Description of Work: I needed inexpensive windows for my house. Champion Windows worked with me to get the windows I could afford. During installation my window ledge was cracked and not repaired. I like my new windows. I think I got what I paid for.

Description of Work: window replacements It took 8 weeks to custom make windows. We were told about the length of time to build,but 1 window was the wrong size. It took another 8 weeks for the last one to get here.There were no other problems. Work done Oct.2009.

Description of Work: They came and measured for 18 windows. three weeks later the windows came in and were installed. Installation took one day and the installers were very professional and cleaned as they went. After completion you didn't even know they had completed such an extensive job. I will be contacting them in two years to replace 8 more windows.

Description of Work: Champion put on two new storm doors on the front and back door of the house. It was a bit expensive and though the initial estimate was nice, when we went to the show-room to browse what we'd be getting the people there were extremely unhelpful. The installers were prompt and got the work done well, though they had forgotten to get a "sweep" that was big enough so there was a large gap to the outside on the bottom. They ordered some sweeps and installed them 2 weeks later.

Description of Work: I installed Champion windows in another area in my home a few years ago. I had a problem with one of the windows well after installation (a couple years) I called and they were "jonny on the spot" fixed my window without a problem at all. Their windows are tops, manufactured in USA and the installation and warranties are top notch. This is why I hired Champion to replace other windows in my home. I have one more section of windows to replace and you know that I will be calling on Champion again!

Description of Work: Had 9 upstairs windows replaced on a home built in the late 1960's. I had received several quotes prior and found their prices to be very competitive with the competition (vinyl windows). Salesperson was not pushy and even came over to our house after work on Memorial Day, to get everything taken care of after we made our final decision. Service was prompt, done in 1/2 day (in by 8:30 am out by 1:45 pm).
