, at my request, to many areas with spots from pets and were successful in all but two that were particularly badly soiled (it was a rough year for one of my cats, sigh). They were extremely thorough, very professional, pleasant and courteous. I loved that my carpets dried so quickly and the "brush" they used on the carpet gave a like-new appearance to my old carpet. Couldn't have been more happy.

I used them last year and I liked them so much I decided to go with them this year. Their service is still great; they cleaned 6 carpeted areas + the stairs. They use a steam/dry-cleaning type of product (it's dry within an hour) so if you have allergies there are no problems with fragrances or water getting caught under the carpet, which potentially could cause a mold problem in the future.

They were wonderful. The called right before they came assuring that they would be arriving on time. They did an excellent job and stayed until we were satisfied with our experience. I will use them again!!! I highly recommend them to others.

The team showed up on time and worked very hard for 3 1/2 hours. They applied spot cleaning where appropriate and enzyme to some pet stains at no extra charge. They went over some heavily soiled areas 2 and 3 times. There were no extra charges or treatments recommended during the visit as some carpet cleaners love to do. The price I paid was exactly what was quoted over the phone. My only concern is the "encapsulation" process they use. In this process, they lightly spray a chemical over the carpet and massage it into the fibers with a small machine. The "massage" machine collects pet hair and some large particles, but most of the dirt initially remains in the carpet. According to internet research I have done, the process breaks dirt loose from the fibers and surrounds (encapsulates) the dirt. When it dries, the encapsulated dirt particles are lifted from the carpet with a vacuum. The All Clean team did an initial vacuuming after the carpet dried, and I went over it several times in the next few days. For this process and the overall life of your carpet, I suggest you buy a high quality vacuum (check out Consumer Reports, rather than believe the advertising you see on TV). Somehow I get more satisfaction seeing the dirty water from a wet process poured down the drain, but that doesn't mean the wet process does a better job. Commercial "wet" cleaners often show up with a tank of water that has sometimes been used on another job. Are you cleaning a dirty carpet with dirty water? You just don't know what you're getting there. This process is listed as one of 5 recognized processes to properly clean carpets. The carpet definitely looked and smelled great after they finished. I found that All Clean's performance lived up to the high ratings that everyone has given prior to my comments. Due to the low price, I may do the process more often than once per year. I would highly recommend this company.

This is the fourth time I've used All Clean, and I have been very happy with the results. The cleaning itself is very thorough, and best of all, the carpet dries very quickly. My cat is responsible for most of the stains, and they manage to get them all out. In addition, Mike and Mike are friendly and very professional.

They did an excellent job. Went over the stairs 2 or 3 times. I have had the stairs cleaned professionally before. All Clean Carpet Cleaners did a far better job than the others.

As with the last time we hired this company, they were right on time. We had scheduled this appointment about one week in advance. With two young kids and three cats in the house, some of our carpets were quite in need of cleaning, including stain spots from spills, etc. Most if not all of the stains were removed, and the carpets were much cleaner overall. The drying time was fairly short, compared to other services we've used in the past.

They arrived on time and, in fact, called to see if they could come over earlier. I wasn't home yet, and said that it wouldn't be possible to come early, and they were just fine with that answer. When they got there, they introduced themselves and asked me to show them all of the carpets that needed to be cleaned and looked at each one critically. They pointed out areas of stain or dirt that I didn't even notice and told me how they would clean it and the likelihood of removing a stain. They were very honest about what they could and could not remove. They then proceded to explain the entire process. I then left and did not return until they were finished and gone. Except for a couple of small areas, the carpet was already dry. It looked wonderful and cleaner than I expected. They left very detailed notes about follow up care for my carpet and a note that they wanted to return to continue to work on a couple of stains. They left me a voice message and called to set up another appointment at MY convenience. They removed those stains that I thought were permanent. I am very impressed by the thoroughness and friendliness of this company. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I was getting a new sofa, there was a one day delay in the delivery of the new one so I called 'All Clean' in the morning to see if it was possible to get the family room carpet cleaned that day, after the old sofa was gone and before the new one arrived. They were very accommodating and came out that afternoon. I have used 'All Clean' in the past and like their method and service very much.

Arrived on time and introduced me to the process of cleaning. Stains and odors were removed with very thorough job done by Mike. 8 years of wear, actually improved "shape" and definite appearance of both pieces of furniture. Educated me on the process used to eliminate odors and "grease" dirt prior to beginning and during the cleaning. Reported his opinion of how cleaning went and how pieces should turn out after dry, very helpful, since upholstery was still damp when he left. Will definitely recommend this companies services to family and friends.

All Clean did a wonderful job! They moved furniture to clean under it, took extra care on noticeable spots and more worn areas. Mike and Mike were very nice, answered all of my questions and did a tremendous job. The carpets look so clean! The brushes they used were very soft and picked up enough cat fur off the carpet to make up another whole cat. The carpets were completely dry within an hour or less. I will definitely have them come back next year.

Service in all aspects was excellent and professional in every way. Carpets look like new.

My daughter took a red marker to the couch and I couldn't get it out so I called ALL CLEAN and they were over within 2 hours to get the stains out and clean our whole couch! Wonderful experience as always.

The e-mail communication helped me to understand the process and quote. They arrived on time, answered my questions and completed the planned work in a timely manner. The workers were friendly and competent. The carpet looked clean when they left. The bonus was that the carpet dried quickly and they cleaned various rugs in the house without additional charge. The only issue was that they called after leaving the house to say they missed a charge. Since the original charge and the additional charge equalled the estimate, I gladly paid the full price.

All-clean did a great job. Mike was friendly and enthusiastic and seemed very knowledgeably about the cleaning process. We have an unusual fabric on our couch and he was able to make it look brand new when other cleaning companies were hesitant to even clean it. He did the bottom cushions on the couch twice at no extra cost because they were filthy from our dogs. I think the price was very fair, especially for the quality.

Overall I was satified with their work

We received excellent service. The owner came to our condo and picked up 4 rugs and an upholstered chair for cleaning. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. The items were returned on the day he promsied them and they all look like new. I would highly recommend this company.

The service was quick and the results were sparkling! Can carpet sparkle? Not sure, but you get the idea. He was friendly and professional as well. Couldn't really ask for much more than that!
