Went great. Scheduled quickly and fixed problem I had with door.

Very good! My wife was home, she said it was fixed in 20 minutes.

Very professional and prompt. Rollers were inspected and found to be good and tracking well. Garage door opener was found to have a damaged main gear, which they replaced in lieu of replacing the rollers, which would need to be special ordered otherwise. Excellent service overall.

It went well. When I called for the appointment I asked if they would please brinig the necessary material to change/fix the weahter stripping on the bottom of the door as well. I also explained that I understood that there would be an extra charge but I didnt mind paying for it. I was told the technician would have the material and would collect when service was completed. When the tech arrived, he just did the update and when I asked about the weather stripping, he said that I would have to call to schedule an appointment for them to come back. I explained that i asked for this to be done at the same time and he told me he couldnt do it and left.

The technician was on time, very friendly, neat, and answered all my questions.

Provider showed up on time. He got right to work. I had to ask a few questions to get an explanation of what service was being performed, but the guy explained it well. He was probably done in about 20 minutes.

The service guy was very punctual and did an excellent job. The door is very quiet now and works great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. My only (very small) complaint was that he left six 2" long screws laying on my driveway. Good thing I don't drive on that side of the driveway or I would have ended up with a flat tire! Overall this was a great deal!

As promised. The door no longer binds or screeches. The repairman was there on time and all was right when he left.

I contacted the provider, who came to the house and did the work while I was at work but my son was home, as we discussed. He provided the service as advertised. He replaced my older steel rollers with nylon ones, saying they would be quieter, but I haven't noticed a difference, so that might have been unnecessary. He didn't find any problems.

We needed an external outdoor keypad for our new home and with two quick questions asked during my initial call - the sales team was able to book a time which met our schedule and install the key pad without any troubles what so ever. The technician was friendly, polite and provided us with a quality training session relative to the key pad. It was a seamless install and roughly 25$ less than the competition. A great hire and even better cost.

He came when he said he was going to. He was prompt and he finished it in a timely manner. He showed my husband the part that was getting worn out.

I was added to schedule with no wait. I had purchased a coupon. They came out on time, checked my garage opener and clearly let me know of any extra costs beyond what was covered by the coupon. They fixed the problem and the door opener has been working great since. Very prompt, courteous and fairly priced! I would definitely use them again!

Overall it went well. I was able to get the first day I wanted.

It went very well. They quoted the price of $295. and that was the exact price that it was, including tax. They did it promptly and efficiently- calling me ahead of time to let me know they were coming. I would call them again and recommend them to my friends.

When I called to make the appointment they were very nice. The day of service the tech arrived on time and did an awesome job. Everything was better than ever. I did not realize how noisy the door was before. Now I need to look outside because it is so quiet.

The serviceman was prompt and curtious and was able to complete the contracted service in a timely manner. The only problem that I had was that he did not have knowledge of my garage door opener and was not able to get it working.
