Overall, a good experience. I had a problem with the hot water heater because the hybrid water heater meaning it is not tankless but it is not a full tank and it just never really worked right and it took a year to resolve and they finally sent it back to a manufacturer and got a brand new conventional type hot water heater. That was the only problem, the hot water heater. In theory, the technology was nice but it never really worked properly. That was the only real problem. I would definitely not buy this hybrid hot water heater. I guess I would get a definite start and stop time. We kind of got 90% done and then it took a little while for them to finish the last 10%.

They didn't install the one that I've ask them to and said that was just as good and should be happy with that's why we didn't use them for our bathroom. Their pricing was high but I don't have a problem with that.

They never got back to me. They came out to do an estimate and they didn't call me back. They didn't email me my quote.

I give them an overall rating and I guess the price was ok. I got three estimates and they were all in pretty much the same ball park but the other company was less.

The installer arrived promptly on scheduled day and completed job on 3rd day. He was quiet, cleaned up as he went along and removed all debris. He explained what was going on and answered questions. When he had questions, he came to us and didn't just go ahead and do things i.e. placement of soap dish, grab bar and corner caddy. Arrangements were made by Oak Creek for plumber and inspector to arrive as needed. Everything went very smoothly on schedule. It looks great and we couldn't be happier w/job.

The overall experience was great! The sales person helped us in choosing the right tub, the plumbing fixtures and the tub surround. When we made our final selection, the job was turned over to the project manager who came out to the house to make sure all of the products we chose were the right measurements for our space. They gave us an estimated date to start the project, and were able to start it two weeks earlier. They were extremely professional from start to finish. The installer was very professional. He went above and beyond in making sure everything was done correctly, and it was reflected in the finished product. It only took 2 days for the entire project. We are VERY satisfied with the work they have done will definitely use them for future projects.

Oak Creek Plumbing has done several installations and repairs on this house's plumbing and they always do a great job. They aren't the choice if you are looking at your short term budget, but their work is quality so in the long run you recoup the costs.

They are real good, we've used them several times over the past couple of years. They are prompt and professional. I'd recommend them to others.

From the first call to the serviced performed we were very pleased. They put in a gas line over to our dryer in the basement. After having a few plumbers in and out of our first new home we have definitely decided that Oak Creek Plumbing is our favorite and from now on our 'go to' plumbers. They are professional, personable and very reasonable priced. Would definitely recommend them to all of all our friends and colleagues.

I had a leak in my bathroom from an unknown source. I also need another bathroom completely retiled. Oak Creek could help with the plumbing but they don't do their own tile work - they contract it out. They recommended against using them since this would be more costly and perhaps take longer

A toilet leaked. I can't lift both bowl and tank together, so I took them apart to look at the toilet flange and wax seal under the toilet. The Oak Creek plumber told me I needed a new toilet because I had taken the old bowl and tank apart. I recall an estimate of $800.00. He said an uneven floor was likely why the toilet leaked. I asked if the flange might be too low. He said the toilet flange could be marginally low and guessed that occurred when new flooring was installed the last time the toilet leaked. I questioned that because an Oak Creek plumber and Oak Creek contracted floor installer worked in cooperation on that job. Against his advice, I insisted the plumber to install a flange extension, assemble and reseat the old toilet, saving hundreds of dollars over his recommendation of a new toilet. I felt Oak Creek tried to take advantage of me, an older woman, so, I wrote a complaint letter to Oak Creek. Three weeks later, the manager called me. He explained it is Oak Creek's policy to install a new toilet when the old toilet has been dissembled because only the orginal seals can be guarranteed. If an aftermarket seal later leaks, a customer would think Oak Creek performed shoddy work. That is bad for business, he said. I say, it should be Oak Creek's policy to explain the options of a cheap repair vs. a pricey new toilet and let the customer decide how to spend his/her money. Three years later, the old toilet is fine. I, however, am still outraged. I want to warn others about a policy that serves Oak Creek at the customer's expense. I will not use Oak Creek again.

The services provided were fine and at the price we agreed to. It was the professionalism of the provider that makes me hessitate to use them again.

The plumber arrived on time, was courteous, neat and very informative. The problem was fixed on the first visit. We have not a problem since.

