On the day of service they were very prompt and service was very good and the best part of the cleaning is the dry cleaning which makes it very convenient.

Carpets had not been professionally cleaned for years. Thorough job, great results - got out some tough stains. Got done quickly and the carpets dried within hours. Very professional.

The customer service with All Clean is second to none! When calling to schedule appointments, I like the consistency of talking with the same person each time, Leslie, who is always courteous and accommodating. The date that I wanted had no openings so I asked her to call me if something came up on that day, in the meantime scheduling for a different date. Leslie called me within a couple of days to say that an opening became available. I so appreciated that she kept me in mind and succeeded at making my request her priority. It worked out great! All Clean's method of cleaning the carpets works so well that since first trying them a few years ago, I've never felt the need to try anyone else. Mike comes on time, calling first. I actually wasn't quite ready for him yet (I prefer to move small furniture and other floor items out of the way myself before he arrives) when he called, so he kindly adjusted his lunch schedule to wait for me. Upon arriving, he asks if there are any special needs he should address. I explained that we'd gotten a new puppy this past winter and what we'd been using to clean any puppy stains. He fills up his container with water and then sets to work. There are no long messy hoses to contend with that attach to a truck outdoors where you have to leave your front door open, as I experienced once years ago with a carpet cleaner. Mike does the whole job himself quickly, quietly, and efficiently. The house smells so good when he finishes - fresh! With no chemical or perfume smells. The carpet looks and feels great when he finishes. You can walk on the carpet immediately! The whole place just looks and feels better every time after he cleans our carpeting! Even my husband commented that we should really do this more often! We will!

IIt went great! They were very professional and wonderful to work with from scheduling the appointment to getting spots out of my carpet. He got a spot out of the carpet that had been there forever and I thought wouldn't come out! He was very knowledgable and wonderful to work with and I will definitely use them again!

Leslie was a pleasure to talk to. She booked the appointment the soonest they had available. Mike came out and did a remarkable job. He was on time, professional and worked on the couches until they were clean - going over everything twice just to make sure. They had never been cleaned before and now they look like new again. The carpet dried quickly and looks amazing. It took a beating with a remodeling job and you'd never know it now. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My experience was extremely positive. Mike arrived within the timeframe given to me when I called to schedule the appointment. Time was taken at the time of scheduling to explain the cleaning process and answer all of my questions. My carpets were about 8 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. Mike once again explained the process and addressed the areas of the carpet that had more spots than other areas and treated accordingly. He very honest about what the cleaning would and wouldn't do. The end result was more than I had ever hoped for. I am very satisfied with the cleaning and will definitely schedule another cleaning in the future as well as refer All Clean to my friends looking to have their carpets cleaned.

Owner and wife run the business and owner himself came out and although the carpets were in desperate need of "help" by the time he was done they looked brand new... I've used other carpet cleaners in the past but this service's professionalism, prompt service, punctuality and expertise could not be beat. I'd highly recommend you use their service because you will not regret it. If you're looking for a good value I'd highly recommend All Clean. .

They are good but just be aware that they don't clean the whole carpeted room, just the areas of high traffic. He explained that areas under furniture or near the walls don't need cleaning, but I wish I would have asked for all of it to be done, because I rearrange my furniture a lot. I moved things around right after he left and realized I should have had the whole room cleaned. I'm not sure if he charges more for that, but if you are expecting that, please be sure to specify. I guess this is how they can do it without moving furniture or putting it up on blocks. Also, they say it dries in an hour but it took about 3-4 hours for our carpeting to be dry. But the "dry" cleaning is amazing and All Clean does a great job. The owner is super friendly and professional and gives all kinds of advice while he's there. This is the third time I've had them clean our carpeting and upholstery. I feel like they used to do the whole room, but maybe I wasn't paying attention before (I know he used to have his sons helping him, so maybe that's the difference now).

They arrived about 15 minutes late which was not a problem for us. The work was performed quickly. It included moving some furniture in the iiving/family area. We did not ask to have the beds moved or the large dressers. They did clean every area exposed to foot traffic. The rugs look great. This is the second time we have used this company and we have been very happy with their work both times. I estimate the work took about one and a half hours.

