Description of Work: Air conditioner was frozen - the checked it, replaced a capacitor in the electronics, checked everything including drainage. Took about 1 hour. Has worked fine ever since. I will use Roth for all air conditioning needs in the future.

Description of Work: Thought we had malfunctioning thermostat and leaking furnace humidifier. Leak resolved by correcting my faulty hose connection,and properly programming thermostat, with patient instructions solved that problem. They could have taken us for hundreds of dollars and we'd never have known. Honest, patient and professional.

Description of Work: The crue did a great job under difficult conditions. I have a duplex, and I had the lower unit changed from hot water to hot air heat, along with central air. The problem being that I have a lot of stuff stored in the basement that they had to work around. The house also had the old style cast radiators. They are large and heavy. Not easy to monover around the furniture. They had to move furniture to get them out, and they did a good job of putting things back, as well as cleaning up after themselves | |They also replaced the boiler for the upper unit. This was a much simpler part of the project. They placed both units so they are easy to access, and did a good job of cleaning up the gas and water piping. The existing pipework was a mess. | |I plan to have them back to install central air in the upper unit once I get some other work done, opening up access to the attic. |

Description of Work: The company came back twice because the problem was a intermittent one and was hard to determine exactly what was causing the problem. But they did tried several different things and on the second visit figured which of those things was causing the problem and it all worked. We were very pleased with the company for many reasons and because they waited to be sure that everything was working correctly before rushing to send out the bill. They were very pleasant to work with. We have used them several times over the years and would recommend them.

Description of Work: They came to tune up our furnace. I have it done every two years. Over the past 25 years, I have bought two central air conditioners & a furnace from Roth. I always use them for tuneups or any required service. They're professional, punctual, reliable & reasonably priced. I've never had a reason to complain.
