All Clean DRY Carpet Cleaners

Mike and Mike were prompt and professional when they arrived to perform service. They asked for a brief walk-thru of the house to survey the areas to be cleaned and allowed me an opportunity to point out any concerns or trouble areas. Mike Sr explained the dry chemical process and the length of time needed to complete the job, then got right to work. Remarkably, they completed the job in just over an hour and the carpets looked like new! I couldn't be more pleased with the result and the overall experience with AllClean. The carpets and rugs were dry within an hour and never had a harsh chemical odor or damp smell that I've experiences with other service vendors in the past. I've already recommended AllClean to my family and neighbors and will gladly recommend them to others in the future.

My carpets are off white and rather old but they were able to get the stains out rather well - certainly better than previously done using the steam clean process.

Great, they were very punctual and examined the carpets thoroughly, even the bottoms, for any stains. The carpets had never been cleaned and are about 5 years old. Recent acquisition of puppy brought some 'accidents' with it so wanted to make sure to get the puppy stains out. And during the winter while having the house insulated one of the workers walked across the corner of the dining room carpet with his snowy, wet, dirty boots, leaving some residue behind. I didn't think there would be an issue with the living room and dining room carpets, but TV room carpet was dirty and puppy carpet of choice. Decided to have cleaned to see if could be salvaged and I was happily surprised that the carpet is clean and I get to keep! They did a great job explaining their process before starting and asking if I had any questions, proceeded to work. Moved the furniture that was necessary and did put back the dining room table with protectors under the legs. Again went over service; I felt the carpets and they felt practically dry - and said they would be fully dry in 1 - 1 1/2 hours and furniture could be put back then (only two chairs and an upholstered coffee table). They did a great job, carpets look like new again and would not hesitate to use again

Price was within the estimate. No gimmicks, up-sell or hassle. I have started to recommend their services to friends. I most certainly will use them in the future.

It went extremely well. Setting up the appointment was very easy through their office - office staff was courteous and professional. The cleaners were prompt, explained their process, and got right to work. The job was done in approximately 2 hours - their cleaning process doesn't involve a ton of water so the carpets were dry quickly. I'm allergic to cats so there was concern on my part about cat dander/hair from the previous owner of the home (this was a recent purchase). The cleaning crew explained their process removes the hair and the cleaning solution "sequesters" any dander remaining in the carpet not removed during the cleaning process. They said after a day of drying and thorough vacuuming, the majority of the sequestered dander should be removed. Whether or not that's exactly the scientific explanation, I can say that I haven't had any problems with allergies since I moved into the house (and I could barely make it 30 minutes inside the house prior to the cleaning without sneezing my head off). And the carpets were definitely much cleaner and smelled better.

While they worked I took my kitty down into the Rec Room area and kept her there with me while I worked on some projects. Less than an hour later Mike asked me to come up as they had completed their work andhe wanted me to check things over to make sure I was completely satisfied. MY OLD CARPETING SPARKLED ? I WAS WELL PLEASED!! I couldn?t believe how quickly it was done this time. Mike said that their newer equipment was one of the reasons; and the other because we get two workers this time, for the price of one. Fyi -- The price this time was only $7 more than 3 years ago. AMAZING!! Mike said it would be best to stay off the carpeting for about an hour and, in fact, it would be completely dry in about 2 hours. WHEN YOU HAVE AN ANIMAL LIKE I DO, this is very important.

Mike and Mike were able to remove a paint stain in our closet that we thought was permanent. I had not mentioned it earlier because I did not think anything could be done about it and had resigned myself to living with it. On top that, they waived the charge!! With their technique the carpet dried fast. When my husband got home, he said the carpet looked new!I had to reschedule this cleaning because of something that cropped up after I set up my initial appointment. Leslie made the process simple and painless. When the day arrived, Mike and and Mike were running ahead of schedule and were able to come early after calling to confirm it was okay. That worked extremely well for me and added to the positive experience.

Do use All Clean. Don't use Professional Clean Carpet Cleaning in West Allis. I tried them first (without checking Angies List first) and this company (All Clean) is farsuperior.

The two Mikes arrived on time and were very professional. The assessed the job and explained to me how they were going to treat the stains. After they were done, the carpet looked great but I've been tricked before. Typically after the carpet dries the stains return. It has been six weeks and the carpet looks FANTASTIC!!!! Like new.

This carpet cleaning service is great. I'm finally getting around to calling them again and remembered that I never wrote a review after the first time they were here. The owner and his son came and did the work and were very professional and friendly. I liked their approach because the carpeting is not wet when they are done and you can walk on it right away. They also leave a few goodies behind for you when they are finished.

