This is a fantastic company. "Kyle" the technician, called and came a little early. He did an excellent job cleaning our furnace. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We have had all excellent experiences with this company.

They didn't try to talk me into anything. This is the exact system I had wanted when I contacted them. It is a beautiful system. We are very happy so far. We have been very satisfied and happy with their work. The people who installed the system deserve an A1 rating. They were very friendly. They wanted to be absolutely sure I was satisfied with their work. The installers made us very happy with their presentation and their work. We will see what we think about the furnace come this winter, but the air conditioner has completely cooled every room which is something we never had with our old system. We have approximately 1300 sq ft and cathedral ceilings. The rooms in the back of our home would never get cool and now they do. This system even maintains the temperature we set it on. It is also a very quiet system. Because of the way our lines were set up on our old system, the electrician advice us that according to code the furnace has to have its own line. We appreciated the electrician giving us that advice and making the correct changes. I would give A1 ratings to the company, the product we wanted, sales man, installers, and the electrician.

Arrived early. Kyle is an extremely competent & nice guy. Did maintenance work for over 1 hr. Explained what was done & welcomed questions.

The team was friendly and very professional. The team explained properly about the furnace.

They did wonderful work. Brian came out, took a look at our current setup, worked with me on what was needed, figured out where our hot spots were made a recommendation. They did all the needed work, including installing the unit on the Roof, and again, did an excellent job!!!

The experience was extremely good and I would recommend this company to anyone needing heating / cooling work.

12:30 PM - Brad called ~ 12:15 and was 10 minutes early.

Very punctual, went right to work, advised of procedures, left workplace spotless.

Mike fixed the problem. He also explained all my options so I could make a decision that I would live with.

They have been very regular. When I have problems, I call and they come right out. They always call to make appointments to clean my furnace in winter and my air conditioning.

Stramowski service technician Michael F. was very professional and extremely helpful. Explained everything that he did and actually found a belt next to the furnace that I was unaware of and used that instead of charging me for a new one. Will need a new furnace soon and he took the time to discuss options and services that Stramowski can provide. Will definitely use again. Gave them a B for responsiveness because I was told when I called for appointment that someone would call and confirm date and time and no one did so technician arrived unexpectedly - glad I was home!

The technician called and arrived on time. He greeted me very politely and explained what he needed to do. He did the job promptly. He caressed wet shoe before entering the house. It was a good experience.

They always do excellent work. They are always on time. They call you if they are running late. You know when they are coming. They come and do the work fast and do not overcharge. They are neat and clean when they leave.

It turned out really good. I have yet to call to schedule the work. The communication was good. He didn’t give us a charge for the service call. He gave an estimate of what he would charge if he did the repairs.

It is fine. They are prompt. They are very corteosu in their manner. I enjoy haveingthe work on my furnace. It wa sthrorough.

Based on my call with Stramowski Heating Inc., I ultimately decided to have a different furnace installed than what was recommended by the first contractor I met with. I will have a Buderus installed tomorrow.

We originally started with a quote from Adam, the sales rep from Stramowski Heating. He was a very professional and courteous man who described in detail what products we would receive, He even gave us his cell number, in case we had any further questions.The men who came out were all very nice and also professional.The work was all done in the time frame they said it would be. They started about 8:45 and finished about 4:30.The workers described in detail how to program the new thermostat, and showed us the different functions on the new furnace, as well as the water heater. I would highly recommend this company to any one looking for quality products that will last a long time.

My air conditioner stopped blowing cool air. Called Stramowski Heating per Angies List rating. I was told that a Tech would be dispatched ASAP. Tech called within 1 hr and arrived approx 1 hr later. Tech (Brad Jancarik) found the problem in less than a half an hour. All costs of repair was explained and agreed upon. A faulty dual capacitor was replaced, part was available on truck, and the unit was inspected and restarted. Works just fine. Brad was courteous and efficient ,explaining everything in advance of and during the repair.

They installed the AC and furnace l5 years ago. It's still running well, with the annual servicing, and they've saved me money by catching things under warranty and replacing them. Brad is the best----professional, and very willing to explain all aspects of the work. He has also done some little things at no additional cost, like cleaning out the washer connection and hooking up a hose to the dehumidifier. I have used them for 30 years and have been very satisfied. They are also very responsive by phone and in emergencies and I find the price a good value considering the excellent customer service. .

They work with me and explain things very well. I can call them any time as their lines are open 24 hours and can call in case of an emergency. Their price was pretty reasonable but now, they have increased their price and I will be looking out for somebody else.

Company was initially very prompt in request for quote and technician looked over entire system and did quality work on the disconnect. Attempts to get AC reconnect resulted in cancellations and mis-scheduling by the company. Technician that finally returned started work but failed to complete reconnect. There was no followup call or attempts by the company to company after I called ask about completing the work. I finally hired another contractor to complete reconnect and service the furnace. The replacement contractor did excellent work at a price much lower than Stramowski's initial quote.
