Called after 5 on a Thursday, got an appointment for the next morning. Ed arrived on time and did a very thorough and professional job - replaced several parts and got the door working like new. Ed told me what he was doing and why, and he also informed me about how to maintain the door to keep it working as it should.

Outstanding service! Dan set up an appointment the same day (surprised me) and Ed did a great job reattaching the cable that came loose and oiling the doors for smoother opening/closing. They don't sound new but definitely better. Great communication, on time, and fast, quality work. Service call was $95 and that was the full charge.

After calling around to several recommended garage door repair shops on Saturday of Labor Day weekend, most did not answer the phone. One service did answer, but I could not get an appointment until Tuesday. Called the number from the installation sticker on the door (it was installed in 1992!), and Joe answered right away. He lives in the neighborhood and would be over in an hour. Great same day service!

Joe Ruhland has been servicing our garage door needs for many years. He is always prompt, dependable, and fair. When he learned our garage door opener was no longer functioning, he offered to come out the same day and replace it. We would not consider calling any other company for our garage door needs.

I contacted Joe based upon a friend's suggestion and his Angie's ratings. I called him with the intention of replacing the old garage overhead door and opener/closer. Joe arrived to inspect the old door and opener/closer on time. Joe was very helpful selecting the new door, added features, windows and my best option opener/closer. For the installation he arrived on time; completed the installation in the time frame he quoted it would be completed; and the installation and set up seem to be perfect. He uses a third party for the removal of the old components and that person arrived and removed the old parts, before Joe was done and gone. Joe was very professional and easy to work with. I strongly recommend Joe's services.

I used them twice now and I had a great experience with him both times. I talked to him on that day on the phone and he was there. He was quick to get to me.

When he arrived on Friday he found I need a non-standard spring (old garage) and offer to come Saturday. I said no...that's OK...Monday is fine. He arrived Monday and fixed the problem. Works great.

Joe was at my house in 15 minutes on a Saturday. He quoted a price which naturally was a little more on a Saturday. Joe repaired the door within a half hour and charged a small fee for a part. I was very happy with everything about the experience.

I called Joe early in the am on a Saturday for a garage door that was malfunctioning (it would start to go down, then immidiately go back up, if it went all the way down, it would then go back up). He Replaced the sensors for malfunctioning garage door as well as fixed the other garage doors sensor bracket and realigned that sensor. I asked about replacing the rollers, which I've seen a lot of ads and coupons for recently, which is why I inquired. Joe could have sold me that service and those parts, but instead he advised me that the current ones are still working smoothly and that I could save myself the money bc my current ones have more use left in them. This is the second time I've had Joe out to work on my garage doors and I expect to call him again if I need anything as his service is fast and trustworthy.

Everything went very well. This is the first time I had used this company. I selected Joe's company because I got faster service from him. A and quot;large volumeand quot; garage door company that I had used in the past said it would take at least four days before they could come and replace the broken spring. Joe also noticed that the cables were fraying and would have to be replaced eventually, although not urgently. I was aware of that problem so I decided to have him replace them. Joe arrived on time. He even called me to let me know he was on the way after he completed another job. He completed the work in 40 minutes. The cost for this work was lower for similar work performed by other companies.

We have used Joe many times in the past. He is always able to get to our house within a day and, thus far, has been able to do our repairs very quickly. We are very happy with the service her provides.

Joe was fantastic. Very friendly and trustworthy. I wasn't able to be at home while he was fixing our door, so he told me he'd lock everything up once he was finished. He left the garage clean and our garage door works even better.

They did a fine job and we don't have any complaints. I suppose the price was good but I am not sure because we didn't get any other bids.

Availability was superior and service was prompt. Work was well done and included a couple extra touches. Price was competitive also.

Joe is very nice and accommodating. We have used him on several occassions and plan to again when the need arises.

I called a couple of places, some said they would have to come out tomorrow and take a look. . Joe was on a job, but had me go out in my garage, look up, describe what the spring looked like (how many pieces it was in), and we detirmined the spring was broken and I needed a new one.(we actually replaced both springs of a double garage door, because when one goes the other will not be far behind). His quote was $25 less than others I called, then I got $15 angies list coupon discount. He came the next morning as promised, and was done in about 30 minutes.

There were two young men that were there. They were pretty knowledgeable about what they were doing. They did it in a timely fashion and they were very polite. They answered any questions that I had and I think that they did a good job. They were a little expensive. I really enjoyed their services. I will consider using their services again in the future.

After calling 3 places, Joe was the only one who would install a 'used' opener. Joe installed it while I was away at work. Got home and it was done and worked great! He charged what we quoted and came out the day after I called. Liked Joe and his service. Would definitely use him again.

Was going to church on Sunday of Labor Day weekend, and our garage door would not close. Turned out that a cable had broken on one side, preventing the door from coming down. The rest of the family went to church, as I didn't want to leave the house unattended with the garage door open. As we had a picnic to attend, I tried to fix it but was unable to do so. Doubting that I would find someone to come out on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, I called Joe who had previously done work on our garage door. Calling at 8:00am, I wasn't surprised to get an answering machine. I left a message, and was surprised that Joe called back almost instantly. I described the problem, and he said that he would be out within the hour! True to his word, he arrived quickly, and replaced both door cables in about 20 minutes. There was a fee for a Sunday job which was very reasonable, and we were grateful that we were still able to attend our picnic. I would recommend Joe to anyone needing garage door work.
