All Clean DRY Carpet Cleaners

This is a great company to do business with. From the start they were helpful and friendly. I was able to get an appointment scheduled via email, which was very convenient for me, and suprisingly, there was availability just one day before Thanksgiving! Email responses were prompt and friendly. Mike and Mike showed up at my house on time, and were expedient about explaining exactly what work they would do, asked questions about the environment in my house (we have two dogs) so they could best understand how to handle cleaning my house. They were timely in completin work while also being friendly and considerate of my home. Once the work was complete, they took the time to explain what I could expect regarding time for the carpet and the chair to dry, and when the odor from some of the cleaning items they used would disappear. And they were accurate in thier information. You used to walk into my living room and know that I had pets. Now, you cannot tell that I have two dogs and a cat living in my house. Thanks for a great job!

Mike & Mike cleaned carpets for us in 3 rooms + a hallway. We have young children and our carpets were heavily stained in high traffic areas. Now our carpets look great! We highly recommend All Clean- they exceeded our expectations!

The carpets were in pretty bad shape because the people who lived there prior had a dog and the dog had urinated on the carpets at least a few times. There was dog hair everywhere and it had a smell. I liked that they came in and completely explained what they could do. Also prior to what they did, they explained that some stains they would possibly be able to get for the most part but not entirely. There were areas that the tenants tried to clean that whitened the carpets. They said that there was nothing that they could do about that. They explained all that they could do and couldn’t do. It didn’t take them very long. I was very happy with the work. There was only one area that was actually a problem but it wasn’t a big problem at all.

we have 3 labradors and a giant cat, all of whom have had their way with the sofa. it's a microfiber fabric, which is the same thing as saying it's a hair magnet. (we didn't get a leather sofa, which would have made vacuuming up the hair easier, because you can imagine what a leather sofa would look like with 16 paws scratching it all day long). so it looked pretty bad, and smelled bad too even though we'd been diligent about trying to vacuum it regularly. mike and mike did the best they could. they warned us that animal hair goes thru the fabric into the foam cushions, and so can't be completely removed no matter how much they scrub. when they were done, the sofa looked and smelled 100% better. we got slipcovers and put them on right away and have kept them on since, washing them weekly. unfortunately, the covers pick up the dog smell and apparently transfer it to the sofa. apparently the only way to not have your sofa look/smell like dog is to (duh) not let your dog(s) get on the sofa. this has been a continuing battle in our household. since there are 3 dogs and only 2 humans, we're at something of a disadvantage. my next plan is to teach the dogs to wash the slipcovers so at least they can participate in the effort.

we have 3 labradors and a giant cat, all of whom have contributed enough hair to construct a closetful of sweaters, and the house was starting to smell like a kennel. when i returned after being out for the last 2 hours of the cleaning process, i could not smell one dog hair in the vicinity.we had moved most of the furniture to vacuum up most of the loose hair, so i don't know if in normal circumstances they move the furniture for you. we're extremely satisfied with the quality of the work.

Everything was cleaned to above my expectations. I have small children and dog, so my carpets were well over due for a cleaning. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of carpet cleaning. I am going to have them come back and clean my furniture too.

Mike & Mike arrived on time. They were great; very outgoing and professional. Mike explained everything to me, asked questions when necessary and when finished gave me a summary of what they did and what to expect. There were a few spots we had for a while they worked on and he gave me realistic expectations. I was pleased to find they both came out! I also like that they did not lecture me on the importance of vacuuming more than I do. Mike was also wonderful with my toddler, I could tell he really likes kids. The carpet was virtually dry when they left, the chemical is non-toxic and my son, cat and I could walk on them without fear. I could not say more about how friendly they were and what an outstanding job they did. Almost felt like I knew him. I will never get my carpet cleaned by anyone else in the future.

I set up the appointment by email, which was convenient because of my schedule. Mike and Mike explained the process, which uses chemicals and brushes, and a minimum of water, so the carpet is usable soon after they are done (no hoses from a van through an open door). They were prompt, friendly, professional and informative. The carpets look and smell great, and we have a better handle on how to care for our carpets. We plan to use them again.

