Have had out for a few things did a beautiful job, that being said very disappointed with the billing. Recently had to change a water heater out, was billed 125$/hr for two guys. and they needed to drive back to the shop and get more parts, it took a hour to get back to my place. so I Paid 250$ for a trip back to the shop that, for a few dollars in parts!!! they should have come prepared!!. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! plus never took the old water heater as it wasn't "empty" NEVER AGAIN will I call them. now I have 1300$ in "labor" and less than 150$ in parts and insulation. NEVER AGAIN

Performed a great service for me and always reliable don't see to anything better than that.

Tyler did an excellent job repairing the flushing mechanism on our toilet. He is knowledgeable, efficient, highly skilled, and a very good communicator. He explained the mechanism and alternative approaches for how to remedy the problem. We were grateful to work with someone who has this superb combination of talents and skills.

The project went great. Showed up when scheduled. Completed same day. Gave instructions on running system and cleaned up everything. Very professional and personable.

They set up appointment in a reasonable time, arrived as expected and were able to take care of the issue. I was very pleased and would definitely use them again.

Technician was professional and knowledgeable. Recommended a new furnace due to the furnace was at EOL. The sales rep was knowledgeable and came with a competitive price.

Showed up over an hour late. The job only took about 10 minutes, and work was fine - although he replaced it with a much smaller handle, so it looks stupid. It doesn't drip like it used to, but wouldn't say it is fully fixed. But then they charged me for an hour and a half of work? I called and the billing clerk was snippy with me, then I talked to her supervisor, who was supposedly going to call me back. No call back. Finally talked to the owner, and now I understand why the employees are the way the are. Apparently it takes 80 minutes of travel time for what should be 40 minutes max round trip (and it seems crazy to me that travel time is charged at the same rate.) Maybe if you live right next door to them, and they won't be able to charge you a huge amount of travel time (although I would guess that they still will), they'd be okay; otherwise, I'd highly recommend you find a different company.

Friendly, punctual and cost efficient

Good. The guys were great just took a while for the install to get scheduled all in all great company and pleased with our new units

Very well. The bathtub spout needed extra work and soldering. The plumber cleaned up the work site.

They hauled off the old unit. They were good.

We couldn't be happier with the work! We worked with Paul and he was very responsive in coming out to look at what we needed done, getting us a quote and then providing very professional and courteous tradesmen to complete the work. They were prompt and completely cleaned up after themselves. We can't say enough good things about working with them and will absolutely call them again!

All Bryant models - equipment was good and as expected. Installation was dismal. No craftsmanship in ductwork modification. Furnace failed to work after installation. It took 4 service calls to get the system working somewhat correctly, and then I had to troubleshoot it myself to finally make it functional. Air conditioning was not started and I am very apprehensive about their coming back to complete the startup. I don't know how much more they will damage. I would definitely NOT recommend Countryside to anyone after this experience. I cannot believe this experience would be common with any other contractor.

Great. Service guy was awesome. Ran a bit late due to an issue with vehicle but called to tell me and someone else came out to check and make sure all was well and lend a hand if needed to get the job done. I would use again. P.S. I still give an "A" on punctuality because they CALLED me to UPDATE me and to make sure it was still going to work. In my book this is GREAT!

They were friendly to deal with. The serviceman did a great job and were friendly.

From the very start all things went well above expectations, the plumbing coordinator took care of everything with the city in regards to the new meters and having city water people at the job on time. This was totally scheduled and executed within 24hrs of my phone call. The plumbing technician was on time, with all new items ready to go, he was well versed in the new meter set up, had a great working relationship with the city water people, he was a pleasure to have in our house. He re-plumbed all our outdoor copper tubing and installed new shut off valves, and two meters, seriously his piping job was a work of art. He then completed the project by repairing a outdoor faucet with a hole in the old piping, and installed a second faucet that was worn, the then ran pressure checks on both, new new faucets are great! City inspector noted a violation on my water softener, drain that Culligan had recently installed, Countryside Tech said he'd repair it before he left saving me a citation from the city. Thank you. This is our 7th project with Countryside and everyone from the people answering the phones, to the techs are great to work with supported with wonderful equipment and well trained, friendly people. We will for sure continue to use them for all our plumbing and heating needs. John Hollenbach

When I called I expected there to be a long delay in getting someone out to look at our furnace but they arranged a visit the same day and the tech was right on time. After doing some troubleshooting he determined that the gas valve was not opening and he ordered a part. The tech returned a day or two later and replaced the gas valve and our heat works perfectly now. I did not call around for other estimates so I don't know for sure if i could have gotten it done cheaper but some of my neighbors have told me that Countryside was more expensive than other service providers. Personally I'd rather pay a little more for professional work and I would absolutely call them again for any heating or plumbing problems.

Prompt, reliable, friendly, they always do great work. I have nothing bad to say.

The provider was punctual and professional. He added coolant to my air conditioning unit and while doing so, he noted additional problems that were a potential safety hazard (mice had chewed on the electrical wires). The provider replaced the wires, He explained everything that he had done and answered all of my questions.

This was the first home we general contracted 100% on our own. Countryside P&H was excellent to work with. Their estimates were accurate, they were punctual, and all follow up issues were tended to promptly. They were great to work with when we decided to change some fixtures they were very flexible and they allowed is to shop for certain things online and take advantage of clearance prices and didn't just find a way to upcharge us somewhere else to make up for it. All their work was quality. When we had problems with the temperature level/air flow in one bedroom, they didn't give us any grief and came out and did what they needed to do to make it right. They worked great with the other subcontractors we had on-site. Other contractors were not flexible and their follow up was not good, so we have something to compare them to. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