All Clean Carpets did a fantastic job - carpets look awesome! Very friendly and professional & it was so nice that the carpets were only damp and not soaking wet after cleaning. Used extra cleaning products on some stains from previous owner's pets & everything looks great. Would definitely use again :)

After having tried wet cleaning of carpets, his dry cleaning is amazing. It's a very small amount of water and it just magically lifts the dirt. I refer to it as his magic wand, it looks like hocus pocus but it actually works! He's quick about it and he's very professional. The carpets aren't squishy wet for days like with wet cleaning. . We had some animal urine stains that I could not get out without anything, he goes in there and before my eyes they just disappear. He puts all people in the wet cleaning business to shame.

We just moved so this service was to clean all the carpets in our new home. Very friendly cleaner arrived on time and did a walkthrough of what was to be cleaned. He asked questions on what the stains may have been caused from and gave us his expectations for how clean the carpet would get. Very knowledgeable about carpet types and offered care tips and material considerations for future carpet replacement. Cleaning the entire 2000sq ft or so only took 1.5 hrs. The carpets were dry enough to move furniture onto in a few hours. We have used All Clean twice now and we've loved them both times.

I called All Clean to have the carpeting in my newly purchased home cleaned. The previous owner had some stains (animal urine and a pink stain that I am not sure what it was) and areas of high traffic that were matted and soiled. I chose All Clean because the carpet cleaning system used was greener and used less water than most. All Clean was prompt and professional. When All Clean was finished, the carpeting was damp, animal stains were gone and the pink stain was hardly noticeable. The carpeting looked brand new. The matting and soiling in the high traffic areas were gone. When the carpet dried, it didn't have that "stiff" feeling. I was very happy with their work and would definitely hire them again!

It went wonderful! My time frame was 10-noon and he arrived at noon. He was extremely friendly and my kids loved him! My 3 year old wanted him to stay and play play doh with him. He never got irritated with my son's million questions and even let him "help" him. The carpets and my couch looked fantastic! They smelled good as well! and with a potty training boy and puppy my floors and couch needed it! The price was very good and I will definitely recommend this company!

Provider showed up within 5 minutes of scheduled time. He took time to answer all our questions and walk us through the process. Carpets look fantastic and was minimal drying time.

The price was reasonable for what they did. They use a lot less water and the carpets dry really fast. I liked that and the owner is the person who comes and cleaned it. He puts some deodorizer on the carpet and I will use him again. He was very good and thorough.

Mike did an awesome job of surveying my carpet and pointing out problem areas. He worked hard to remove some urine spots from my older incontinent dog (now in diapers). The results were fantastic! His professionalism was outstanding and pricing was excellent. He moved furniture where he could. The last carpet cleaning company just went around it. I love that the carpet is not soaking wet! I would definitely call All Clean again!

I've used them and they're fabulous. It was very dry. He used a system that doesn't leave it to be wet and he was very thorough in cleaning up some spots I had. He got out some things that I couldn't believe he could get out, very professional, on time. I can't say enough good things. In fact, I've recommended him to a friend who just thanked me because they did a fabulous job for her yesterday.

He cleaned the carpeting in house did i mentioned white carpeting.

Mike was quite thorough, careful and detailed in his prep work (assessing each area's carpet-cleaning needs, discussing next steps with me, etc.) and then diving in the actual cleaning itself. We had our carpets cleaned by Stanley Steemer for the past two years and All Clean, by far, outshined them in professionalism and results. SS was at our house for maybe half an hour, whereas All Clean was there for 2+ hours. Our tough-to-clean upstairs steps now look amazing! Plus, I enjoyed the fact that the house wasn't like a steam bath for two days afterward! I highly recommend All Clean to others.

Our carpets were pretty dirty from 3 dogs! Extra time was spent to make sure stains were removed. Final result is that the carpets look great. So happy with the final result. Definitely will use again and refer to friends.
