All Clean DRY Carpet Cleaners

All Clean did a great job cleaning the carpets at my soon-to-be-on-the-market condo. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional and even cleaned a separate area rug for no additional charge. Will definitely use them again.

Mike arrived within 10-15 minutes of his appointment time (weather was not very good), and he was pleasant and professional. He answered all of my questions, and listened patiently while I showed him all of the little stains throughout that I wanted him to focus on. For each of those stains he asked some questions to idenfity whether it was food or other, in order to treat it appropriately. He even went above and beyond and handled a few of my stairs because he noticed a few spots. In the end the process took 2 hours and the carpet looked fantastic. It dried in a few hours and felt a bit crunchy, but completely acceptable. I would use them again.

Excellent Service. Cleaned and sanitized carpets. Have a black light which is extremely useful since we have two dogs. Carpets dry very rapidly and looked and smelled great. Have used them before and will use them in the future.

Mike came to my house for an estimate the day after I called All Clean. He explained the process and the chemicals they use and answered all of my questions. We set up a date several weeks in the future because I wanted the job done when a large chair would be removed from the living room. Mike arrived on time on the day of the appointment and asked if I had any questions before he began. When he was finished cleaning the three rooms, he put plastic under all of the wood legs to avoid staining and told me how long to wait before putting furniture pieces back on the carpet. It took a few hours before the carpets were completely dry, but much much less time than the wet carpet cleaning I had done in prior years. All of the small stains came out and even the traffic wear spots are much lighter than Mike thought they would be and some are not noticeable at all. I am very pleased with the results.

He was very professional and did a good job on all my carpeted areas. One staircase was very stained and he got them all out. The price was very reasonable for all the carpeting I had done. The floors did dry in about 3 hours so I was able to move all my furniture back. I would definitely use them again.

The cleaning method used by All Clean truly is different from the other carpet cleaners we've hired in the past. Our carpets are 10 and 17 years old, with heavy traffic in the hallway and through our family room. The result was outstanding, even in these areas. Our carpets don't just look cleaner, they look newer! Most companies say they don't leave a lot of water in the carpets, but this company actually lives up to the claim. As a result our carpets were dry much sooner. I appreciated the fact that my actual cost for the job was the same as the quote I received on the phone when I scheduled the appointment. Mike did not try to sell me additional products and services.

Mike did a great job cleaning several areas of carpet in our home. We had some dirt stains that he was able to remove. He also found pet stains from the previous owners we weren't aware of and treated them for us. Very pleased with how our carpet looks!

It went very well. My sofa looks very bright again and smells clean. My carpeting also looks bright, stains are gone and haven't come back. I own a carpet shampooer (hoover steamvac) and i clean my carpets but it doesn't get them as clean as when All Clean cleaned them. I was very happy, so was my wife. I will be using them again next time. The whole process was simple, I emailed Leslie to set up my appointment and the day of cleaning the gentleman that came out was very professional, and very nice to talk to.

Fine. This is the 2nd time we have used this service and plan to use it again. Unlike typical steam cleaning services which leave your carpet soaking wet for a day, the All Clean process is dry within an hour or two. The operator is a very nice man who is skilled and proficient at his job.

Mike showed up right on time. He got right to work. I've used other companies before, and I always disliked being "upcharged" for spot cleaner on the carpet before they started actually cleaning it. There was none of that here. He even cleaned 2 runners for free. Great price, great people to work with, and a fair price. This is why I always use Angie's list before I call anyone.

Very professional and courteous. Although, he did run into some trouble with his equipment he offered to come back and redo the upholstery if I wasn't satisfied, Gave me a break on the cost due to the inconvenience. A good experience from beginning to end.

The carpet turned out fine. The chair was another story. At least half of the stains are still in the chair. He wasn't even going to clean the back of the chair until I pointed out some stains. He said he normally only vacuums the back of chairs because they don't get dirty. All I got was reasons why this stain couldn't come out, etc. I would have preferred him telling me before he started that he couldn't get it clean and I would saved the money or went with someone else. The gentleman was very nice, showed up on time, and didn't leave a mess. Just didn't clean the chair to my satisfaction.

Mike arrrived and was friendly and professional. I showed him the rooms, some spots of concern and the sectional. He said our carpeting was in good shape and he didn't find anything with his UV light. He went straight to work and completed everything in about 2 and a half hours. The house just smells clean, not perfumey. The machine he uses is pretty fantastic. It brought the carpeting up in some of the higher traffic areas and staircase. He wrote out the invoice, I paid my bill and he left a file folder with me and a refrigerator magnet. I don't know about you, but anything someone can do to make it easier for me to contact them in the future and providing a folder for record-keeping is a bonus. The two owners, Leslie and Mike are down to earth and friendly people. Leslie was very nice on the phone and gave me upfront pricing. She also followed up after the job was done to make sure I was happy. PS: I was given an "angie's list discount" by Mike when he was writing the invoice, but I refused to accept it. I paid the amount that Leslie quoted because it was already very fair and reasonable. When was the last time you were so happy with a service that you were compelled to pay more than you had to?

Nice job. Dealt with pet stains and odors effectively. Oldest carpet in one bedroom looks like new. White carpet in another bedroom had some bad stains that I could not get out - gone! Cleaned an area rug that I hadn't originally asked for and threw in another small carpet for free.

We were very pleased with the results. Our carpet had a lot of spots that kept coming back after I tried to clean them and so far the carpet looks as good as the day it was professionally cleaned.

We are very happy with All Clean carpet cleaning. They were able to fit us in within a few days of us calling. The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and informative on how the process worked. The person (can't remember his name) showed up on time and advised on everything that was going to happen and why our carpets looked so bad in some areas. He told me how to get stains out and what to buy so the stain wouldn't keep coming back. Our 3 bedrooms were clean within 20-30 minutes and looked great. Our carpets were dry within a few hours!!!! I wasn't sure what to think of carpet cleaning with not much water. It was been a few weeks and our carpets look great!!! We've always used Adelman carpet cleaner, but our carpets always got dirty so fast (cause of all the water/soap they used). And we couldn't put furniture on them for several days. Adelman also costs a lot more $$$$!!! Way too much if you ask me. We've already suggested All Clean to several people and know they will be as happy as we are!!!

We had hallway carpet rippling. I called to ask if cleaning would shrink ripples, Leslie said no it would not and the ripples should be removed prior to cleaning. All-Clean does not do repairs, but recommended Stu's Flooring. After Stu's removed ripples, Mike came to clean living room and hallway carpeting. Leslie called to ask if he could come earlier than the scheduled time, which was no problem for us. Mike is friendly and courteous, explained what he was going to do and went about doing it. Carpet dried within two hours and looks great.
