Description of Work: I bought a home in December. Within two weeks, I had no heat. It was cold and this happened on a weekend. I was new to the area so I didn't know who to call. I was lucky and these folks responded within one hour. They concluded I needed a new furnace but before they left, they made sure I had another source of heat because my furnace would not be available for a few days. They did a beautiful job for a fair price. They are reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and happy to serve you and they answer your questions. Two weeks later they did a follow-up call to make sure all was working well. Great people and I would recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: Our furnace stopped working the night of Christmas Eve (Merry Christmas!) and had no idea what to do for the long weekend but stuck it out until Monday with space heaters and candles.... Researched a bunch and did some self diagnosis and since had some previous issues I decided it was it,e to replace rather than get a tech to diagnosis it. We called at 8 am on Monday morning and they offered to send either a tech or sales rep the same morning.... I opted to have the sales rep a and he was to out house by 8:30. He went through the house and measured rooms to make sure we had the properly sized furnace and then listed out out options. He emailed me a quote by 10 am and we agreed to have somebody install right away the next day. Even though it had snowed heavily overnight and the tech lived about 45 minutes away, they arrived promptly at 8 am. They quickly got to work and said it would take most of the day...which it did. I was surprised how much work it took but they did an amazing job and the overall install looked decades better than the original. When they were finally done, he walked me through the things I needed to know as it is much different from the older furnaces I've used... But in a good way. After they left we were a happy, heated family again! I'd definitely use them again for any HVAC or plumbing needs I may have and would recommend them to other people who are in the area.

Description of Work: On a Friday afternoon called about funny noise in Furnace. Tech came to the house within 2 hours and after another hour had the problem resolved ! (plugged water trap)

Description of Work: We had a leaky hot water pipe in the basement. COUNTRYSIDE came in and found the problem right away. The problem was a little trickier than they expected, but the completed the task and instead of just waiting for the piping materials to cure they went to other jobs and then came back to check in on how it was going. By doing this I am sure they saved us money by not just sitting around all day waiting for things to dry.

Description of Work: Yearly service and cleaning of my furnace and heat pump. Service was excellent, service man arrived on time, very personable, knowledgeable, and he was supported by very modern equipment. They are an excellent company, we have used them three times including Instalation of our heating and cooling system five years ago. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They repaired a tub/shower valve that was leaking badly. I had a different plumber work on it before and he could not stop the leaking completely. This time the job was done right and not one drop comes out when it is shut off. I also had a new spout and shower head installed. They had all the parts needed with them. I will not hesitate to call them anytime I need a plumber.

Description of Work: We had a hose spickett that needed to be replaced. They were very efficient and did it the best as well as the most cost effective way possible. Also made suggestions of something we may want to do in the future. The man was very helpful and explained everything very well so I could understand exactly what needed to be done.

Description of Work: My boiler was not heating in several rooms. They came in and cleaned my boiler and flushed the pipes. They were very quick, and I was happy that I had heat, but the next day the rooms that did not have heat before had heat now but then other rooms did not have heat that had heat before. They would not come out and fix it without me paying more money, so I did not have them return because I could not afford it.

Description of Work: Fixed a bunch of plumbing, and design errors the company that built our home made. They had to move the washer and dryer into the utiliy room, so we could use the other side of the basement area for a bed room. moved a few water lines for sheet rocking, and had to move plumbing, and fresh air intake pipes to get the sheetrock to flush up to the ceiling. and put in some cold air returns in new rooms in basement.
