Description of Work: I met with their salesman and showed him the work we wanted done, Bob looked over the work and wrote an estimate and had it back to us the next day. We are going to have Hometowne install the first part of the project and the work will be done sometime in July as per our contract. I haven't heard from their expediter yet to set the exact day and time but Bob was professional in knowledge and I'm sure the date will be set soon. |While we haven't had the work done yet and therefore cannot comment on the install I can say that so far so good.

Description of Work: We needed two patio doors replaced. After researching 4 different companies we decided on HomeTowne. Jim came out to our home and measured and expained what they can do. He also encouraged us to go into their showroom so we could see the actual product offerings. We could not be happier. Their price and salesman made us feel very comfortable. The day that they came out for installation was about 10 degrees. It was cooler in the house but service men partitioned the room with plastic to help us be more comfortable. They also were friendly aand great to work with. They finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. The only issue was one of the door handles was damaged during shipment from the manufacturer to HomeTowne. THey brought out a handle from their showroom and installed it. They are sending for a new one and will install it when it arrives. The best thing about this is today is one of the coldest days (3 degrees) and we can already feel the it is doing a better job on keeping the heat in and the cold out. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I had them install 13 vinal replacement windows mostly double hungs. It took only two days. The salesman Bob was very helpful and low pressure. The installers were polite and didin't leave a mess.
