All Clean DRY Carpet Cleaners

Mike and Mike came in and asked if there were problem areas. Then they started cleaning. Sections were dry before they left. We have used All Clean before with the same great results.

The "Mikes" were very polite and did a good job. They were professional and gave us advice. We are very pleased with the carpet in the basement. They did not try to push a lot of other services on us like other carpet cleaners do.

When we called to ask about their service, Leslie was very friendly and helpful. We scheduled the cleaning because we wanted the drycarpet cleaning process. They were running a little late that day and they called to let us know that they would be a half hour late. They arrived promptly at that time and were very friendly and professional. They did excellent work and we will use them again.

Making the appointment was effortless. They arrived on time. Explained how the cleaning works in detail. Very professional attitude.

It was amazing how clean they were able to get my carpets. I have had them steam cleaned before and it did not get anywhere close to as clean as their dry method. It was also great that it dried so fast. I highly recommend this company and service.

The sevice was very professional from start to finish. I was very pleased with the results: my carpet looks practically new again. The low moisture process was what interested me and I was extremely happy with it. Will definitey use them again as the need arises.

They did awesome. They got stains out of my carpet that have been there for years. They went over my couch twice because it was dirtier than I thought it was - pretreated, spot cleaned, got the glasses out to inspect & everything! They were in and out - here were when they said they would be - and everything was dry in an hour! Everyone was very polite. They explained what they were going to do & how they were going to do it as well as how the product works. It's was great. I've already recommended them to people at work.

I chose them specifically for the dry cleaning method. It worked very well for us. Mike and Mike (father and son team) came originally just to give me an estimate. They happened to have some extra time and were very accommodating and-- after getting some supplies-- cleaned my carpets. They were done in a couple of hours. We have really enjoyed it since then. I would use them again.

Fabulous job! Mike and Mike were personable and extremely professional, informative and speedy! Carpet was ready to walk on in less than an hour. They were able to remove the stains from an off white carpet and they now look beautiful!

I had two white love seats that had gotten extremely dirty from multiple caretakers spending time with my ailing mother. When I inherited them they were quite black in places. The gentleman from All Clean was fantastic! He took time beforehand to tell me what he thought he could and could not get out. He spent almost two hours (twice as long as is usual, I guess) repeatedly going over them to get them as clean as possible and, while they aren't as good as new, they look 100 times better than they did before. He was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The young man who was with him did my stairway carpet, as planned, and while waiting did an area rug in my sunroom for free! I could not be happier with the service I received.

They were a few minutes early. They were on time and they got me the day that I wanted them to get in. I really liked them and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Our experience with All Clean was great. The process of obtaining a quote was simple and went quickly. We were able to obtain an initial quote through email. The company responded quickly and regularly, answering all my questions and providing a lot of information about the projected costs and the process. I appreciated being able to start the process through email, which works better for my schedule and also provides a clear written account for me to review when making decisions about services. We were offered an opportunity for an in-home consultation, which resulted in a lower estimate. Then we were able to set up the work for a date convenient for me. The morning of the service, it was snowing. The technicians called to let me know they were stuck in traffic, and they arrived soon after the originally scheduled time. Two technicians completed the work quickly, talking over any deviations in the plan and demonstrating the process (one of the carpets was wool so we couldn't treat as originally planned). We were able to deal with nearly all of the spots (including two dark stains on a white carpet), and everything looks refreshed. I really appreciated that the company stressed using green technology. Also, everything was completely dry by that night just as promised.

I have had so many carpet cleaner clean my off white carpeting, only to have the spots return. This worked great. It's been three months and none of the spots have returned. I would definitely have them come back. I have two dogs that don't always have the best inside manners, if you know what I mean. I'm amazed that they were able to get this 16 year old carpeting to look this good once again.

He did a very good job. They were on time, worked quickly, and were very friendly. One other couch we wanted him to look at had a small stain and he was honest about how difficult the fabric was to work with (linen) and offered to just spot clean for no extra charge. I appreciated him doing that over acting like he could easily clean it and ruining the couch. The other furniture he cleaned came out looking great as always. He also gave good advice about continued upkeep of the furniture and the carpet in the house.

Received a quick call from All Clean, set up an appointment on the day I asked for. Two men arrived on time and prepared. They explained the "quick dry" time and spotting procedure, and began to clean. They got the carpet sparkling clean, removed my problem spots, and finished in a timely manner. Very nice people to deal with. I will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I called and needed the carpet cleaned within the week I called and they were extremely responsive to getting it done for me. In fact, came on their usual day off. Very pleasant, very professional. Got to work right away and did a GREAT JOB!
