Description of Work: I called to get an estimate about the bath shower drips water they asked for inspection fee for $69.99 and I was told it shouldn't coast more than $200 max ', they showed up and the gentleman didn't even stay for 3 minutes to take the look at the leak what cause it all what he said its gonna coast $389 .00 I was if I want to spent the $389 I rather just replace it I wouldn't call u to repair the 2 year old choler faucet anyway I paid him the inspection fee and I called to complain to the manager about the situation Ian he never bothered to call back this is just scam they don't repair it seems like they just know to replace

WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE SOLUTION TO OUR PROBLEM THE REMODEL SPECIALIST HAD AS ANOTHER PLUMBING CO WANTED TO MOVE THE PIPES THROUGH THE CEILING AND FLOOR FOR 2,000. ALSO ANOTHER PLUMBER WAS NOT SURE WHAT TO DO AND SUBSEQUENTLY NEVER DID GET BACK TO US WITH ANY QUOTE (EVEN AFTER WE CALLED TO REQUEST A QUOTE 3 WEEKS LATER.( STILL NO REPLY YET AFTER A MONTH.) ALSO OAK CREEK WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE WORK IN TWO DAYS. ONLY THING WE WOULD HAVE PREFERRED IS THAT THE PLUMBER PUT VALVES ONTO THE PIPES, BUT THIS WE DID NOT THINK TO PUT INTO THE CONTRACT AHEAD OF TIME.

EVEN THOUGH THE COMPANY SENT IN A REMODEL SPECIALIST IN ERROR THE COMPANY DID NOT END UP CHARGING US THE STANDARD 50.00 ESTIMATE FEE FOR PLUMBING (REMODEL EST ARE FREE) AND EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT HIS AREA OF EXPERTISE HE GAVE US THE EXACT RIGHT QUOTE AMOUNT.
