All Clean DRY Carpet Cleaners

We have fabric on our furniture that is delicate and light colored so any dirt or stains are very obvious. In the past we have tried another dry cleaning company but they could never get it very clean. The process that All Clean uses sounded much better and we are extremely pleased with how fresh and clean it got our furniture. We will definitely only be using All Clean from now on!

SHowed up a few minutes early, worked very efficiently, and left no mess. Called back to see how service went a few days later. Thye then came back a few days later to to take care of a few spots that were much better but not gone. They appeared gone when they left the first time, but they showed up again when I vacuumed the carpet that day. They were gone the second time for good.

Looked and smelled great after! Carpet's fully dried within 2 hours. Very pleasant, punctual and reasonable. Would definitely use again and recommend!

I am a repeat customer of All Clean DRY Carpet Cleaners, a family business. The father and son teamwork swiftly and efficiently to clean carpeting and upholstery. They are very experienced and the job always goes quickly. The owner always asks if I have any questions and stops to make sure that I'm satisfied with the job they've performed. He is always polite. It is easy to see that he wants to make sure the customer is happy when he leaves their home. I like that their services are always followed up within the next day or so with a phone call from his wife to verify that services were more than satisfactory. She's the team member who manages setting up appointments, etc., and is very helpful and professional. Though I've only talked with her on the phone, she comes across as being trustworthy and reliable, commendable in customer service. I will continue to use All Clean at least once or twice a year.

The experience was great. I initially talked to Leslie to set up a time to have my carpets cleaned at my newly purchased condo however after a glitch with the bank the closing was delayed and I had to cancel. A week later I called and spoke with Leslie again and explained the situation and asked her if they had any time available on a Saturday, she said they were pretty well booked but would speak with the carpet cleaners Mike and Mike to see if they had any time on the Saturday I was requesting. She called me back several hours later and said they would be able to accommodate on the Saturday I wanted. Mike and Mike arrived when they said they would, explained in detail what they would do and asked me more than once if I had any questions. It only took them about an hour and about 2 hours to dry and the carpeting looks like brand new! I will be using them on my home that is currently for sale.

I came home to find that my dog had gotten sick and had messed all over the carpet. Frantic to get it cleaned I searched Angie's List and found All Clean. They came out within a couple of hours which was so great considering my house smelled like an outhouse! They didn't charge an extra charge for the dog stain. They were in and out in 30 minutes and my carpets are supposed to dry fast, the basement carpet felt damp but not soaking. I am happy to have my house back.

All Clean was able to provide a detailed estimate for every carpeted surface in a large duplex with multiple carpet types. They were on time, able to make every area look better, and were comparable to other quotes for the same job, but with far more attention to detail than I have received from other companies in the past. I would use them again.

I originally spoke with Leslie and explained my problem (pet urine odor) and that we've made several attempts to eliminate the odor. She asked a few questions and then handed the phone to a gentleman (I don't remember his name). He and I talked through exactly the process we've already gone through to get rid of the smell. Come to find out, we were using mostly the right process and product however he had a couple suggestions. The phone call went great and he was very helpful with a couple suggestions to tweak what we were doing. Based on how this phone call went and his suggestions, I would use them again and would recommend others give them a try.

Great - came and cleaned all carpets a few days prior to moving in to new condo.

I made the appointment and they arrived on time as scheduled. During the cleaning they were also able to remove some stains that I had on the carpeting from a puppy that was now full grown. I was very happy with the work performed and feel they did a quality job.

Job was well done and carpet looked great, but the men were unable to completely remove one slightly greenish area, and their rationale was that someone may have applied chemical to that spot earlier to try cleaning it, and that would be a reason why their cleaning couldn't completely get that spot perfect.

Great company and great service - Mike and Mike came did an excellent job! They explained to me the process used and how it differed from their competitors. I appreciated knowing that not a lot of water was injected into the carpets, so they weren't left sopping wet for several hours to dry. Rather, the carpets were ready to walk on after just 2 hours. One of my initial concerns also was any left-over chemical residue for our two dogs. Mike explained that they use a "dry" process with a very low PH balance, which he insisted would not affect our dogs in any way. They were very quick and had the three rooms done in about 1.5 hours. The carpets smelled great and looked great afterward. I would definitely hire ALL CLEAN again!

Response to my email for a quote was very quick. I called and scheduled for today. I gave them a B for punctuality only because they were about 20-25 minutes late. However, they DID call and say they were running late so I wouldn't count that against them. The two gentlemen explained what they would be doing and how they would do it. He asked several times if I had any questions. He was able to tell me the approx age of the carpeting (we had just purchased the house). They informed me the carpet would be dry in an hour to hour and a half and they were correct. Overall, they did an excellent job and I will be using them in the future for the home we are leaving.

We have used this company at least twice before, and our experience with this cleaning was as good as with the previous cleanings. They were able to remove a number of spots from our carpeting (from kids and cats). The carpets look a lot better. One of the big advantages of this company is that the carpet is indeed dry within a few hours. The company does recommend that one vacuum the carpets after they have dried. The two guys who cleaned our carpets were friendly and professional. They did show up about 30 minutes late, but they called to tell us that they were running late (hence the "good" rating on punctuality). We are likely to use this company again in the future.

It was a very positive experience. We have used a number of different carpet cleaners in the past and were never as satisfied as we were with All Clean. They even removed stains that a previous carpet cleaner did not. We will definitely use All Clean again!

Over all there work was great.

Excellent experience. They were professional and did a thorough job. They were a little behind schedule, however, compensated for it by not charging for extra pillows.

When I called the process was explained in detail and I was givenan approximate cost based on the size of the areas I wanted cleaned. I was not pressued to have more cleaned than I was asking for. I was encouraged to ask questions. They told me they would move the furniture. Most of my rooms did not have furniture in at the time because we were also painting. Mike and Mike arrived right on time and again explained the process and once again questions were encouraged. Mike Sr. explained what they could do and what to expect. They proceeded to complete the process in a timely manner and had no problem when I asked them to also do the stairs. Mike and Mike were professional and courteous and efficient. They got out an old coffee stain and the traffic pattern areas were thoroughly clean. The carpets were clean and dry in a couple hours, except the stairs which took 24 hours to feel completely dry. All I had to do was vacuum my carpets in the next day or so. I waited to write my review to make sure no products were used that make the carpet look brighter once it was done and then wears off in a week or so. I am happy to say my carpets still look great!

We needed our downstairs office/family room carpet cleaned as well as our van. Both had stains in them we thought would never come out, but we were hoping to at least lighten them up. To our surprise, both were removed completely! Everything was dry in short order (except for the stubborn spot which required extra cleaning) and both the van and family room looked and smelled like new. We are extremely happy with the service and plan on using them on an annual basis.

The sofa is about 20 years old and the upholstery contains cotton. It has mostly been covered with a slipcover so the material itself is in very good shape; however, it was way more gray than white. I am extremely pleased with the outcome...it is actually white again and doesn't need that slipcover. Excellent job!

We have them clean our carpets once a year. They do excellent work. Carpets look great and are dry in about an hour.

They are outstanding. We have pets and they have a special tool that allowed them to find hidden stains that we did not even know were there. They were able to do some special cleaning and remove those stains. They are very reasonable with cost. If I could give them a 5 star rating I would. My husband recently used them at his business for carpets that had not been cleaned in years and years. We cannot believe how good the carpets look now. The best thing with this service is that it is a dry carpet cleaning service and you can go on the carpets right away after they are cleaned. I would highly recommend them and my sister is going to be using them to clean her furniture.
