The job itself were very well. They gave us good suggestions on products. No leaks after a year and a half and one of the better looking roofs in this neighborhood.

Since it was a small job it was fit in between large job. I wasn't concerned. They found some areas where there was more work than estimated but did not charge more. Flashing was missing & they replaced. Very friendly & nice as a woman, didn't treat me any different than a man. Other companies did that. Will use Smart Roofing again.

Excellent! Dale called us back w/ in an hour of our original call. He came over introduced himself, removed boots upon entering our home, was very attentive, polite respectful. Thoroughly explained all options to us, gave price quote, personally worked w/home owners ins comp. So we wouldn't have to deal w/hassles. Showed up on time to complete the job, did superb work & ever did follow up calls w/us personally. Afterwards! Highly recommend this company! Will certainly use this business for any future needs & have refereed to others as well!

1. Met with the contractor in spring to review types of shingles & roof replacement (estimate). 2. Received sample broods to make final shingle selection. 3. Contractor scheduled roof removed a replacement. 4. Clean-up each day a gave progress update. 5. Contractor checked back to make sure I was satisfied with the work & to make sure I had us issues or concerns.

We were very very happy with the workers. They cleaned up after themselves and they got the job done very fast which we also appreciated. The roof looked perfect after and we are very pleased with the way it looks. We were very impressed with them. The materials, color and pricing were very pleasing. They were knowledgeable for all issues which was just perfect.

Both Dale and his son were extremely personable and knowledgeable about their products. Installation and subsequent clean-up were done with professionalism and respect to my property. Always on time and worked with expediency.

Our home was built in 1926 and has many nook and crannies making insulating and heat loss a problem. Hot upstairs in summer to the point that I don't sleep up stairs. Smart roofing brought in a insulation Pro. and determined where all the closed systems needed to be in the attic areas and how to vent them. Once work started they needed to set up scaffolding since it is a 2 story house and the homes are close together, but they were very respectful of the neighbors property including offering to help them with anything they needed. They worked as a well trained team, concerned of employee safety as well as the owners concerns. They were happy to answer any questions I had. At the same time they were working above my front door I had a mattress and box spring delivered, they stopped work and helped the delivery people get the items into the house. They finished the job early and it was well done. I could not believe the difference in our upstairs rooms. I can actually tolerate being up there now.

Excellent. They cleaned the gutters and down spouts; laid down water repellent cover then replaced roof shingles. They also replaced the air vent on the roof to allow air to flow. They cleaned and sealed around my chimney so no water could leak in. They explained everything ahead of time on what they were going to do; then after the work was doe they followed up with a few visits to make sure our problem was resolved. We are very satisfied and grateful for the extra time they took with us to make sure our problem was addressed.

We had a great experience the first time we used Smart Roofing & Sheet Metal so we didn't hesitate to call them to install a roof on our new home. They do excellent work. Dale cleans up everything and leaves no mess.

He came over and tore a double roof off. He put a new roof on the same day. When I came home from work there was what looked like a white powder on the shingles. Dale called the shingle manufacture and A guy came out and asked if I was willing to wait 6 months to see if it goes away. The next the Dale came out and tore the roof off and put a new one on it. He didn’t like how it looked so he tore it off and put a new one on for me and he worked it out with the shingle company.

I heard about Smart Roofing & Sheet Metal from a family member who had a roof put on his home. He was impressed with the workmanship and thought I would be too. Big Dale and Dale Jr. came to my home and made their presentation. They were very professional, but not pushy. The price was very affordable compared to other quotes I received from other companies. I needed a new roof, but unfortunately, could not afford one at the time. Dale Jr,, of Smart roofing, made the necessary repairs that would keep the integrity of the roof through winter. This way, there would be no new water leakage into the ceiling, helping to postpone the roof until I could afford it. The emergency repairs continued for two years, until I could finally get the new roof I so badly needed. I was really happy with the results, so much so, that I have referred them to other family and friends who need work done on their homes.

COMPANY INSPECTED THE DAMAGE, MADE TEMPORARY REPAIRS, THEN RETURNED WITH, AND INSTALLED, CERAMIC COVERS. COMPANY DOES VERY GOOD WORK. RESPONDS, IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME, TO INITIAL CALLS. ARRIVES, ON SCENE, DURING PROJECTED TIME PERIODS OR RE-CONTACTS TO AMEND ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIMES. COMPLETES WORK DURING ESTIMATED TIME-FRAME AND WITHIN ESTIMATED COST RANGE. PROPERTY OWNER WILL FIND REMNANTS THAT HE HAS TO CLEAN-UP, ITS PART OF THE NATURE OF THE WORK.
