It went very well. Everything was cleaned up and everything was fine. They showed us how to work the windows. There's one thing that they have to come back on in the Spring but that is all ready.

It was a completely professional and pleasant experience, no hard sell, and the man (forget his name, sorry) was very friendly and free with advice without any pressure. We visited the showroom and he came out and talked us through several options. We did not end up using this company because they were so popular we would have had to wait months for installation. However, we ended up making a decision on windows based on the advice given.

I'm not happy that I had air rushing in, around these windows for 2 weeks before the repairs. This is the middle of winter.

They did very good work. I am very pleased with the quality.

We purchased windows for a bedroom and had difficulty matching the stain of the wood. Home Towne found an exact match and did an excellent job! Really, really nice looking. Job was on time and done well. No problems since. We had other windows replaced by other companies and did not have a great experience. I highly recommend HomeTowne.

They were great. They were thorough and straightforward. They sent us a follow up thank you note for meeting with them. We ended up using another company to do the job.

Bob Dietz followed up on all of his appointments to arrange the service. The installation went very quickly and smoothly. Workmen were courteous and did a good job of cleaning up. They took extra care to not trample the flowers around the windows, too.

The workers arrived at the time Bob said they would. As I watched the workers do the job it was very apparent they new what they were doing. They were very professional in everything they did and worked constantly. The job was completed in four hour including a very complete clean-up of the outside and inside. I thought the installation would be a big inconvenience for me but it was the opposite. It was almost like they weren't there. One very important thing for me was that Home Towne NEVER put any pressure on me, even from day one when I came to their showroom. All in all the window looks great, the installation turned out to be much more pleasant than I thought it would be and I would not hesitate to recommend Home Towne to anyone.

Excellent service from quote to installation. Knowledgeable, friendly, timely, and price competitive. I will use again and recommend to anyone looking for window installation. I had 3 other quotes from the 3 major window brands that told me I could not get a bay window put in to the existing opening without major renovation, however, HomeTowne had no problem and did excellent work. I highly recommend.

The rep from HomeTowne was very friendly, punctual and great to meet with! Unfortunately their prices were a bit out of our range so we ended up going with another provider.

The add on Angie's List says, Free Estimates - yes. It also said, Service area - southeast WI. I live in East Troy. When I called, they said, "that's quit a haul for just one or two window's". They wanted to charge me a travel fee and the total estimated over-the-phone price for 2 small basement windows and travel fee would be ~ $1200.00.

Home Town has Pella, Marvin, and Anderson windows to choose from. They explained the differences of each and we made a number of visits to their store before we determined the best window for us. Their installers were professional, took away the old windows and cleaned up any mess. Price was better than quoted from the manufactuer. Recommended to our daughter, who then purchased their windows there.

We purchased ten windows from HomeTowne last spring and called them to install three more in November. What a wonderful experience. They come out to measure to ensure accuracy, schedule an appointment, and show up on time, and then finish their work promptly and neatly. We're rarely been so pleased with a company from start to finish. They're wonderful.

To sum it up in one word, 'Excellent'. We are so pleased with the 1st window that we can't wait for the rest to be installed.

Everything was great about them, workers, office people, product. They do a good job and a good price as well.

They were very knowledgeable, and their installation crew was very professional. We have been very happy with the product. They have a lot of choices of windows; we are not tied into just one thing, they have options.

Jim from HomeTowne is very responsive and professional. Anytime you have a job as large as ours was, there will be punch-list of things to follow up on and Jim was always very willing to satisfy our requests. The installers were very friendly, punctual, and did a high quality job for the most part. They allowed me time to run some speaker wire through the rough opening to the deck while open without complaint. There were a few minor items that I wasn't happy with, that I either fixed myself (caulk not even in all areas, some minor trim damage in others, slider door sticking) or had them fix which they were willing to do. I was very pleased with the interior carpentry quality (window jambs, casements, etc). I would have given the total job quality an A-/B+ if available. One of the patio door pieces was damaged on installation and Jim was quick to order a new piece. He allowed me to hold back a portion of the payment until the new piece arrives. Would use them again.

Everything turned out fine. As it was an old house it needed lead abetment and they were certified to do that. They sealed off the windows from the inside and they did the work from the outside. They removed the old windows and replaced the new windows.

They seemed like they were well run. They did a fair assessment.

The workmanship was very good. We are very happy with the patio doors and the installation. Everything was as promised.

The install crew arrived right on time and got right to work. They were professional and friendly. Each introduced himself as he entered the house for the first time. With the exception of one, all windows were installed on the first day. After each window was completed they vacuumed & left the area looking as good as or better than it did when they began tearing out the old window. On day two arrival was again prompt. They were yet again friendly & professional. The remaining window, French slider, front entry and storm doors were installed. The work is beautiful -- especially the new woodwork! The attention to detail on it is amazing!! A job we were told would probably take four day took just TWO! I will highly recommend HomeTowne Windows & Doors, and would use them again without hesitation!!

I thought it was a good price. The guy who came out was great and they had a great selection of good windows. They were responsive and able to answer all my questions.

First Bob came, looked at the job and gave me bids for multiple brands of replacement windows and doors. He really helped me make a decision that made sense by unbiasly informing me about the pros and cons of each product line. The installation team are all employees, no subs and they are obviously experienced and did a good job - very efficient, on time, clean job site and helpful. There's always going to be a suprise or two (ie. rotten sills), which they fixed before installation. One door came damaged, they expedited a re-order and came back in less than 2 weeks for the final install. I am very happy with my whole replacement window and door experience - product, installation and service and I would use them again.

It is such a refreshing change to use a company who shows up when they say they will, do EXCELLENT work and carry through with all their promises. They cleaned up when they left and made the entire process a breeze for me. What a great company!
