Description of Work: We had a couch and loveseat cleaned that was left in our new home by the previous owners who had two cats. We needed to freshen up so that we can feel comfortable sitting on the furniture, we are pleased with the results.

Description of Work: We had three bedrooms, a loft area and stairs cleaned and are very satisfied with the service provided, we will definitely use All Clean in the future.

Description of Work: The team of Mike and Mike arrived within the time they said they would. I showed them the 2 rooms and the furniture pieces I had requested be cleaned, pointing out two stains on the carpet and one of the chairs that had chocolate smeared in the cushion and chair bottom. I also asked that a short hall from the main hall into a bath be cleaned even though I didn't ask for that to be done when I called and made the appointment. I was told that wouldn't be a problem. The team was here for 2 hours and got all the stains up. The older Mike took me on a tour afterward to make sure I saw the stains were out. He also pointed out 2 areas he cleaned that I hadn't asked him to do. He also made sure that I understood when I could move the rest of the small pieces of furniture back in and reminded me that the dry system would leave a crystallized residue and all I had to do was vacuum it up. He also said if the stain came back to call and they would come out and take care of it again, as sometimes a sugar-based stain was especially stubborn. Last, he was able to clean my sofa, unlike the previous carpet cleaners who used the wet-based cleaning method. He said his office would call in a few days to verify that everything had gone well. I strongly recommend using All Clean and will have them do my carpet and upholstery cleaning the next time. It was a real pleasure to deal with All Clean; they were on time, pleasant, and willing to answer my questions.

Description of Work: We recently moved and contacted this company to clean all of the carpeting in our home after we vacated, they cleaned the entire 1st floor ( L.R., foyer, hall and 2 bedrooms and the Basement Rec Room and stairs). Leslie was very helpful in getting this arranged with short notice. Mike and Mike were prompt and professional and the new owner was very pleased with the results. The carpeting looked great, even the worn areas looked much better, and I was pleased to be able to give the new owners a fresh start in their new home.

Description of Work: This company cleaned the carpets in my whole house, which is 2000 sq ft of carpeting. They were prompt, efficient. I chose them b/c carpets are dry cleaned instead of washed with water. We just vacuumed the next day, and it looks very nice. I was particularly impressed the fixed a set in stain.

Description of Work: They cleaned my master bedroom and family room. We had some dark oil/dirt stains on a very light colored carpet. We had used a different carpet company prior to ALL CLEAN and the spots appeared worst after. ALL CLEAN was able to pretty much get the stains out. I was very impressed. He spent quite a bit of time trying different products until he was satisfied with the results. The carpet was dry that night. I will definitely use again and refer friends!!
