Description of Work: Delivered and planted 3 trees with 2 year warranty. They planters did an excellent job with just a little tracks across the lawn. They raked up the excess dirt.

Description of Work: It was an awful experience. I bought a tree, arranged for installation, but then they vanished. I ultimately received a refund but wasted several weeks and had to go to the trouble of using a different vendor.

Description of Work: Planted 5 trees in my yard. They had great service at their tree farm and were very helpful in picking out our trees. The only negative I have to say is that they drove their track machine over our mound system which I've been told is a big no no. Hopefully that didn't cause any damage. If it wasn't for that I would have given them a A.

Description of Work: WE bought a tree from them that did not make it through the hard 2013-14 winter. they honored their warranty, they came out and replaced the dead tree with a new one. hopefully this winter will be kinder to this new tree.

Description of Work: They had a good selection of trees and were helpful and responsive getting the tree planted. We however had a deer rub against the bark in the first spring and unfortunately the tree never recovered and died. We were not able to get any compensation.
