Champion was great to work with. The salesman came out to the house to see our existing windows and wrote an estimate on what we wanted on the spot. We then went out to the showroom to see what our options were. The whole transaction went smooth. The time it took to get the Windows and Door took a while (made in a factory in Ohio). We had one of the back patio doors replaced 3 times due to scratches on the glass. Champion had no issues with getting the replacements for us. The only con I can say is that they used caulk on the inside of our picture windows, which is now on our wood work. This is the first time I have heard of using that. Two installers from Champion said that is standard process. I still don't know if I believe that...but now the inside of our window looks kind of crappy.

It was fine. They were wonderful windows. The quality of the windows and the installation stood out to me. They were great. They got done with the job. There were no problems with cleaning up any type of mess at all. They were really good. The staff was definitely friendly. They told me what they were going to do. They did it and it was great.

The guy did a very good job. The windows look good, they price he quoted me was very good for the quality of windows I got and they got them all installed in one day. They were here on time. It took a little while for the windows to come in.

Took 8 months and three attempts to get it right. Rep from corp. office did work with us to help make things a bit better

My experience was fine. The salesmen was prompt and on time. The crew did a good job on installation. The job took a day to complete and the doors work fine.

On time informative , too costly for me.

It was amazing, they replaced 20 windows in less than a day and a half. It was a husband and wife team and it was amazing, they just blew through this place like clock work, they actually did a couple of things that we were supposed to do ahead of time and most of our windows had blinds on them and they took the blinds off and they didn't put it back on, which was not there job, but they showed us how to put it back on. It was just an extra-ordinary pricing. They did a really nice job.

The representative was very friendly. He measured our current patio doors and we discussed door options. The options were of high quality and efficient. Ultimately, we decided to order a door from a hardware store. The only reason why we did not use Champion was the price was double every other place we checked into.

When salesman wrote the order I asked for the wood trim in advance so I could stain before installation. They dropped off the wrong size wood and even after coming back to look at it, still claimed in was the size that matched what we had. So I went to Menards and bought my own wood. Day of installation they seemed very rushed, even though they did not have another job to go to after they were done with ours. Also were rude to my daughter when she needed to get something out of the bathroom (one of the rooms they worked in). Day of installation I called Mike to let them know I would not need the wood they initially brought and what kind of refund we would get. Also one of the windows did not have a handle. He said he would get back with me. Next day when putting back blinds I noticed on several windows at least a 1/8" gap between the wood trim and the wall. Called Mike about that and he said he would get back with me. Called again few days later. - never got back with me. Calling is futile. Now it's been 1 1/2 weeks since installation and NOONE has called me. Terrible customer service and I really regret getting the windows done by Champion. Only reason I did was because the rest of the windows in our house are Champion windows and I wanted these 4 to match. So I need: - missing handle - refund for wood trim -someone to come out and replace or repair wood trim, because I know in the winter lots of cold air will get in, and workmanship is poor. I've read several customer service reviews online and they are not good. Not sure why this company chooses to operate this way.

From the sales to the installation, I was pleased with the work. Prompt and professional. All the main level windows were replaced in my home and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

the installation was great they did a great job replacing and repairing the header but the windows have a lot of cold air coming in from the channels where the windows go up and down they came and installed foam pieces in the channels which helped a lot but is still not perfect at keeping the air out but the worst was the price as of feb 2014 i started to look at replacing the remaining windows and even though it is a number of years later the champion price is almost double quotes i am getting today for 6 double hung 1 bathroom window and a window that has 2 double hung with a mullein to attach the 2 together the champion price was 5381 in 07 and the price today as of 2/11/14 is 3900.00

The service was good. They came on time and did exactly what they said they would. They cleaned up well and I was pleased with the service. They sent a man and a woman and it took them all morning to completed the job.

The estimate was for about $25,000. My husband likes the price because he saw some others that were more expensive.

The contractors did an excellent job.

We saw an ad in the paper for 25% off whole house windows. We went out to their office to see what their windows were like. The sales man was very informative. We set up a time for him to come out and give us and estimate. He arrived on time and measured the windows. Then he started to write up the estimate. The ad from the paper said 25% off. He said he would give us 35% off. When he was finished he showed use the estimate. When we didn't show enthusiasm for the amount, He said he might be able to lower it if he called his boss. He then went outside and made a phone call. When he came back in he lowered the price $1,100. I told him thank you and wanted to get a couple more estimates.

She was very nice, but they didn't not carry what I needed.

I think I went on Angie's List to look at their reviews. We had some other quotes and ideas from other people.

They have a great product. Liked my installers. Not pleased that I am still waiting for something to be completed. It has been 2 weeks. We'll see how long I'll have to wait!

They were great. They were very nice, prompt, and quoted it in all different ways. They have a very nice showroom and met the salesman there who explained everything in detail. They were very good.

The guy was friendly. He went over everything with me so he did a good job. They just went over my options and everything. They covered everything that we asked for.

It was actually pretty horrible. They came to the house and it was my fault because I forgot to tell my husband that they were coming. But, as my husband was calling me, the gentleman who came to give the estimate told me never mind and that he was out of there because he had other people to give estimates to. He was there on time.

Continuous issues and sill leakage. Two windows replaced, crank outs malfunction, service calls.

They are actually coming to do that later or early next month, but we have actually had them out two times in the past previously. It was professional, they did a good job on the windows, they cleaned up very well and the installation went pretty quick.

The whole experience was very positive. The crews came in and performed their work. There were some predictable weather delays due to seasonable cold temperatures. When the weather turned, the crews were back in doing their job. Impressive!

We a bow window that needed to be replaced before the snow started to fly. We decided to use Angie's List in order to find a company. We called Champion in order to set up a appointment for a free estimate and to get information about their windows. The man from Champion arrived on time and appeared to be presentable. Once inside the house, he appeared to do a quick once over of the window and measured the dimensions. During this process, he made it apparent that he had to drive an hour in order to do this free estimate and seemed to be highly annoyed about that fact. Instead of going into detail about the window products that his company had offered, he handed us a brochure and had us look it over. He did not bring any samples of his company's windows or did he go into any details about them. He asked how we learned about their company and who else we were going see. Once we told him who else were had coming for estimates, he started to talk down the other companies and remained annoyed that we did not immediately want to purchase a window from him. After about 15 minutes, he left stating to call him with any questions. During the entire time he was here, he made it seem that he did not want to be here at all and that we were wasting his time. Due to those reasons we decided against Champion.
