Description of Work: We had our tub resurfaced in white a number of years ago. Some house guests put a stool in the tub and made a small scratch on the surface. Heiden came and repaired in 10 minutes and there was no charge. Heiden originally did the resurfacing. Excellent company.

Description of Work: Contacted them for information regarding tub refinishing services. Have since found out that the floor under my tub needs replacing, and so I will have the tub removed and replaced instead. Nevertheless, if this circumstance had not arisen, I would have utilized Heiden for the refinishing. They took time and answered all my questions, providing a quote and all the information I needed to make the decision.

Description of Work: Reglazed our bath tub. Tub needed to be totally scraped and prepped as well. Returned a few days later to complete the job by handling all of the necessary caulking. Easy to have in the house, even when having to deal with our nervous dog. Tub looks fantastic. Final price, while expensive, was exactly as quoted and we would 100% recommend working with this provider.

WHILE I WAS ABLE TO BE HOME WHILE HE WORKED, I THINK CUSTOMERS WHO CAN'T TAKE THE TIME OFF OF WORK COULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH HAVING HIM IN THEIR HOMES IN THEIR ABSENCE. VERY GOOD WITH PETS. ONE THING I HADN'T THOUGHT OF: HE MASKS (DOESN'T REMOVE) DRAIN AND OVERFLOW PLATES, SO IF YOU WANT THE NEW FINISH TO GO BEHIND THOSE, ASK IN ADVANCE IF YOU SHOULD TAKE THEM OFF YOURSELF - I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S RECOMMENDED.
