They are on Angie's List. My bathroom has been remodeled for a few know. They did a wonderful job. I joined the service for them or I have a lifetime priority. So right know if I call them up on the phone and set up an appointment either today or within a day or two. If it's an emergency they are right here. Far I haven't had any emergencies but they've taken care of me very well over the years. Their price is a little high but since I get quality service, it's hard to argue with the price.

The service was good. Everyone was very pleasant. When they said they were going to be here, they were here. The whole process took about a month. They cleaned up every day before they left. The only recommendation that I would have for them is to use ear-buds rather than stereos for their work music.

Several years ago I had them come out to replace a toilet because it was leaking. I just felt that they were expensive. This was like 5 years ago. I thought that they were a little more expensive than they should have been. I thought that they were a little expensive for their status. Overall I would rate them average. I did a lot of cleanup after they were done. The responsiveness was okay. I would use this company again in the future if I can't get anybody else out here.

Called Oak Creek Plumbing for bathroom remodeling services. Offered me an appointment 2 months away from call date ! Asked for an appointment sooner and was given 11/17/14. Nobody called or showed up for the appointment. Called the company and they claimed they needed to reschedule, but they did not bother to call and let me know they were not going to arrive ! I definitely would not do business with this company ! It must be nice to have so much business that they can treat potential, new customers poorly !

Found the problem immediately, Fixed it on the spot and the resultant charge was very reasonable. Simply outstanding experience with Oak Creek Plumbing.

No more leaking, so obviously it was done correctly. It did run a little higher in price than I expected, but I don't think it was an easy job. Also, there was probably mileage involved.

Steve showed up on time and was friendly and helpful. He looked at the problem, then discussed options to get to the solution. Given the shower surround, we had to cut a hole in the side of a closet that is on the opposite side of the shower, but this was done in a neat way and he repaired the hole with an acrylic sheet so that it can be accessed again if the need arises. He worked hard all day to get to the cheap shower fixture another company had installed, replace it with a much better quality unit, then close things up. In the process he also noted some of the caulk in the surround was starting to peel and he caulked the back side of the surround for us. He was efficient and hard-working and I felt very comfortable with him in the house. The shower now actually works and doesn't make a ton of noise like it used to!

I met with Jim Kryzanek....to go over the overall project - of my master bath remodel. We discussed both our timelines, products and finishes. They are a very professional group and certain they could handle my project. Still trying to decide when the work will be done that fits my schedule.

The service repair person was personable.

My sump pump stopped working one rainy night and I noticed it in the morning. They came out within about an hour or so on Palm Sunday. They were very personable and helpful and friendly. It was so good they came then, because it started raining again that night.

He came right out and did a great job. We have an older home, and he really knew how to take care of the problem. He found the right hardware and ordered the replacement. He is not only an excellent plumber, but a very flexible thinker. He really went above and beyond.

I came home on late Friday afternoon and discovered the toilet in the main floor bathroom running. Could not turn it off because the shut-off valve would not move. Emergency plumber after hours on Friday. Look out. Called Oak Creek plumbing. Finally got a hold of someone. First thing out of the gal's mouth was $175.00 trip charge. No choice. She would get a hold of the technician. He called back within about 2 minutes. He tried to advise how to stop the toilet from running. Well I turned the flipper up so at the least the tank stopped filling up. He then said 175 bucks for the trip charge I said no choice and to come out. He said he would arrive in about an hour (7:00 PM). He showed up on time. His name is Ed. Nice enough guy. Took a look at the toilet and figured out the problem. He replaced all the inner parts and the defective shut off valve. For parts and labor (took him about 30 minutes), $341.00. $175.00 trip charge plus parts and labor of $341.00 totaled $516.00. I found a $25.00 coupon on their website making the total $491.00. Paying this kind of price is absolutely ridiculous. They could still make money charging $250.00. I get the after hours rate. But my god 341 bucks for parts that probably cost them about 40 to 50 bucks. You talk about screwing the customer !! I am not mechanically inclined so in this case I had no choice whatsoever. Needless to say unless a situation comes up like this again I will not use them again.

It was really nice because he said, "Just come look at what I did" and I said, "Oh, thank goodness that you did that otherwise our other sink would have become clogged if you didn't do what you did." He just did that. They did a meticulous job on that which I was really happy about. They're our plumbing company from now on.