We had at least 5 different contractors come in, but we went with Oak Creek Plumbing. Their price was good. We really liked their service. They were in and out in 3 days. They did a fabulous job. They were terrific. We are very pleased with their work. They came in, they did a really good job, and they cleaned up. They were by far the most reasonable pricewise. It was what we wanted. It wasn't top of the line. It wasn't the bottom of the line. The bathroom is beautiful. They are coming to do some kitchen work today. I really like them. They are really good. There were some companies that came in around the same price, but a lot of them were about two or three thousand more. Oak Creek was competitive, but not overly so.

Oak Creek sent someone out right away to give us an estimate. A plumber came out the next day and completed the work. Everyone involved was on time and friendly. The air gap went in with no problem and clean up was quick and easy. We have used Oak Creek on several occassions and always find them to be efficient and knowledgable.

I was very impressed with the level of service. Mike was on time, listened to everything I told him and also inspected the rest of the plumbing. An estimate was given before work began and final charges matched the estimate. A different plumbing contractor did the initial plumbing instal on new (now 6 year old) house and we have had problems since we took the keys. OCP has fixed all of these nagging problems and was very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had a terrific experience with Oak Creek Plumbing. The salespeople were on time for all appointments and respectful of our budget. They suggested ways to save money. For example we furnished baseboards we had already stained and sealed, and we purchased a hand-held shower head; they installed both of these. The work was done on time and perfectly. The workers were professional, trustworthy and on time. The finished result is beautiful. It was not a bargain, but we definitely got the high quality we expected.

They did the work and they left in one day. They did a good job.

Like others said previously, if you want it done right, OCP is your choice. I made the mistake of remodeling my bath with a low-bid contractor 5 years ago and I had to hire OCP to do it right the 2nd time around. The installer was very professional and although it took a bit longer than we planned, it was done right. My main bath looks great now.

The price was reasonable. They finished the job in the time they said they would. They were very clean and efficient. There have been no problems at this point.

AJ from Oak Creek Plumbing came out on a home-warranty related plumbing issue. As such, the $75.00 mentioned is the deductible and is all we had to pay on what would have cost ~$340 to do otherwise. He diagnosed a problem we were having with the shower diverter and recommended we replace the iron pipes (not covered by warranty). He also looked at our leaking toilet, pulled and re-set it, including caulking it to the floor because of a slight rocking. All told it took 1.5 hours and we now have a non-leaking toilet.

The project went very well. They found a matching wood that blended perfectly with the cabinets that had been installed the year before. They went out of their way to get the job done in spite of having to search for a matching wood panel.

Poor service - Hired same company last year to replace ALL pumbing shut off valves in home. They forgot to replace one of the shut off valves in kitchen. The old one not replaced started leaking. o I called them out to finish previous job right. They did not care that their staff did not do the last job right and charged me for another full price job.

The plumber arrived about 10:00 a.m., gave me an estimate (in which he warned me that the faucet install, which I thought was the easy project, was actually going to be the most difficult because of the small size of the sink), and began work promptly. As he said, he did have to remove the sink from the wall, which doubled the price of the faucet install. He tried to snake the drain, but was unable to because of the drum trap (which had I tried to tell him about earlier by clearing out and showing him the access hatch, but he didn't look). He told me he didn't expect to have to deal with that, so this doubled the cost of THIS part of the job. He ran into a lot of unexpected problems replacing the drum trap (the floor joists were inconveniently located), but eventually got it done, then snaked the drain. He had to cut an additional hole in the kitchen ceiling to get this done, which got drywall and plaster dust all over everything. My wife came home in the midst of all the mess, and was very unhappy about it, so I told her to walk the dog while I cleaned it all up. The plumber helped me wipe up most of the mess, but he still had two more jobs to do that day (it was 5:00 p.m. by this time), so he left and my wife and I spent the rest of the evening cleaning up (he had left a lot of foot prints leading from the kitchen to the upstairs bath and back). My wife also discovered that, when he replaced the sink, he didn't place it at the right height on the wall, so the pedestal beneath it is loose and "clanks" whenever we use it. I haven't called yet to ask him to come back to fix it. The shower drain doesn't leak into the kitchen anymore, however, which is good.
