Very friendly and prompt service ? I called on a Tuesday, and they came Saturday. They showed up early but called to alert us. Very professional and friendly. Would use again!

Great. Person who answered the phone as the owner was very personable and accomodating. Was able to have 2 man crew here in 2 days. Crew arrived about 1 hour late (due to traffic delays related to snow fall and more work than expected at prior job). Crew apologized and did not charge normal $40 fee for acid enzyme treatment of pet stains. Worked for several hours,were very personable and professional. Carpets look great. Would definately have tem back.

A cleaning appointment was scheduled within a week from the day I called. Mike and Mike were scheduled to come at 1 pm, but did not arrive until 1:40 - HOWEVER, the office called ahead of time to tell me that they were running late. Both men were pleasant and personable. They took the time to examine my rugs carefully and discuss in detail the type of cleaning product they used and how they would address the stains. They did state that the may not be able to get all stains out completely, but would try as best as they could. They worked for about an hour and the carpets looked fantastic at the end. They also smelled good - there was no strong chemical odor. Although they did not think they would be able to get all of the stains out - they did a remarkable job. The carpet looks better than it did when we moved in 1 1/2 years ago. The cost was consistent with the estimate I was given over the phone.

Great customer service. They had a little trouble finding our house, but called to explain they were running late. Carpets looked and smelled great. My two little boys even noticed!

Arrived on time, cleaned up the carpet from a bank owned foreclosure before we moved in... They showed us the pet stains with a black light that we would not have known was there

Both of the workers were friendly and professional. They worked effectively and explained procedures. They also put all furniture back in place.

Everyone at All-Clean is very friendly and polite. They were able to quickly fit us into their schedule and gave me advice about how to keep a hot chocolate stain from setting before they could get to our home. They were running late on the day they were scheduled to come, but did call and let me know that they were running behind. When they arrived, they were friendly and knowledgable. While they did a fantastic job removing the large stain and the dog smell, there were a few smaller stains that were missed. In fairness, I would do a better job marking them next time. Overall, we are very happy and would definitely use All Clean again.

Wonderful! We had used them in the past in an emergency situation (doggie accident - YUCK!) and were thrilled with their service. This time, we had moved out of town, and wanted to have our carpets cleaned before the new tenants moved into our home. We had already moved when we needed their service. They let themselves in, did a great job, and locked the house up after them. When the tenants moved in later in the week, they remarked that the house looked great, and that the carpets looked like new! We were impressed that even though they knew we would not be there to inspect the work, it was done promptly and professionally!

Their service is impeccable. I contacted them via email and worked with Leslie who is very responsive and detailed. She sent Mike over to our home for a quote at a time that was convenient for me. Mike gave our carpets a thorough inspection and a reasonable quote. Then I worked with Leslie, via email again, to set up a time the next week. It was all so easy. Mike and Mike showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment. Mike Sr. led the show. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He allowed me to ask a lot of questions and to point out my concerns again. They went to work right away and they were finished in ~1.5 hours. Best part of All Clean is that the carpets are not wet or toxic, so we could let our dog back into the house shortly after they left. The carpets look great. I would highly recommend All Clean. Also, Mike encouraged me to call anytime we have a question about a stain. He said that they would be happy to give free advice on stain removal. Not many people would offer that service!

Leslie at the office was very helpful and great at follow-up. Mike and Mike were on-time, quick and thorough. I love the drycleaning method - it dried so quickly and looks great.

We had a basement water issue on July 15th. All Clean Carpet Cleaners came out and cleaned our carpet on July 21st. On July 22nd, we got A LOT more water and then had to rip out our carpet and pad and throw out on the curb due to sewage coming up our drain from the storm. All Clean called on July 23rd to see if we were satisfied with their work. I told them what had happened and that we had to throw the carpet away. The person on the phone felt terrible and didn't really know what to say. Just this week, we got a letter in the mail....not a form letter, but a nice well thought out and considerate letter, explaining how bad they felt about what had happened and wanted to cheer us up. They sent us a couple movie tickets and snack coupons. Even more than the movie tickets, the note shows what a kind and considerate company All Clean is. We will definately use them again in the future.

Handled my concerns about particular stains.

The overall experience was very positive. Leslie was great to communicate with via email and she promptly responded to my questions, request for an estimate, and ultimately scheduling the appointment. When Mike and Mike came out on Saturday morning (They were actually early!), they worked quickly and were more than willing to go back and re-do areas that needed touch-up. The entire job took approximately 2.5 hours. They worked especially h****** some tough stains in my daughters' bedrooms and in the hallway. As promised, the carpets were dry 1-2 hours after they finished cleaning. I am very satisfied with the results and would definitely use their services in the future.

I was prepared to tear both carpets out but they now look and smell great! Mike said the quality of the carpet was good and they were just dirty -- any minor staining that was there is now gone. Mike was professional and arrived when he said he would both to estimate and clean the carpets. We will definitely use this company again.

Everything went well. When I called we set up a time for the cleaning. They were on time. There was one heavy piece of furniture that I could not remove but Mike and Mike helped me move it around while they cleaned around it. They explained how dry cleaning works versus conventional carpet cleaning. Since I only had one room they were done from start to finish in about a half hour. They do have a minimum trip charge so it was a bit hefty pricewise for one room. I have no other carpet in the house otherwise I would have had them clean that too. Mike (the owner) was very personable and conscientious. I would certainly use them again.

I am very pleased with All Clean and everything went extremely well! I called and set up the appointment with Mike's wife and Mike and his son Mike came out. They were very efficient and the system they used did not use a lot of water so the carpets were dry about sixty minutes after they left. I would definately use them again in the future. Mike Sr. is very consumer friendly and very economical compared to other services I have used in the past.. I like to support family business and will call All Clean again in the future.

Fantastic. Can't say enough about this company. I was a bit reluctant about the "chemical dry clean" as I had always used water/steam extraction in the past. However, they were very accomodating with their schedule and I was fortunate enough to get a specific time appointment on the same day that I called so I figured I'd give it a try. They arrived on time. The technicians, Mike and Mike, gave me a very detailed explanation of the process and what to expect. They were very friendly and professional. They really seemed to care and gave extraordinary attention to even the smallest spots and stains. They sprayed a liquid cleaner that had a subtle but pleasant "clean" odor on the carpets then worked through them with a machine I could best describe as a garden tiller for carpets. It was gentle yet it really seemed to work the cleaner deep into the fibers. It gave the carpet a finely combed look initially that was kind of cool (later gone with the vacuuming). The carpets were moist at this point but not soaked. There were a few small "fuzz b****" here and there at first. It reminded me a bit of dethatching a lawn. At this point they hand cleaned the tough spots with stain specific solutions. They then vacuumed the carpets. The were dry within an hour. Two of the carpets I thought were beyond salvation and I had planned on replacing them. However,I was having guests for the weekend I wanted to try to make them as presentable as possible. They are now better than they have been since they were almost new and I now plan to keep them. The entire process only took about three hours. Wow! Can't say enough. All this for a fraction of what traditional cleaners have been charging with way, way better results. Thanks for the referral Angies List! Simply outstanding!
