It went really well. Everything was working afterwards. The tenants are my parents who are deaf. They do a very good job of communicating with deaf people. I recommend them to everybody. They are wonderful.

The provider arrived during the scheduled time period. He took the time to explain the mechanisms of the furnace to me. He did a thorough job and informed me of the replacement options and financing because my furnace is old. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend this provider.

Adam was very prompt, explained everything he was doing, answered all our questions. Talked about future need to replace an item, but said it was not immediately necessary at this time, but in the next year or two, said we would do it next year at tune-up. Worked thoroughly, knowledgeable, very prompt, and polite. Did not oversell, and replaced some hoses, excellent work and professional.

I was very happy with the service provided by Kyle and Stramowski Heating. Kyle seemed very professional and knowledgeable. I choose to go with another company for the repair mostly due to loyalty to that company and a similar price but would have used Stramowski otherwise and certainly would consider them again based on my positive experience.

The storm came Saturday night. Monday morning I called for a repair and they came out the very same day. Originally thought it was a blown circuit board (estimate $690+ tax) but after diagnostics and seeing that installing a new circuit board did not fix the problem, he tested the transformer and realized that was the issue. Took new circuit board out and old one back in but replaced transformer. Total cost a little less than $290. They are professional, explain things, are prompt and they could have installed both circuit board and transformer and I wouldn't have know the difference. An honest company.

We love Stramowski! They have been amazing and affordable every time we needed our furnace worked on. They have replaced a blown transformer in our furnace 2 times, and guarantee their parts and work. So when our ac didn't come on we called and they came out that afternoon. The staff is friendly, professional and informative! Thank you for all your help.

Called on a weekend morning and they came out quickly to examine and repair. Talked over fix and did repair at the time of initial visit. Professional and pleasant to work with.

I was having issues with my NEST thermostat and spent 3 weeks trying to troubleshoot it. After not having a system for three weeks, Nest recommended I have a local contractor come and look at the issue. I spent two days trying to find someone to look at it. After at least 15 calls, I finally found Brad at Stramowski. He was great, made a weekend call for me and knew what the issue was on the phone Friday night. The problem was confirmed when the work began and all total the technician was here an hour. The weekend charge was amazing as they did not have after hours charges and Brad took time to tell me about furnace and what I needed to do moving forward. I now have my air-conditioner up and running and I will be calling them back to make arrangements for a cleaning and yearly maintenance. Thank you for excellent customer service!

They were good. The service was phenomenal. I have never used them before, and I thought I needed to switch because I was not happy with the people I was using. They fixed it permanently, when the manufacturer was not able to fix it permanently.

The service went okay. One person came out for the service. They did exactly what the deal stated. They were kind of aggressive and pushy with their sales, however.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a decent job. I didn't pay any additional. The price was good.

Have used Stramowski on several occasions for various services. They have always performed very well, are on time, are professional, answer any questions I may have. They are my go to company for HVAC, etc.

We were out of town all weekend and came home to my Fiance's house on Sunday night and the furnace was broken. It had been off for quite some time and the temperature in the house was 48. We called Stramowski at 6:00 on Sunday night and a service tech was at the house at 7! Kyle was fantastic. He was friendly, got the furnace working and answered a ton of my fiance's questions. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend Kyle!

We had problems with our air conditioner, so another company came to check what was wrong, but Stramowski had a better price. They were great, and they were here on time. There was a small problem with the installation, it wasn't cooling initially, and they were here the next day to fix that.The price included 2 air conditioners, new plumbing, and new electrical ports.

We were awakened to the sound of an extremely loud motor running. Sounded like a neighbor's snow blower, but discovered it was coming from our furnace. Out of safety concerns, we turned off the furnace. Called Stramowski Heating at 6:15 am and left a message. They returned the call and advised they were able to get a service tech out that morning, sometime between 9:30 and 11:30. He arrive at 10:45 and quickly diagnosed the problem. Clearly prepared for a variety of problems, he had the needed part in his truck and had our old furnace up and running in no time. The service tech was a true professional and provided exceptional service. We would definitely use this company again!

Stramowski Heating Inc. did a great job. Service Tech was prompt, friendly and answered all my questions. AC unit ran without any problems. Stramowski also followed up with a call for the maintenance on the heating system.

Office communication about arrival time was great, and worked with my schedule. Kyle pretty quickly diagnosed furnace failure to open circuit/failed thermostat. Fixed open control wire and provided estimate for replacing thermostat. I chose to do thermostat replacement. This was a really good customer service experience!

Excellent............as usual. I have been using Stramowski for both AC an furnace tune-ups for at least eight years. Brad noted that I had some basement re-modeling performed and pointed out several areas in my basement where dust accumulation, including the furnace area, were still in need of vacuuming. He also suggested that I might want to have my air ducts clean, which makes a lot of sense, and I plan to follow-up with this service in the near future.

Winter furnace check up to include filter replacements.

Adam called and stated he was en route at 2:16 PM for a 2:00 PM Saturday appointment. (A little late but not a problem.) Very happy for the call so I could put the dog in the crate (she thinks everyone is there to see her) and get the kids out of the way. Adam went straight to work. I have had this service a couple of times before but never done to this level of thoroughness. Filters changed, blowers removed and inspected, heat exchangers inspected, burners cleaned & condensate filter cleaned. Adam was very knowledgeable and provided much insight into the age and workings of my furnace as well as the work that was done on it previously (by a different vendor) and why. Adam answered questions and gave plain language answers as well as gave his opinion when asked on what to look for in a new furnace. A+ job and well worth the $99.

It went well. The technician explained everything he did and why he was doing it. I was very happy with the work. He also pointed out things that it looked like the company I used previously did not do and why it was important to do. I signed up for notifications for future hvac services so that I would get reminders from them and get chances to have work done for lower amounts with no obligation to have to use them in the future.

Went great. On time. Did great work.

Kyle did a great job of explaining what he inspected, cleaned and adjusted. He also gave me advice on filters and installation. I plan to hire them again.

Called on his way over, and asked if all dimensions could be standard and not custom. I stated i did not know, but indeed i wanted the HVAC to be as close to the I-beam as possible and less than 9.25 inches clearance from the bottom of rafters.. He told me, "I don't do custom work", and so I suggested we cancel the appointment.
