All Clean DRY Carpet Cleaners

All Clean arrived promptly on time and started right to work. They moved furniture, found the spots with throw-up residual and special treated them, recovered all of the hidden cat toys that were under furniture, tested the cleaning solution on the oriental rug before committing to clean it. They were very professional, quiet & very detailed oriented. It was a wonderful experience overall.

I called on a Monday morning and they were able to fit me into their schedule and complete the work by mid afternoon. The stains were removed including a few others from prior child and dog accidents.They were professional, explained everything they did and I will use them again as needed. They did a great job overall.

Last week I had my family room painted. I wanted to have the carpet cleaned after the painters left and while all the furniture was out of the room. I called All Clean and Leslie was able to schedule the cleaning for the next afternoon. She even reminded me that I had a referral discount coming from when I referred them to my friend last fall. Believe me, I would not have known this if she hadn’t told me; I definitely appreciated her honesty. Mike and Mike came to my house around 5:00 PM and they were there about 45 minutes. They cleaned the carpeting in the family room and the staircase/landing to my second floor. They were punctual, thorough and pleasant. My daughter had just returned from a high school trip to France and Spain, and Mike (senior) took the time to talk to her about her experiences. I have and will continue to recommend All Clean to others.

Mike and his associated arrived early for the appointment. We reviewed together the areas to be cleaned. I had moved most of the furniture. A few pieces were left in each room and they moved them to clean the area thoroughly. I had many spots in the carpet with a few made from paint drippings. All were cleaned. I was amazed at this process vs the old "Rug Doctor" approach which saturates the carpeting. I will continue to use this company. Best I have ever used and I have used several.

They called to let me know they were coming. They arrived just early enough to be extremely professional. They told me what they would be doing. They moved some furniture for me. They found spots I had not noticed. they cleaned the carpet and it looks brand new (it's 20 years old). and they left me a can of cleaner for dog stains for free. They were better than I could ask for.

They did a better job than any other vendor.

Upon arriving, Mike walked through the house to view the areas I wanted cleaned. He thoroughly explained their process and approx. how long the work would take. They cleaned 5 areas (living room, den, 3 bedrooms) plus stairs and hallway. Upon completion, Mike encouraged me to walk through the areas to inspect for spots. He answered a few questions I had about carpet maintenance and stain removal. The carpets were dry within 1-2 hours, and none of the pet stains I was worried about have returned. I was thoroughly pleased with the process and the end result.

A team of two guys arrived. They were quick and efficient. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service. Also, their price was about $35.00 cheaper than other companies.

The gentlemen were very courteous and did a nice job of explaining the process. The carpets were clean and dry within in few hours.

Arrived right exactly at the time promised. Mike and Mike were very friendly and efficient. Were completed in the estimated time provided over the phone. Carpets are now cleaner than when I moved in 4 years ago. I plan to have them come back again next year. Also, the price was competive and total was right what they estimated over the phone.

They use chemicals to clean and it's not a steam or wet clean. They were pretty reasonable and they gave us a discount. We had family coming in from out of town so they cleaned the family room, living room and the study and stairs and the hallway. They also did 3 bedrooms. The people who came out to do it were fabulous. The guys were great and very nice. They were prompt and did a great job. They had cleaned some stains that had been there for a long time. They did a wonderful job and the carpet was great. The best part was it wasn't wet. We have 3 kids and it's always a problem when we have it steam clean and it's wet. They say that it takes a few hours but it takes overnight and every place you walk, it wet. This was fantastic and we will us them again.

Overall it went great. They came on time and did a great job explaining the process.

Leslie was friendly and helpful on the phone. She followed up before the cleaning and afterwards. Mike and Mike were prompt and friendly and finished the job in the time frame described. The drying took a little longer than expected, but it was a humid day.

The basement carpet was very dirty. I was surprised and very happy when they were done it looked brand new.

They were quick, efficient and effective. My almost ten year old furniture looks absolutely amazing! When the carpeting dried there were a couple of stains that popped up. I have used them before. They use a dry cleaning method which I really like. They do an excellent job. They are here when they say they are going to be here. They are efficient and they get it done. They do a really good job. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

All Clean arrived right on time for the appointment and described what they were planning on doing before they actually did so. Carpet is and was an unforgiving off white color. With that said, it looked almost brand new when All Clean was done with it. Some small stains rose again after the drying, but when I called All Clean they were back the next day to get those stains out without hesitation. Friendly, fast and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use All Clean again. In fact, with this color carpet I know I will!

Initial telephone call was helpful, professional, and able to schedule within a week. Prompt arrival, professional, competent, efficient worker, informative.

It went very well. They were very professional and on time. They explained their cleaning process and cleaned it well. It is a lighter colored berber and I thought there was still a slight stain after they finished. This stain wasn't really evident until after the carpet dried as it wasn't a very dark stain. After calling and mentioning it, they came in again and recleaned it without hesitation. It was ultimately determined that the "stain" was actually a shadow on the carpet from the lighting and not an actual stain. However, they were very good about it and I would definitely use them again.

They were on time (to the minute), explained what would happen, moved furniture when necessary, cleaned the carpets and were on their way out the door one hour and ten minutes later. The fifteen-year-old carpet looks great.

I've had the same carpeting, nearly white in color "steam" cleaned twice a year for 19 years. The reason I contacted this company is that they advertised a "dry" cleaning of the carpeting. I did not want the carpeting steam cleaned for the following reasons. Steam cleaning generally involves a truck mounted cleaning unit with at least one very large hose and another smaller hose being dragged into the house from the truck. Not a big problem if the driveway is cleared of dirty snow, but IS a problem when the driveway is covered with dirty snow which will be dragged into the house via the hoses. Another reason I didn't want the carpeting steam cleaned is the need to keep your door open at least 3 inches to accommodate the large hose coming into the house. Again, not a big problem when it's spring, summer, or fall, but IS a big problem when it's 12 degrees and that air is coming into the house through the open door. That being said, I had no experience with "dry" cleaning carpeting. So even though I wanted the carpet dry cleaned, I had reservations. I was concerned the carpeting wasn't going to get cleaned as well as it does with steam cleaning; and further, I was worried about a sticky residue of chemicals left behind by the dry cleaning. Mike (the owner) explained that the chemicals used to clean the carpeting would not leave a sticky residue. Although the process is dry cleaning in that chemicals are used to clean the carpet fibers, there is a small percentage of water used when the chemicals are applied--but nowhere near the amount of water used in a steam cleaning process. The damp residue left in the carpet will dry to a crystal. When completely dry you vacuum up the crystals. It's nothing you can actually see, it's just something you do to remove the unseen crystals. The need to vacuum didn't matter to me since I always vacuum after the carpet dries after steam cleaning. Drying time varied. High traffic areas and dirty spots that required extra cleaning attention took longer--about 4 hours to dry in these areas. All other areas were dry in about 1 hour. This was great since I have pets and it is difficult to keep them off of newly cleaned carpeting. The carpeting looked great--cleaned to my high standard of clean. So, the bottom line is that I am a VERY satisfied and will use them again ("them" being Mike, the owner and his son, also named Mike) when I need to and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I enjoyed working with this family owned business. I actually got to talk to Mike's wife, Leslie when I made the appointment. That was so pleasant in today's "please leave a message" world. The work was scheduled within 1 week of my call. Mike and his son were prompt and professional. All in all a very pleasant experience.