Went very well. He had to replace the bolt to open up the sewer connection and didn't charge for it. Then he used his basic auger and then took a hose with a camera on it through the pipe after he was done, to make sure he hadn't missed anything. Then went farther into the pipe to get the roots outside of the house. Cleaned up the basement so I didn't even know he was there. Great job!

Oak Creek Plumbing was very good. They were good, cleaned up after themselves and efficient.

I called this in as an emergency call because no matter what I did I could NOT get the copper fitting to seal. I have done this type of work 50 times before. I was getting frustrated because I could not complete the seal. I have never in 35 years had to call a plumber. The plumber arrived about 20 minutes after I called. I considered this very good. He was very personable. He explained he would replace the coupler and put an elbow in. He said there was probably water in the pipe as to why I could not get a seal. The coupling and the elbow were about 18 inches from each other. Before starting work he told me he would quote me a price. He said the emergency call was $75.00. He produced a book from Oak Creek plumbing and showed me according to the book he must charge me $200.00 for installation of both fittings and $75.00 for the service call. I told him he must be joking, but he said he had no choice. I was not pleased but told him to go ahead. I would say he was done in about 15 minutes, and I was satisfied with his work. I was not mad at him but couldn't believe OAK CREEK PLUMBING would charge such an outrageous fee for such a simple job. I will never use them again and would not recommend them. Tom Kondrakiewicz

The plumber came out on a service call, he showed up on time. He was in my home for about an hour and half. He fixed my bathtub drain, which was clogged and he also replaced a part that was really old. He was very knowledgeable and very nice. I will definitley recommend this company.

He also showed me that the filter was in immediate need of replacing. He fixed the sub pump that was flashing a warning light.

We had a very large project. The kitchen and 2 bathrooms were torn down to the studs and you could see from the second story down the basement. Randy assured us that we were the only project they were working on. With multiple areas of our home being remodeled we assumed that there would be multiple workers there throughout the project. There were several weeks when there was only one person at our home. It took years for everything to finally completed to our standards. They promised things they couldn't deliver. So disappointed. We have moved and have even a larger remodel to complete. Because of their poor service, mediocre craftsmanship and underestimating the amount of time needed to complete the job, we will spend our $150,000 with another company.

Please see above - Based on recommendations from friends, I contacted them using their website contact info for a bathroom remodel and they never responded! If they do not wish to honor their requests through the internet, then why do they put the information there for potential customers to access?

Very well. The sales agent was very professional, maintaining the appointment time and asking for clarifications as needed. Response time for our questions was about 1 business day. The quote was received within 1 week.

Oak Creek was very helpful with the selection of faucets and toilets to install - good, cost conscious options that met our needs. Steve was our plumber who did the actual install. He was pleasant and professional and double/triple checked his work at every step. He was knowledgeable about the condition of the shut off valves in the condo parking garage and took great care in making sure the valves were properly shut off. We also worked with Oak Creek recently at another location to install a new kitchen sink. Steve again came to do the work and we are were very pleased with the work and with the new sink and faucet.

They have done other plumbing jobs in our home but they are very pricey.

Plumber arrived on time. When I made appt, I provided the toilet model and flapper part number and said plumber should bring two flappers. Both toilets worked fine, except that one started running for about 5 seconds for no reason. I heard this maybe once every two months. As long as one flapper was being replaced, I had the other one done with this service call. Plumber arrived with only one flapper and installed a different part number for the 2nd toilet saying it doesn't matter. It did matter and plumber had to return because toilet ran with almost every flush. He mentioned that if the flapper didn't work the next step would be to consider replacing the toilet. The toilet worked well before the plumber starting working on it, got worse after the first appointment and even wimpier after the second appointment. I wasn't going to have that plumber back for the final kill. I decided to get a different toilet and use a different plumber. Even though the new toilet is very high quality, I really miss the one that died. The new one is much louder. Using Oak Creek was a $800 mistake, with the service calls and replacement. That was my first and last experience with Oak Creek. To add insult to injury, my second toilet, which was always perfect, started to have problems shortly after the flapper replacement. The tank only emptied half way and then the flush sounded like a chainsaw. My new plumber was able to fix it somewhat, but it, too, is wimpier than before it was worked on.
