All Clean DRY Carpet Cleaners

The owner, Mike, does the cleaning and he is friendly, thoughtful, careful and thorough. The cleaning products are excellent and don?t soak into the carpeting. I can walk on the carpeting, if I need to, within an hour of the cleaning, but Mike said to not walk on my wood flooring for a little while longer. I contain my kitty in the basement accordingly. Mike was finished in about an hour and 15 minutes. My cream-colored carpeting is 28 years old and still looks really good!! I?m sure that using this cleaning company has extended its life!!! I?m so grateful to Angie?s List where I first learned of ALL CLEAN.

There were many stains that were difficult to remove but as usual, all clean did a fabulous job. The carpets were dry w/in an hour or so. This is the 3rd time of used this company. I guess you could call me a regular at this point.

I have been using All Clean for years now. They do a fabulous job! They consistently provide quality service, following up with a phone call to make sure you are satisfied. I like the products they use and feel they are helping to extend the life of my carpet. I would highly recommend All Clean based on the multiple experiences I have had.

He was very prompt, even 5 minutes early. My family room carpet was horrible. We had the grandkids visiting from out of town and the carpet took a lot of abuse. I was amazed when he was done. My carpet looked like it was brand new. My husband was pleasantly surprised as he thought we may need to get new carpeting. He did a fantastic job. I liked that it was the dry method. This is much better than carpet cleaners who use the wet method. It was dry in an hour. I definitely would use All Clean again and highly recommend him to all of my friends and neighbors.

The carpet cleaning went very well. Mike was just a few minutes late, but he called in advance so we weren't expecting him. The carpet looks better now than when it was last cleaned and we moved in 18 months ago!

It went very well. We hired All Clean because of their good track record with Angie; but also because they use a "dry" process. The "dry" process was important because under our rugs is a beautiful hard wood floor that most certainly would be damaged by traditional "wet" or steam carpet cleaners. Mike showed up at the appointed time; and after a brief question/answer session, he went to work. This company DOES NOT charge extra to remove stains; and they DO NOT try to upsell deodorizers in the homes of smokers or pet owners. These benefits are included in the products that they use and is included in their pricing. We are very well pleased with the look of our rugs and with the fresh smell in our house after All Clean's service. These people also clean fabric upholstery and floor mats in cars and when we start having warmer weather, I will be hiring them to clean my car upholstery. Also, we were given a discount as Angie customers.

Mike was terrific and his company is the best carpet cleaning service we have ever used. First of all, he was on time! Even a few minutes early. He walked with me through the entire house and took notice of any problem areas that had wear patterns and made sure he treated those areas first. He was extremely professional and very carefully moved our furniture out of his work area so nothing would get accidentally damaged. I had never used a "dry" cleaning system before and I was extremely happy with the results. I will never go back to the wet system again. All Clean is an extremely professional company and I would strongly recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Mike arrived and explained what the All Clean Dry Clean process was. He paid special attention to extra soiled areas I pointed out. The carpeting looked almost brand new, when he was done. The color on the two recliners was bright again. Mike was very professional, and eager to answer any questions I had.

Mike did a great job - very punctual for the quote, and also for the cleaning itself. Carpets look great, and were dry within a couple of hours. Will definitely use again in a few months for upstairs and basement carpets.

They were phenomenally good. He really had to work on the bed. He had done pet stains on our carpet before and said that sure, he would do the bed. He recommended some products to put on it first and then he came out and cleaned it. He was just so nice and cleaned it twice, to make sure he got all the stains out. He had to steam it and he left us a blower to help dry it. It was a big industrial blower, and he just left it with us, to use for however long it took. That was really nice of him. His work took care of the pet smell. It was great. His price was very reasonable. Whatever the cost, it was worth it. It was cheaper than having to buy a new mattress cover. I would absolutely use them again.

The person who did the carpet cleaning was early. He was professional and efficient throughout the process. He gave a brief explanation of how he would be cleaning the floors and talked about what we could realistically expect from the cleaning.

We had returned home late at night from a day at an amusement park to find our dog had been ill while we were gone. Multiple "accident" areas. We used our home steam cleaner to clean the initial mess then promptly called them in the morning. They were very prompt and did a great job! We've used them for whole house service before, but this was a true test of their abilities. The owner very courteous, thorough, and explains the process well.

I highlyg recommend this company! He really took the time to clean each item and was here longer than the standard carpet cleaners who essentially get in and get out. They didn't charge by the hour so I knew he was really focus on what he was doing.

Initially, I called All Clean to see if we could have them come out to the house. Mike explained to us that the equipment being brought out would normally have a service charge to get the equipment brought out and to set it up. He then told us that he was in the area quite a bit and he would give us a call, to see what he could do with the stain. He told me he would charge a minimal amount to see what he could do. He came to the house as promised and attempted to remove the stain. Unfortunately, the stain could not be removed, but he was kind enough to attempt to help us out. The job was a small job, compared to what All Clean does, but we sure appreciated their efforts. We found All Clean on Angie's list, and we would definitely recommend their company for their service and professionalism!! Thank you, Mike and All Clean. You certainly went beyond what you needed to do. They did not charge us for the call, but we just sent them a check today to cover the minimum fee they had quoted.

They did a great a job, they were punctual and had an excellent price! The owner came and was absolutely the nicest man. He was very polite and answered all my questions about allergy issues and told me about a powder to take care of stains that my puppy had left that kept the color from fading in the carpet. He informed me that it may affect my allergies due to being a powder , but decided to not use it because I didn't want to risk making my allergies worse and I was very happy that he had informed me about that powder possibly having an affect on my allergies. I plan on using this service again in the future, very satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff.

This is the second time that we had him. I give him straight “A.” He had this wand and a sorcerer’s hat and he just called the dirt of from the carpet like magic. It’s just one guy who did the whole house. I don’t know how he does it. He’s just wonderful. Angie’s list has been more helpful in picking good ones in the first place. We had to re-schedule our initial appointment, it was very easy to work with Leslie to reschedule a time to fit both of our schedules. Mike showed up on time, walked through the areas we wanted cleaned to survey the job. He was very personable and professional, we felt very comfortable having him in our home. He explained the process that All Clean uses & how it differs from other carpet cleaners. We did not feel any pressure to buy any additional products or services. There were no hidden fees, in fact the price we paid was even less than what had been quoted likely due less stairs in our split level home. We were very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. I've already recommended them to a handful of people at work.

I work part-time for a self storage facility. The carpets in the office and the break room areas were very dirty because of all the dirt tracked in over the winter. Traffic patterns were highly visible, and in some areas the carpet was almost black. Being an Angie's List member, I checked for carpet cleaners who worked on high traffic areas. I was particularly intrigued by the indication from All Clean that their process was low moisture. Since it is difficult to close the office for any length of time, the idea of quick drying was a significant factor in the choice of venders. All Clean provided an estimate, and an appointment for service was established. Mike came to the facility at a the designated time. He was very profession and friendly when he came into the office. He took the time to explain how the process worked, and what he was going to be doing. It was amazing how their process pulled the dirt out of the carpet. The carpet was so dirty that I was convinced traffic patterns would remain even after cleaning. I am pleased to say that I was wrong - the carpet looks great, and the office smells fresh and clean. It is also important to point out that I had customers in the office within a couple of hours of completion. The carpet was still a bit damp in a couple of the areas with the heaviest dirt, but most of it was already dry. I was impressed enough with the quality of work that it is highly likely that I will use All Clean when my home carpets need to be cleaned.
