Everything turned-out really well. They provided the estimate at the end of May, and were able to install the water heater a few weeks later. They kept their appointment and were on time. They kept everything very clean. When they left, things were cleaner than when the came.

Terrible! After 10/23/2009, they didn't ever return until November. They ignored all of my calls as to why they would not finish the job. Then, all they did in November was measure some stuff, miss more promised dates, and ignore more of my calls. In January, I complained to the BBB. That finally lit a fire under this company to finish the job. They still dragged it out until February. This was the worst contractor experience ever! I asked up front if they stayed at the jobsite from start to finish. They said yes. They lied.

I ordered the toilets on a Saturday and they were installed in just over a week. The toilets were shipped directly to our house. The plumber was on time. Very quick service. A little pricey, but the job got done quickly and professionally.

The interaction was fine, but they were high and I don't think they were real interested in a small job. They were punctual, professional and responsive, they called right away.

It was a good experience. The guy was knowledgeable. He came on time. I didn't really need him to look at the other plumbing in the house. Since I was paying him for his time, he offered to take a look and see if anything would need help in the future and I let him do that. He didn't find anything, but it was nice that he did that because now I know that I have a clean bill of health so to speak. They had a weird scheduling situation. If it was an emergency they might have come out right away. I had to pick out various days that were available, but it is quite difficult to explain it all. I thought it was weird. I would not consider using them in the future because I now live in Ohio.

For the work that they did, I believe the price was much too high. I received a Senior Discount but it was still very high. He knew what he was doing but we are upset about the price.

They were very neat and the kitchen faucet works just how it was supposed to.

I was impressed with AJ's willingness to discuss and work through all of the minor repairs we needed. In every case, he was able to offer a fix that solved the problem and fit with in our budge.

There were no problems with the project and everything went very smoothly. The people who came to my home to do the work were very friendly. They were very knowledgeable and up to date with all of their technical experience.

They are prompt doing a good job. I do not have any complaints and they are competent reliable people.

It was a good experience. Worked with me to fit service schedule with my work schedule. Tech was right on time and made quick work. Very personable and cleaned up everything before he left.

They remodeled two closets into a bathroom. I had originally wanted the project to be finished in the summer, and they employees were awful. When fall came around and the job wasn't done I was going to call and report on them and the owner of the company called me and apologized profusely and told me that the employees in question were fired and wanted to know if there was anything he could personally do for me. I was very impressed by that. They did a very good job working with me until the project fit into my budget. They did do excellent quality work. I would use them again, because the owner was so involved and made sure that I was pleased and guaranteed the work.

Construction has some glitches but overall Oak Creek Plumbing did beautiful job. We couldn't have been happier with the project. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I was referred through my home warranty company. They gave a large window of time (from 9-4) but since I was working from home I did not protest; I was just glad to get someone same-day. Bob came by 2:00 and was friendly and professional. He took care to assess the situation and to explain it to me. He cleaned up after himself and even took a look at something else that turned out to be nothing. He indicated that the service call could have cost me over $300 without my home warranty (I only had to pay my deductible this time). That seems like an awful lot. Nonetheless, the job was done quickly and well. I would call them again but will certainly get an estimate before committing if I can.

The plumber Mike arrived at the time scheduled and we went over the work I wanted and he gave me a price to do the work. I okayed the price and he went to work. He kept the area clean and took any scrap with him. The job went smoothly.

This is not the first time we have had Oak Creek plumbing work on our bathroom and it won't be the last. We used Angie's List to confirm using them again. The showroom experience was low pressure and friendly. Once we decided to have the work done we were allowed a perk for being a return customer, specifically not having to put the full amount requested for the down payment. I also noticed that their awards from Angie's List were proudly on display in their showroom. After moving the date around a few times, once by us and once by them, the installation people showed up and worked quickly and courteously. Aside from installing the new toilet they also took a quick look at the shower installation they put in a few years ago. They gave us a few tips on things we might want to look out for with it in the future, free of charge. The whole experience was great. This was good old fashion service which is something you see little of these days especially with most "hurry for a buck" contractors. We could have replaced this toilet ourselves more cheaply, but are ecstatic with the job(s) done by this company. We highly recommend them.

Their prices are reasonable. They are prompt with their service; they call me back immediately and work around my schedule. I will use them again.

We used this company since they were through the home warranty, although we found out immediately the problem was not under warranty. The initial appointment the company gave us was a 6 hour window, which is simply not practical for 2 working adults. What made matters worse was that while he showed up within the window, he gave us the estimate, and explained they were "too busy" to complete the job that day, and rescheduled with a 3 hour window on a different day. He showed up early in the following window, and did a good job of the repairs. He even showed us the horizontal piping within the walls was part of the slow-fill problems, but that needn't be fixed anytime soon since it wasn't a high-traffic bathroom. He cleaned up after himself, and was otherwise pleasant. Overall, the frustration lied in the excessive appointment window, which I have never had from a plumber despite living in 3 cities, as well as the fact that he couldn't do the repair on the day we scheduled a 6 hour appointment with him. The work done was fine, but a similar job in a different city was about 2/3 the price of this company.

They are a little pricey but if you want it done right this is the company to use. Their quality of work is excellent and I am so happy with our bathroom. They did a great job of cleaning up and I highly recommend them.

He told us that he was going to charge us twenty five dollars for the laundry room faucet and when we got the bill they had charged us $225. The price for the work went up as they did the work. When they came out to do the work they told me it was going to be $1200 to snake four drains. So I told the man to go out and call his company and get a better price, and they came back with a price around seven hundred. When they were working in the basement, the worker hurt himself and he started cursing which I did not appreciate.

They were good, but the only problem I had is that they have a different type of pricing charge. If you want them immediately it will be more, but if it doesn't matter it is cheaper. Either/ Or they still weren't here when I wanted, but overall they did a good job.

They came out and were Johnny on the spot, we had water all over from a rusted out water heater, they cleaned up everything and had a new water heater in no time, they are great, reliable, efficient, and very professional.

They could not guarantee a time when the plumber would come. Said they'd call when he was in the area. Good thing we were flexible. Turned out he showed up the next day so we were pleased with that. Tried to sell us a 12 month service agreement up front for $125, which we declined. He found no defects, tested the pressure and everything was fine. He didn't have to perform any repairs. Was professional. Thought the price was a bit steep.

Fantastic experience. Ed and Steve are absolutely wonderful to deal with. Professional, courteous, neat and thorough. They went above and beyond to fix other things that were wrong, and explained all costs in detail with me before I agreed to the work. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Very good. Price may be a little high, but worth the quality.
