I was absolutely amazed at the results. We had numerous tough stains on our carpet and he was able to get them out. The carpets and area rugs were clean and dry in no time. The service was easy to schedule. Mike arrived a few minutes past the designated time, but not by much. Our rug and pad had been rolled up after our remodel, but he moved it all back into position himself. Before cleaning he checked the rug for color-fastness of the dyes. He explained the cleaning process, got the job done, then told us we were entitled to two more rugs for the price. We should get our money's worth, he said. So he cleaned a small rug at our living room entry and a couple more in our mud room. He clearly explained aftercare of the rug and what we could expect when we vacuumed (tiny crystals for a short time after cleaning). The run is on a hardwood floor; there was no hint of damage or change to the floors after the cleaning process. The job was completed quickly and professionally. I will call this company again when we need carpet cleaning. The price listed includes tax.

The office staff at All Clean were extremely helpful, and Mike was beyond incredible! He was running a bit late due to a longer job before us, but made sure we were informed of this, and worked late on a Friday night to get our job done- amazing customer service! Even though he knew his night would be later, he took his time and even took the time to answer our questions about our carpet in our new home. He was a great resource for us, did an incredible job, and was very professional. We had 5 rooms cleaned and two stairwells. We can't wait to have him back, and to work with All Clean again!

Very responsive small business, husband/wife team. Personal service that you don't get from typical corporate franchise type businesses. They provided a quote that was accurate, explained how their process was different, were punctual and professional, and the results were better than we expected (the stains were pretty bad on some of the carpets). I will definitely use them again, and I recommend them without hesitation.

It went very well. Leslie was very friendly and set up my carpet cleaning appointment for the day that worked best for me. She was very friendly, professional and helpful. I have been using Mike personally and his home business company for many years -- at least 10 years or so. His service is very personalized, one-on-one, and when he arrives to clean my carpet, it's like welcoming one of my very good friends which he has become over time. Likewise his wife who takes care of their business records -- both very personable and caring people. I have cream-colored carpeting and I truly believe that Mike's excellent service together with the grace of God, have contributed in concert to my having the well-cared-for-look of my carpeting year round. I have it cleaned about every 2 years or so, as needed. When he arrives Mike always first asks exactly what I want cleaned. And then he explains how he will do so -- what he intends to move and what he doesn't intend to move, so there is no misunderstanding. He is very careful. I really like the cleaning product that his company uses -- it dries in just a couple hours or so. I have a kitty, so this short drying period is very important to me. I have NEVER been disappointed in his service.

Like the last time. Mike remembered my wife's name which I thought was nice. She passed over 2 years ago. The job was great and I told him I would be calling him in a few weeks to do the hall and family room. I could say more but failing eyesight is makes it too bothersome. P.S. Lroom was BADLY stained Shazam the stains are gone.

The Technician tried really hard to get the stains out. My carpet is nearly 30 yrs old and some of the pet stains were older. The only issue is where my cat decided to use my carpet for his litter box before he died. The smell is gone, but the carpet is discolored. The rest turned out fabulous!

Mike from All Clean ([*** Link removed ***] was very punctual and professional. He patiently explained to me and my husband how the cleaning system worked. Then he started working. I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES! EVEN THE WEAR PATTERNS ON THE STAIRS AND THE MASTER BEDROOM WERE GONE!!! Our carpeting is 25 years old and we did not want to replace it as we are selling the home. MIKE DID SUCH A GREAT JOB! The carpeted areas that were cleaned look amazingly good. Clearly this "dry" carpet cleaning system really, really works! I plan to recommend Mike's business to the property manager at our new apartment at The Corners of Brookfiled! Thanks Mike for a job very well done! Leslie & Mike are a good team! Communication is key to good service so from the beginning I was happy. Mike explained his carpet cleaning process with results achieved as expected and promoted! Price is competitive but service was more friendly/user-friendly.
