Very professional. Slow at first due to problems with other contractor. Tim was able to provide very accurate information regarding his process. He was able to easily identify problems. He reported on progress regularly and reported the next days tasks. I would recommend him to anyone. I would also recommend calling Tile Tim before you buy any products at any tile shop. I would also recommend that you call Tile Tim before you decide on any other independent contractor. Tile Tim will refer you to the best. I made the mistake of not taking Tile Tim's advice on a contractor.

I called Tile Tim to come in and give a quote. He communicated his schedule to me and set up an appointment. Tim showed up when he said he was going to and gave a very thorough explanation of the work required to do the job. A couple days later he called back with a very reasonable estimate. We accepted the bid. Our job fit into his schedule so he started the work a couple of weeks later. The first day he showed up ready to work, demolishing tile and making the floor safe to walk on. The second day he set the tile and third day put down the grout. He handled the payment professionally with a contract. He was courteous, professional and worked very hard. He answered all of our questions and more. Tim was prompt and showed up when he said he would. We've worked with many contractors and this time we lucked out finding Tim. It was a job well done and much appreciated!

He had great ideas. Solved a lot of design problems and refined the project. Very punctual and worked on schedule. Workmanship was outstanding. Price was reasonable.

Tim estimated the job and offered suggestions. He completed the project of installing ceramic tile around the bath/shower area and a ceramic tile floor. Tim completed the project in the estimated time period. I was very pleased with the work he did.

We contacted Tile Tim mid-week and he came to our home early Saturday morning to measure the area to be tiled in order to provide us with a quote. He arrived with a portfolio of his previous work to show us. Tim spent a great deal of time explaining the different options of ceramic, porcelain and natural stone. When we were provided with his quote, which came in below our expectation, we immediately hired him. The portfolio of work he showed us was amazing and his previous Angie's List reviews describing him as a craftsman persuaded us to use him. Based on the time he spent with us the first day, we had no doubt he was the right person to install a natural stone floor. It took a full week to install the slate we had selected. Tim arrived early and worked late. What impressed us the most was the detail and care he puts into his work. He treats your project as if it is going to be in his home. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Tim and already have plans to work with him again.

We are extremely pleased with his work! It turned out better than we would have expected! He is very meticulous and conscientious. He was always on time and kept everything neat as he worked along which was important to me as I run a Family Child Care out of my home. My counter tops are perfectly level which was no easy task. He really came in and fixed our previous nightmare. I am very confident that the entry way floor will not "fail" again and last a long time and ditto for the counter tops as well. We will be using Tim again in future projects. He also paid great attention to detail and finishing details such as the wood trim used around the entryway and hardwood trim used to finish off the counter top. Lastly, he made an extra trip to seal the counter tops at a very nominal fee. He was just extremely thorough and detail oriented. I highly recommend him. Great work ethic!!

Tim was fabulous! The floor looks beautiful, and Tim was always very polite, punctual, and very reasonably priced.

HE IS A CRAFTSMAN. HE HAD TO LEVEL OUT THE FOUNDATION OF A 100 YEAR OLD HOME AND THE JOB WAS WONDERFUL.
