All Clean DRY Carpet Cleaners

They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. They wanted to make sure I was satisified with the job they performed. I felt comfortable leaving a key with them to clean the carpet.

This is the second time Mike has cleaned my carpets. They are immaculate. I have 2 dogs and any spots are all visibly gone. The carpets were dry within one 2 hours. Have never had a better carpet cleaning service!

Bench came out beautifully with the exception of one small spot. Don't think anyone but I would notice it. Mike has offered to come back and do a second cleaning to work on the spot again. Great service!!

Very friendly staff all around. They took the time to explain how the product/service worked and then did the job well. All large furniture was put back in place by carpet cleaners when they were done. The cost was spot-on with the estimate given over the phone. I also thought it was nice that they started and ended with a handshake.

Things went very well. Mike was on time & very friendly. He explanined the process & then got to work. He was able to get stains out where I thought it was not possible. I also like their cleaning method (dry) where carpets are dry very quickly (1.5 hrs) after cleaning. Great experience & would use them again for sure & recommend to friends.

Mike cleaned my love seat and futon. My 1 year old granddaughter came soon after and felt safe since chemicals that are used are nontoxic. Am always concerned about what is in cleaning products but the procedure Mike uses is environmentally and child safe. This is an important factor when choosing a cleaning company. I was very pleased with his work.

It was a great experience working with All Clean from the first phone call to schedule the appointment until they were finished. They arrived on time. I had a very bad stain that nobody thought would come clean but it is now barely visible. The rest of the carpet came out beautifully. I will use them again.

Great service and results. The gentleman that came out was friendly, efficient, and professional. He said my carpets would be dry within a couple of hours, and he was right. (They were almost dry when he left in the room he started in.) Even with the humid week we are having. I like that the carpets are not saturated with water. I had a spot in the living room, a soda spill, that a guest did and I didn't see it as it was under a table. It was there for a couple months. It came up and looks good. He I selected the service from Angie's List after reading reviews and reviewing their website. I am pleased with the results and I recommend their service.

Mike was running alittle behind. But the office called to let us know. When Mike arrived he remembered being here before. That means it's personal to them and makes personal to us. As usual attention to detail. Mike is such a GREAT guy he really takes pride in what he does and it shows.

He was on time. He looked over the job, explained the process and started cleaning. He was finished in 90 minutes. Any spots we had on the carpets were gone. It looked great. Most furniture was moved except for heavy dressers. We were very satisfied and would use him again.

Provider came to our home and cleaned 4 extremely soiled chairs. He warned us that there may be stains that would not be removed, which was true, but we were extremely happy with the outcome. Quick friendly service. We would use All Clean again.

I called All Clean and requested same day service for my emergency if possible. All Clean responded immediately and were at my house within an hour of my phone call. Office person called to advise me they could be here earlier than she first anticipated and let me know when the tech was on his way. Before he left, he advised me to call back in the morning if any more of the stain remained overnight and might need to be treated. Today, the stain is completely gone, the basement carpeting smells fresh, and there is no evidence of the oil stain remaining. A different technique was used here than I have ever seen before, and the carpet did not end up sopping wet like some other carpet cleaning companies I have used. I will definitely be calling All Clean in the future to clean my living room, dining room, family room, bedrooms, and hallways/landings.

We received a call when they were supposed to arrive. They told us the service provider was stuck in traffic. It was so nice for them to call and inform us. When the provider arrived he explained the entire process and walked through the rooms with us looking for any trouble spots. He recognized a few spots from our dog (and our dog has been gone for 5 years). It only took him one hour AND he was able to completely remove the prior dog stains that no one else has been able to. We were extremely happy with All Clean DRY Carpet Cleaners and highly recommend them. We will use them again!

They were able to get us scheduled right away and within the time frame we needed. Mike arrived right on time. We had All Clean clean the same carpet about 4 years ago (and two years since we adopted our puppy). All Clean came in and did a great job and was able to get out all the spots the dog created. He even left us with a can of spot remover! The only reason I did not give them an A on the other items is because we were charged their minimum rate, which is actually for two rooms. Unfortunately, we only have one room in the house with carpet.

