I have a service contract with them. They are nearby and very responsive. They explain everything to me. They do a good job and the guys are good too.

Very professional sales and very professional installation... sales knew all about incentives and what qualifies for rebates etc. We decided to work with them even though their price was a bit higher ... but offset by their knowledge and our confidence in them. It proved to be a good decision ... we are happy with our system after one month of operation and are looking forward to more reliability. The installers were professional as well ...cleaned up all the areas and laid out floor covering to protect our carpet in the basement.

Mike, the technician, was excellent about letting me watch as he worked. He explained the details of what he was doing well and made good recommendations on what I should do to take care of the furnace in the future.

They are excellent. They call twice to make sure that you are at home, and we have had no problems with them whatsoever. I am very satisfied with them.

Sales mgr. explained very clearly what I was getting. Did not try to sell me more than what I wanted or needed. Installation was scheduled and workers arrived on time. Installation was completed in one day and furnace up and running. Electrician came following day to finalize electric work needed. Company also made temporary repair to the existing furnace without charge to tide us over until new installation could be done the following week.

I made an appointment. The representative came to my home. He was prompt and courteous. He examined the air conditioner and wrote an estimate for replacement. He explained everything very thoroughly. He gave helpful advice about energy rebates.

Stramowski Heating returned my phone call that same day. They sent out a representative that very morning. Adam was prompt and knowledgeable. He was able to inform me about the A/C to be installed and the extras his company would perform. Adam took the time to explain what work needed to be done and answered all of my questions. ($4,400.00)

When we got up in the morning we had no heat. It was very cold outside. Who would come out on a Sunday Morning on Super Bowl Sunday! We searched Angie's List and decided to call Stramowski Heating. Jay couldn't have been nicer and was at out house in an hour. He went right to work and told us what the problem was. He had to go back to his shop to pick up and additional part and even with that, our furnace was working an hour later. This company is very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Mike did a great job. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and he thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. During the appointment, Mike discovered a hose that had some dry-rot. He gave me the estimate for a full repair, but put some silicone sealant on some of the cracks for free - just as a temporary fix. I was very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be hiring them for future work.

Adam, the technician, was prompt, courteous and explained everything he was doing. He didn't mind me watching.

CANNOT SAY ENOUGH FOR THE SERVICE AND WORK DONE. BESIDES REPAIRING AND THE OVERALL INSPECTION, HE SUGGESTED THINGS WE COULD BE DOING TO ADD TO THE PERFORMANCE AND LIFETIME OF THE FURNACE. HE ALSO WENT OVER THE WHOLE FURNACE EVEN THOUGH WE'D HAD A SEPARATE CALL SCHEDULED JUST FOR THAT. HE WAS REASSURING, AND ALSO SAVED US TIME AND MONEY. VERY COURTEOUS IN CALLING AHEAD.

Serviceman was called because air conditioner was not working. He arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed problem and fixed it. He also cleaned and tuned up furnace.

I HAD 4 - 5 QUOTES FROM OTHER COMPANIES AND THEY WERE ONLY $100 HIGHER THAN THE LEAST EXPENSIVE PROVIDER FOR A FURNACE THAT I HAD NEVER HEARD OF BEFORE. I AM A LOT A HAPPIER I CHECKED BECAUSE ONE OF COMPANIES HAD 11 COMPLAINTS. THEY PICK UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY WELL. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. VERY WILLING TO WORK WITH CUSTOMER. WORKED WITH AN ASBESTOS REMOVAL COMPANY TO COORDINATE NEW BOILER. EXPLAINED IN DETAIL THE BOILER AND WATER HEATER I WAS GETTING AND HOW IT WORKED. REPRESENTATIVE CAME BACK AFTER JOB COMPLETE TO GO OVER WORKINGS AND FEATURES OF BOILER AND WATER HEATER. EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS AS THIS WAS A LITTLE UNUSUAL AND CUSTOM JOB. I WISH THEY DID OTHER WORK BESIDES HEATING/AC.

I GAVE THEM A "B" IN THE OVERALL, BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHECK BACK WITH ME AND NEVER DID.

AFTER THEY DID WORK FOR ME AND I HAD PAID THEM IN FULL FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT, THEY CAME BACK TO ME AND SAID I OWED AN ADDITIONAL $500. THIS QUOTE WAS NOT DISCUSSED WITH ME BEFOREHAND AND WAS NOT IN THEIR ESTIMATE. I DO NOT FEEL LIKE I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS, AS THIS WAS NOT AGREED UPON.

SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. ALWAYS PROMPT
