Description of Work: Andy is excellant in his work. Andy is never available unless perhaps a year in advance. Response time is slow. |I would use him again if he was responsive to calls and emails in a resonable time frame and if he were ever available. I have crossed him off my list as a NON AVAILABLE CONTRACTOR

Description of Work: Emailed, called and left voice mail. Nobody ever returned my call. Looked into this business because of all the reviews, but have since found a different service provider that returns calls and emails.

Unfortunately I did not call the member back in a timely fashion. We did have a family emergency that took me out of town for a month and a half. When I did finally get back to the customer it was too late. I am sorry for that.

ZAHN'S HOME REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT HAS PROVED THAT THERE ARE INDEED PEOPLE OF INTEGRITY AND HONESTY IN THE REMODELING BUSINESS. FROM START TO FINISH ANDY AND HIS CREW DID TIMELY AND TOP NOTCH WORK WITH THE ONLY DELAY BEING ON THE PART OF THE COUNTER TOP MANUFACTURER. THANKS TO ANDY'S SUGGESTIONS AND OVERALL INGENUITY, WE NOW ENJOY A KITCHEN WE HAD PREVIOUSLY ONLY DREAMED OF HAVING. ANDY WAS GREAT. VERY PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, TIMELY, AND VERY REASONABLE IN PRICE. WE NEEDED HELP FINISHING ODD JOBS SO THAT WE COULD PUT OUR HOUSE UP FOR SALE. BY THE TIME I CONTACTED ANDY I HAD ALREADY LOST SOME TIME WAITING FOR OTHER CALL BACKS. ANDY WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING TO OUR TIME TABLE (HE WAS ALSO THE FIRST PERSON WE HIRED TO WORK ON OUR HOME THAT DID NOT SHOW UP 2 HRS. LATE WITHOUT EVEN A CALL). AFTER GETTING QUOTES FOR 10 AND 7 THOUSAND, I CALLED ANDY TO SEE WHAT HE COULD DO. HE DID THE JOB FOR MUCH LESS AND MADE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH HIS WORK. HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND WAS AT MY HOUSE ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY TO COMPLETE THE WORK. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
