Very honest.

Joe's nephew performed the work, and could not have been more pleasant, polite, or accommodating. The door is top quality, the opener is smooth and quiet, and the whole thing is flawless. I changed my mind and decided to have weatherstripping added just as the job was finishing up. The installer was exceptionally polite in making that accommodation, even though he had to get some of his tools out again and stay on the job longer when he thought he was nearly finished. No problem at all. He worked consistently, and efficiently with good cleanup. Excellent quality and experience at a very good price.

He replaced the springs on my garage doors. I have used him more than once and am always pleased with his work.

HE CAME WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD. THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED VERY FAST AND EFFICIENTLY. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. HE WAS VERY NEAT IN PICKING UP THE DEBRIS.

THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I HAD WAS THE SIDE DOOR. I REALIZED IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR. HE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS PRIMED, BUT I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED KNOWING THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAINT THE DOOR BEFORE HE STARTED. THE CONTRACT STATED THAT HE WOULD REMOVE THE OLD DOOR, BUT WHEN HE SHOWED UP, HE TOLD ME I'D HAVE TO CONTACT THE CITY TO REMOVE IT. OTHER THAN THAT I WAS PRETTY HAPPY.