I called All Clean because I have two big dogs and one of them was very sick all over the carpet downstairs. Even though I'd treated it myself with a hot water vacuum, there were still spots and some water damage on the carpets from a previous home incident. Things were a MESS! All Clean responded immediately to my phone call, gave me an estimate based on my description and set a very convenient time for service. They arrived exactly on time and did an in-home assessment, based on the conditions. I told them my priority was that the carpet smell better rather than look perfect, and they advised me that the treatment for that was going to cost more. I told them to do what they had to do. They began working on the carpet and then told me that the smell was not going to be bad and that they felt they didn't need to do the expensive treatment, but that it was up to me. We agreed that they would do the regular cleaning, not only in the basement but also on the whole downstairs, both staircases and even a spot removal on the second floor. (Dogs are very h****** carpets, and kids don't help matters!) They finished in about an hour and at the agreed upon price, and all my carpets smell fine and look great. They were able to remove even some very old stains, and the carpet didn't have that tough "detergenty" feel afterwards. Plus, it dried completely in about 6 hours! It's almost like living in a new house!

This is the 3rd time I have used All-Clean in the last three years. I am sold on their product and process as the carpets get clean without the hassle of having to wait days for the carpets to thoroughly dry out. I am also impressed by their customer service. All-Clean was at my house around 12 noon on the Friday afternoon before the rehearsal dinner. By the time the bridal party returned from their spa visit around 4:30 PM, the carpets were clean, smelled great and were DRY! Without me asking, as I contracted only for the services listed above, Mike and Mike made sure the bedroom carpets were also cleaned at no extra charge. Additionally, Leslie who does the scheduling is always a pleasure to deal with on the phone. She has always checks back a few days after a cleaning to make sure I?m satisfied with the results. I have recommended All-Clean to several friends who have also had positive experiences.

We are very happy with the results of having our carpeting cleaned by All Clean agency. They provided service on short notice, arrived on time, and cleaned our carpets using a process that used less fluid than conventional steam cleaning services. The results were superior to other cleaners we have used. The carpeting was clean, looked renewed, and was completely dry in a few hours rather than many hours or days. The two-man crew finished their work quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and answered all our questions prior to and after cleaning our carpets. THIS is the company we will use from now on for our carpet cleaning needs. A very positive experience.

They called to let me know that they were running about 15 minutes late from our scheduled appointment. When the 2 cleaners arrived, I walked them thru the rooms to be cleaned to point out areas of concern. They told me about their cleaning method and what to expect afterwards. Took them about 2 hours to clean the carpeting in 7 areas. They were able to remove some old oil paint stains left in the carpeting from my husband painting the trim. The carpeting definitely seems clean and fluffy. Everything was dry within an hour other than a walk-in closet that didn't get much air flow.

Based on Angie's list research, I contacted All Clean via email. Leslie was very prompt in her responses to my emails and provided the information I was looking for - I called Leslie to schedule our appointment and she was extremly friendly and helpful. I rated a B in punctuality because we had a scheduling issue - I had to reschedule our initial appointment and it was not cancelled appropriately, so they showed up at our house unexpected on the day of the original appointment - otherwise punctuality was not an issue. All parties apologized profusely for this error. Mike & Mike were extremly professional and knowledgeable. They explained to me what they were doing before, during and after the carpet cleaning. They were very organized and provided me with a file folder of paperwork at completion - they were after my heart on this as I appreciate organization!

Information requests via email were extremely helpful and timely. Mike & Mike were extremely professional and kept me informed before, during and after the cleaning process. Our dirtiest piece of furniture almost looks new again! Considering the entire cleaning for 3 pieces of furniture took less than 2 hours, I did find the price to be a little high; however, they did have to remove several years of dirt and dog hair, etc.; thus I rated price with a B.

She asked to schedule a return visit (at no additional charge) to do a second cleaning, which we did. They returned less than one week later, and the area rug now looks almost like new. I have 2 cats and they had both been sick throwing up (not urine) and I had spots all over the place. All Clean came out, looked around gave me an estimate, it was so affordable I asked how much more to add on my den. I made my appointment for the following week with the woman at the office, who was very nice. They came out did the cleaning, had to do some deep spot cleaning on some areas and were done in about 1 1/2 hours. My carpet was not woaked with water, it was a liffle damp in some areas where more of the spots had been but overall it was almost dry when they left. I put up a couple of fans to help the drying process and in about 2 hours I vacumned and was so pleased with the outcome. All the spots were gone, even 2 spots that were here before I moved in and it just looks so nice and clean. After about a week the lady at the office called to follow up on my satisfaction with the outcome. I will be having All Clean come out in about a year to clean it again.

They came at 5pm on a Friday night and worked for about 2 1/2 hours. They were very professional and did a great job. The carpets really did dry very quickly. There was no smell. They did feel a little scratchy until I vacuumed up the dry cleaning residue but overall they did a very nice job for a reasonable price. Would use again.