Excellent experience all the way around. The dry method was great. Our house is up for sale and we'd been putting off carpet cleaning because we didn't want the carpets wet if there were showings. We will never use the old way again and will always use All Clean in the future. I'm telling everyone about them. Thanks for an awesome job.

I probably am off on the date but not on the service. The owner both booked the appt and performed the service.At first I was just going to do the chair but decided last minute to do the carpet as well. He cheerfully added on that service and did a great job on both. He even managed to make the dirty, stained recliner look almost new, something I did not expect. certainly will have him do my upholstery and carpeting in the future.

They did a fantastic job and I was very impressed! I had previously been a regular customer with Stanley Steemer, on a 4 times per year plan, and All Clean was able to remove multiple stains in my off- white carpet that they had not been able to remove after multiple tries. They were prompt, courteous, explained the entire process to me and how they differ from other competitors. The estimate was exactly as expected and it did dry in less than two hours as described. But what I really loved is he didn't try to sell me anything else while he was here, as other companies do, which was really nice! Just did an excellent job and we were very happy with the entire experience! We will definitely use them again!

Excellent! My house was part of an historic tour and I called for an appointment with only one week notice. Carpet was stained in several areas from pet accidents, also leaving odors in some rooms. One set of stairs leads to the garage and was therefore extremely dirty. Carpet hadn't been cleaned in 3+ years. Mike returned my call promptly, asked several questions, gave me a quote over the phone based on what i needed, and was able to get me scheduled in a short amount of time, accommodating my house tour. He addressed all the stains discussed, was able to do the couch and remove the odors in the rooms affected. He also did extra things at no charge: he worked out an ink stain that had been treated multiple times and reduced it to a dark spot verses a black circle, and he sprayed odor remover on the carpeted stairs leading to the basement because he wanted to insure no odors remained. He was courteous, professional, asked several times if I had questions, left a folder with stain removal info and referral coupons, and true to the name the carpet was dry within 2 hours. He also left a can of stain remover for future accidents. Afte 1000+ people toured the house, it still looks great!

The job was taken by the all Clean after checking in at Angie's List. We were extremely pleased with the company! The cleaner was on time, explained what he was doing and asked if we had questions. The stain was removed and we were very happy, as the couch is fairly new. I woul use All Clean in the future and pass the company's name on to family and friends!! Very Happy!!!

Mike and Mike have cleaned our carpets twice over the past year. Results have been excellent, dry time was minimal due to the nature of the cleaning, and they were able to remove pet stains and other stubborn stains. Highly recommended!

Quick and clean service with little distraction and everything looked great upon completion. Good directions provided to let carpeting and couch dry.

The phones at All Clean were answered promptly, and the speaker well-informed of their services and prices. They had many appointments available, and I LOVED that they gave an appt time instead of a 3-hour time window. On the day of our appointment, no one had arrived within 15 minutes of the appointment time so we had to call. The scheduler (same person, I'm afraid I never wrote her name down) was very surprised and said she would immediately track down her staff and call us back. Turns out, the previous appointment holder had requested additional (unscheduled) work and it was taking longer than anticiapted. We were called back within 4 minutes by the scheduler, and then 15 mintues later the cleaning-staff called to apologize and let us know their GPS-estimated arrival. The two men that arrived were very professional, courteous, and apologized again for their tardiness. They asked if we had any questions, explained how their technique would dry faster but that we should leave our furniture on the plastic sliders for at least a few hours and then got right to work. At the last minute, I asked if they could check out 2 small red stains I had in a bedroom where my granddaughter spilled her drink. They said they would be happy to try to remove the stains since we'd had no other stains to work on, but that they weren't sure such a bright, dark red would come out. The did work on the stains for a little while, and it lifted the shade several degrees to a much lighter pink, but the stains remained. They did not charge me extra for the stain removal - the price I was quoted at the appt booking is the price I paid. Overall, very nice job. I would use them again.

It was a very good experience. They are very professional and nice while they were in our home. They called ahead one time when they were going to be late, but offered a deal on pricing because of it. I would recommend All Clean DRY Carpet Cleaners to anyone!
