Oak Creek Plumbing

Called to have my ice maker in my fridge to be hooked up. They gave me a 15% coupon for being a first time customer. They came out the next day and quoted me a price between $300-$500 and that I could not use the 15% coupon. I told him no thank you, that he was way to expensive. I was required to a service fee of $62.25. I gave him $63 and he left without giving change. Per service guy, they could have quoted me over me over the phone.

Very well. Good warranty. Always follows up promptly, if needed. Personable office staff and technicians.

They found a hard to find replacement part for our 20 year old bathtub. We were very happy with the work.

The project was well planned and the few minor problems that did arise were quickly resolved. Thanks to the skill, expertise, and professionalism of the sales rep, project manager, plumber, counter top installer and technicians who laid the floor, removed the chimney and took care of the many other activities needed to update my kitchen, I am very satisfied with Oak Creek Plumbing and especially pleased with my new kitchen.

Water was coming into basement. After mopping up the floor, I could tell that the water from dehumidifier and A/C were not able to drain properly. Mike came from Oak Creek and fixed the problem quickly. He found the clog and out came a cat ball and a large nail. The previous owners of the house had a cat so it must have been there for over 12 years when I bought the house.

We knew upon signing the contract that we would wait 2 months until work would begin. But we were disappointed that the job ran about 6 weeks behind the projected finish date without any obvious reasons, such as back orders. Contractors in the house were very nice. Work is high quality, but admittedly on the pricier side.

I discovered the leak on a Saturday night and called first thing Monday morning. Mike was here mid-morning and was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it. The bottom of the cabinet had slightly buckled due to the water and Mike told me about water alarms which I could get at the hardware store. I promptly purchased two, one for the kitchen sink and one for the utility room. I have had a contract with Oak Creek Plumbing for over 10 years and have never had a negative experience. All the plumbers have been excellent. I also had a bathroom remodel almost three years ago and have never had a project go so smoothly. I have never had anything but good experiences with Oak Creek Plumbing.

Installation was as described. Technician was professional and courteous. Options were explained and easy to understand.

Oak Creek Plumbing was very prompt, polite and professional. For this job I had already removed one of the sillcocks, the water was already shut off (I have shot off valves for each one.) They came over and gave me an estimate that was "regular" price including a discount for having one already removed. There was a second price including a service plan for a year that was about $60 more than regular. He then showed my what the price he was supposed to charge was - over $500 per sillcock. Just wanting the job done I approved the "regular price." Everything went well and they were gone in about 1.5hrs (including having a part dropped off to them). I can not complain about the service, but the price seemed excessively high given the work that was done. I would look elsewhere if you have the time to see if you can get it done for less unless cost is not a factor.

Excellent! Work was done quickly, efficiently and well. Plumber was knowledgeable, polite, and left my home as clean as he found it. I am comfortable having Oak Creek personnel in my home; they are very trustworthy. I have used Oak Creek Plumbing numerous times and will continue to use them!

They're very good. They've done work on my bathroom as far as drywalling and stuff like that too. They do remodels and plumbing, and they've been in business for years as well. I don't know about pricing because I like them and I have used a friend's son as well; their about the same. They are comparable to what other people will charge as far as plumbing services. I have used them over and over again. One person came out to complete the service. He was fine. I had never seen him before. He was nice and he got the job done. Everything works great so I have no complaints. He didn't leave anything in the area. He took care of everything.

I'm happy with how the work turned out. They helped me determine what would work well for me, as to what to put into the kitchen.

We worked with Randy and couldnt have been more pleased . We had them rip out and expand the existing shower, replace vanity, countertops, medicine cabinet and flooring in the master bath. Process took a little over a week. They started when Randy said they would and finished when he said they would .They arrived nearly on time every day. They informed us what the next step would be. They asked us questions on where we wanted things to go, etc. They put in procelin tile in the shower, new glass doors and fixtures.. They put down duroceramic flooring. Built the cabinets to our specs and medicine cabinet Everything turned out fantastic . Cant find anything wrong with what they did. We are very pleased. They cleaned up every day, were respectful and friendly. The pricing is on the high side. They came in about $3k more than other estimates but to us it was worth it. We are very pleased

Call for estmate base on rating but i was very disappointed with the costumer service. $8000 job refuse to give me free estimate.

We had never used Oak Creek Plumbing before but we had a pipe that had broken off under our bathroom sink. We originally called late on a Sat afternoon and someone called us back and said if we could wait until Mon it probably would be half the cost. We had other sinks to use, so we decided to wait. Oak Creek Plumbing called us early Mon morning and arranged for someone to get here. I had a call to tell me someone would be here in approximately 1 hour. Ed was very personable and efficient. We were afraid that he might have to break into the wall to access the pipe, but he did not. He explained what the situation was and the repair ended up being much less than what we had feared. We were very pleased with the service we received and we had Ed give us an estimate for another project. We definitely will use Oak Creek Plumbing again and we will ask for Ed.

We used Oak Creek Plumbing. My experience with Oak Creek went well. I have used them prior in another home that I lived in. They are very efficient. They arrive when they say they are going to arrive. They are very thorough. They explain totally what is done. If you have issues they explain what they are and they don't force any product on you which I appreciate. The price was good, it was reasonable. I don't know what it costs but I know that it was less than what I anticipated. Absolutely, I would consider them again.

I called the dispatcher on Sunday when my own efforts to clear the mess didn't work. They referred me to a plumber. Here is the beauty of the situation: the plumber told me that if I could live with the situation for one day, I would save money. This was because a weekend emergency service call was much more expensive than a regular week day visit. They could have gouged me, but they didn't. The mess was cleared up quickly. The plumber even put up with my over friendly cat! I have a clear running bathtub and all is well. I am very happy to know about this company.
