Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater and repaired kitchen faucet. Went great. Mike was on time and worked carefully while he was here. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: Work was done before the estimated date; probably two years earlier. Year not selectable in pull-down. Had requested them to re[place an outside faucet. Was talked into replacing with a silcock instead. Quite a bit more than I had planned to spend. But, quality of work was very good and the silcock performed as advertised.

Description of Work: Oak Creek Plumbing revamped my powder room. I wanted to take it down to the studs and totally rework it. They worked with me as I had sourced some materials myself. The workmanship was incredible. They gave me solid advice at every step and I appreciate the attention to detail.

Description of Work: I had to have my entire basement plumbing system replaced to get it up to code. I own a 107 year old home in Cudahy and the pipe diameter in the basement was not sufficient. Also, the second floor unit of my duplex did not have a proper shower installation (tub faucet only). | |Bob from Oak Creek plumbing came out promptly to provide me with a quote. He also offered to replace the utility sink in the basement with a more up to date one since they were redoing the piping in that area as well. | |Bob estimated that the job would take 2 days. They ended up finishing ahead of schedule in just 1 day. Bob and his team installed extra shut off valves so that it would be easier to shut things off when servicing in the future. They also took the time to thoroughly review the work that was done and made sure that we knew where each shut off controlled. | |A few weeks after the installation I had leaking from the upper shower installation. Bob had one of his guys on site within hours of my after hours call. I turns out that when I installed durarock around the shower I had drilled a drywall screw through the copper pipe that they installed so it was totally my fault. New pipe was installed in that section with a reasonable service charge. | |I can't say enough about what a great job the Oak Creek Plumbing team did at my duplex. I will definitely call OC Plumbing again for my future plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone. A+++

Description of Work: We were extremely disappointed with the service we received from Oak Creek Plumbing. We have a small bathroom and was told that our renovation would take approximately 2 weeks. There were some unforeseen complications that should have only extended the job another week. We are now going on week 10 and the job is still not completed. Not only is the job not completed but we have not heard from anyone since I was told 4 weeks ago that the job would be done by the end of the week. I would have given them a "F" but their project consultant Jamie was exceptional.
