Erika and her team are the best cleaning company I have had in a long time. They absolutely don't miss a thing, and are so fast and thorough. A great value for the money as well. Our house sparkles when they're done! We'll definitely keep using them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning company.

It was great. They did a really good thorough job. The person had lived in it 20 years and it really needed a deep clean. Great attention to detail.

She damaged a leather chair and refused to take responsibility. She said i put holes in recliner. So that I could get a NEW CHAIR Erica Torres refuses to take responsibility. The cleaning of my home was poor. Kitchen counter tops we're not all cleaned. Vacuuming sub par ( not all rooms with carpeting were vacuumed). Bathroom counter tops were still dusty. My house has just remodeled and I believe she walks in and sees it is Not Dirty and only does the minimal. In other words They will NOT clean your house properly. She will not take any corrective action. I had to reclean my house. When I tried to discuss the issues with Erika Torres her attitude changed and she was extremely rude. I was using her on a biweekly basis and things just got worse. I would never recommend Erika Torres to clean a home. Unfortunately, she told me she had insurance and refused to give me the insurance information. She said it was my responsibility when I hired her. All I received from Erika Torres were text messages that were unprofessional, rude and she did not take any responsibility for damage or very poor cleaning. She said go ahead and take me to Court. I do not care. I should not have cleaned your house. SHE GOT THAT PART RIGHT SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN HIRED TO CLEAN ANYONE'S HOUSE. I am writing this is hopes of saving any Future Clients the Problems I experienced with ERICA TORRES. AS I SAID BUYER BEWARE.

The cleaning team arrived on time and got right to work. Erika had estimated the job would take about 5 hours given the size of the house, but because of it's condition, it took much longer. The cleaning team of two ended up working for about 11 hours. While we did pay more than the original estimate, it was not double the amount even though the job was more than double the time. The price was worth every penny. The team was incredibly thorough and paid attention to details that I would not have had time for and probably would have skipped anyway (like cleaning the every step of the staircase by hand to get the scuff marks off and removing and soaking the glass light fixture components to get the clean). They worked incredibly hard all day and did a fantastic job. I definitely would hire them again and I will recommend them to friends and family.

I purchased a voucher for a complete house cleaning on Angie's List for $199. I called the cleaning service and spoke to Erika to set up an appointment. After talking about the details to have the cleaning, I informed her it was a empty house with no furniture. She then informed me it would be more money since the house was empty? The voucher clearly stated total housecleaning with no mention of added charges for no furniture. Not sure why that would add money to begin with. Anyways, we continued going over the details as I was ok with paying a little extra for the cleaning. Then, the final dagger was when i informed her I had purchased the total house cleaning package for $199. She got upset and said she would need to call me back and blamed Angie's List for making some sort of mistake in listing the voucher. After being very short with me we concluded the conversation and I awaited a call back. Unfortunately, I never got a call back. Two days later with $199 now taken out of my bank account and no service scheduled or a phone call back, I attempted to call the cleaning service but got no answer, so I left a voicemail. Later that evening, I got a call back from Erika stating she would not be honoring the voucher I purchased and that I should request a refund from Angie's List. She seemed disinterested in doing the work or providing any sort of customer satisfaction or professionalism. I would save your time and money and find a reputable cleaning service. No positives during my encounter with this service.

All the items listed under the service description were areas we wanted cleaned and we didn't ask for anything additional. After days of waiting to receive a response regarding the scheduling of my appointment I was informed that this voucher did not apply to empty houses and it would take more work to clean a new house than one full of furniture (whose cleaning was included in the service description on the voucher). She blamed Angie's List for several things being listed wrong or excluded from the service description and told me to get a refund. Very disappointed in the level of professionalism in making me wait days to find out she refused to honor the voucher when the service requested was well within the description.

Was having trouble keeping up with cleaning after going back to work after my second baby and this was just what I needed. Excellent communication and the house looked wonderful! Such a load of a working mom. Definitely excited to have them back.

Great. Derek did a large basement carpet, the family room, and two sets of stairs. One spot in the lower level didn't come out well, nor did some old pet stains, but it's not Derek's fault. I would surely call him again.

Erica and Jill were great to have as my first house cleaners. They were very responsive to my specific requests and often requested feedback on various tasks.

Bathroom was very done very good, the cleanest it's been same as the stove. During that time, was told it will cost $50 more per hour if it will be beyond 3 1/2 hours. We were in and out of the house so we let them do their thing. My husband paid extra $100 due to what they said. We came home around noon after they texted us that they we're all done. Floors were still dirty and lampshades not dusted same as some table. Didn't bother to call them back as we were busy with some other things. The extra money given was not worth it as they ended as with the planned 3.5 hours, did not extend at all.

We had construction dust everywhere and Erika and her team did an excellent job making both units beautiful and move in ready. Appliances, cabinets, tile, grout, flooring- all spotless when they finished! I interviewed several cleaning companies and it was clear when talking to Erika that she's a true professional. Would certainly recommend.

Good communication before the job, three person crew showed up and got right to it. House was empty f furnishings so they worked fast but thoroughly, with the owner reviewing every area after completion. Suggestions/requests were addressed immediately. They even seemed to enjoy the work.

Erika goes completely above and beyond with all of her jobs. She takes tremendous pride in her work and it shows. She is extremely easy to work with, punctual, and trustworthy. She has saved me a lot of money by restoring stuff which I thought was beyond being saved. She even sends before and after pictures of her jobs. This is a first class company.

It was absolute bliss to come home to an immaculate clean house! My house hasn't been this clean in far too long and it was worth every single penny. SPN Detail did a wonderful job! And I would recommend them to anyone and will likely use them again in the future.

Let me start by saying that I have dealt with quite a few companies in the arena of cleaning. Unfortunately, the results have ranged from unsatisfactory, to downright shady in nature where I was almost forced to contact law enforcement officials. I was at my wits end, even contemplating taking time out of my ridiculously busy schedule and doing the cleaning myself. I decided I will give this one more shot and I am sooo glad I did!!! SPN Detail Cleaning led by Madam Erika literally changed my perception of cleaning companies forever. Five stars all around, this company has no rivals in the arena of cleaning, It's SPN Detail Cleaning or nobody at all.

It went great, Erika was punctual and did a very thorough job.

Erika has saved me a lot of money by her attention to detail. Most recently she spent multiple days completely revitalizing a unit which had been smoked in for 15+ years. The before and after pictures she sent me were remarkable! Her communication, punctuality and work are all first class. You will not be disappointed if you use her for any service.

Very friendly, polite and prompt. Had no reservations with trusting her being in my home. Not only did the basic cleaning but also did some deep cleaning such as: microwave, windows, spot cleaning of doors & walls. She was aware that I have young children and used kid-friendly cleaning products (which I hadn't even thought of) and also worked well around my toddlers. She actually gave them a spray bottle of water & a rag because they wanted to help :) Will definitely be having her come back for biweekly cleaning.

It went very well this was my first time calling a cleaning service they where very polite and respectful of my things. I will diffently be using them in the future.
