I am still finding things that weren't done! Was told that there would be three cleaners, not that one would be a child!

Erika and her crew are great at what they do. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She cares about her work and shows through her results. Her communication is great and very competitively priced. I would bot hesitate to reccomend her for any job large or small. You can count on her to get it done right the first time

Erika cleans my house every other week and she does a fine job of it. She is very efficient and always leaves the house looking great and smelling clean. I am pleased to recommend her.

SPN and Erika have been our cleaning team for several months throughout 2017. I hired them off Angie's list. I have found Erika to be very responsive when I ask her to touch something up or do something special, I have them every other week. We have a 2 story, 4 bedroom home, and I alternate the cleaning of certain areas. I am very pleased with her service, and look forward to continuing with them throughout 2018. I strongly suggest you give Erika a try!

I can't say enough good things about Erika and her Crew. She goes above and beyond without even having to ask. Every time I come home after her cleaning it's an absolute pleasure. My house is spotless and tidy. Do yourself a favor and hire SPN now!!

Nothing happened because they would not return any phone calls or emails....I’m now trying to get in touch with Angie’s List to get a credit!

I ended up letting them go because they were not consistent in their cleaning. They started out with a bang and then they were skipping some items I thought were part of their routine and I did not notice it until they were gone. I think I had them 2 more times but I cannot remember how much I paid. The inconsistency was my only problem. The interaction was very positive. I would not use them in the future because of the inconsistency.

Called to schedule the cleaning and spoke to Erika, she responded by letting me know she would call back...she never did. Finally I called her again and scheduled an appointment. Awful customer service on the phone and I was especially wary when she wanted me to ask for a refund on Angie's list and directly pay her. I declined the offer and politely said that I wanted to see how it goes first. She agreed. Lastly, I asked if she could give a confirmation call a day or two before the appointment which she agreed to. Today was the appointment, not only did I not receive a call but she cancelled on me 1 hour before the appointment after calling her to confirm. I would not recommend this cleaner, unfortunately she has similar stories on Angie's list which I carelessly ignored. Don't make the same mistake.

Erika and her team did a great job cleaning our home. She has great communication and always lets me know about special promotions. I highly recommend SPN!!

Bought a big deal for $199. There was no additional charges. They were nice enough so I can't discount that. What I did not like was, I think I had them for like 8 hours. I asked for 3 or 4 other things be done. They were done in like 4 hours and did not do the other things that I had requested. Which was well in reason to do. I wasn't expecting so many people and did not get a warning. I think there were 4 people. I thought it was only going to be 2. Again, I can not discount that they were very nice and helpful in some ways. They could have done more work. Whenever I am going to have additional people in my house, I need to know in advance. We had a hard time connecting. I would call and she would say that she sent an email response. I did not ask for an email. I asked for a call.

Erika and her sister did wonderful work. I would hire them again without hesitation.

I am very happy to refer SPN Detail Cleaners. They do an great job of cleaning my house. They are thorough, efficient and pleasant. Their services make my life so much better.

Fairly well - not a lot of attention to detail in the cleaning

Erika did a great job, I haven't seen the place so clean in a long time. She was very responsive and easy to deal with and her prices were fair and reasonable. I'm actually going to be using Erika's services in my home now as I have been having issues with a person who I have used for cleaning in the past.

The house looked immaculate after they were done. I have had people clean my house in the past and they were the most conscience.

Erika does a wonderful job. We liked SPN Detail Cleaning so much we asked them to come back once a month. Highly recommend.

Excellent. The ladies were very professional. They did a great job. Would both hire and recommend them again.

The house was spic & span. Stove & refrigerator were immaculate. 2 cleaners were at our house for 4 hours. Got an amazing amount of work done. Dusted all of the hard to reach areas.

We plan to use her again. She did a good job.

Erika was very responsive to requests, I decided this morning I wanted to add the inside of the refrigerator and she fit it in no problem. I love that they text, makes it easy for busy people! I came home to a sparkling house. They really went above and beyond! Can't wait to schedule next month!

They advertised deep cleaning of stove and refrigerator. They did not touch the inside of the oven and a fair job of the refrigerator. The outside of the bathtub was not touched nor were the the top sides, Everything else was very good/