Communication was great, they were prompt, friendly and reliable and they did a thorough job on the upholstery, rugs and carpet. I was impressed that they were able to remove some though stains and pleased with how fast everything dried. Would definitely use them again.

They did a great job! In several areas that had stains on the carpet I thought we'd have to replace the carpet. They got all the stains out. The living room carpet was matted down in several areas and after the cleaning it looked almost new. The traffic pattern down the middle of the hallway carpet is hardly noticeable anymore. Because they do dry carpet cleaning we didn't have to wait before we could walk on the carpet. Again, they did a great job. We will not hesitate to have them clean our carpets again or to refer the company to friends.

I called on a Monday for a quote and availability. Mike and Mike were able to come the next morning. They arrived at the agreed upon time, reviewed the carpeted areas, asked several key questions, and then got on with the work. They were finished between 1 and 1.5 hours later. Mike and Mike were extremely friendly and professional. The estimate remained the final price -- i.e. there were no surprise, additional costs. I left the house for an appointment and the carpets were dry when I returned 1.5 hours later as promised. The carpets looked great. Excellent and prompt service at reasonable prices. And I was able to apply an Angie's List member discount on top of it all. It doesn't get better than this. I highly recommend them.

Very professional & polite. Upon arrival they had me go through the home to show them the areas to be cleaned and the sectional. I mentioned the chair and they said they would be able to add it to the day's cleaning - I was very grateful! They listened to my areas of concern (a couple pieces of antique furniture, etc.), explained the process of what they would be doing & then they got to work! Everything looked great - very, very pleased with how my sectional & chair turned out. I had my upholstery done before by a wet cleaning service and it was DAYS before they felt dry enough to sit on and seemed to take weeks before they didn't feel damp. I loved this "dry" cleaning system - curled up on the couch and watched a movie that night! I also LOVED my Angie's List discount! I am new to the area, but I have to say, that I have found my carpet/upholstery cleaning company - I will continue to use them as long as we live here!

One of the reasons I went with them was because they do dry carpet cleaning. A lot of people do wet carpet cleaning, but because the work was for a business facility, I needed to be able to have a quick turnaround. Another reason was that they do upholstery cleaning as well as carpet cleaning. They were late, but they called and informed me about it. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Mike and Mike came to clean some red wine stains from upholstery. The thing that really impressed me was that they seemed to know a lot about how stains respond to cleaning solutions and methods, and when it became clear that my wine stains were not going to respond, they told me. And they did not issue a charge for the time they spent here. Honesty is a valuable quality.

We are VERY pleased with the punctual service, accurate estimate, and wonderful job. They also cleaned two area carpets for a very small additional charge. One of the best things was having our carpet totally clean and dry the same day! We would have had our carpets cleaned long ago had we known the results. We would highly recommend this company. The person I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Mike and Mike arrived exactly on time. They explained in detail their product and what actions they were going to take. The price was actually lower than quoted and they were done in a little over an hour. We will recommend this company to all our friends and family - we were very impressed.

He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, willing to go back over any areas that still looked a little off and did a fantastic job. The stairs and bedroom carpeting were quite soiled due to our two large dogs. Now everything looks great and without the extended drying time you get with steam cleaning. The price was very, very reasonable, too. All "A's" from my perspective!

The father (owner of the company) and son team arrived on time and discussed my expectations for the job beforehand. They were polite and answered all of my questions. I felt assured that they definitely knew what they were doing. My carpet looks better and I feel it was well worth the reasonable cost. The owner's friendly wife, Leslie, who is also the office manager for the company, called me the next day to be assured of my satisfaction. I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

Very professional company. From scheduling the appointment to the work performed, they did a great job. Extremely nice to work with and my carpets look brand new again. They stand behind their work and mentioned several times that they would come back if I was not satisfied. Also received a follow-up call several days later to make sure I was satisfied. Great customer service. With a dog and a small child, our carpets are refreshed and look like new again. We chose them for the safe products that they use and extremely fast dry time. Just as advertised. The job was completed at the price that was quoted to me when I scheduled the appointment. I will be using them again next year.
