Adam Overhead Door

It was very good. They were very responsive and the service was quick. They were prompt. They went beyond what they needed to do. They took a look at some safety issues and corrected it free of charge. I'm just highly satisfied. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. The people who did the work were very professional.

Easy to set an appointment. Service Technician showed up, did great work, explained what he did, and was prompt, professional, and value for service was great. Door now operates smoothly, noise it used to make is gone, and rollers are much quieter than steel rollers. We would use Adam again in case we need future garage door work.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out just fine. They came when somebody else was home, but were here shortly after I purchased the deal. They did a great job, were very responsive and I was happy.

We received an email within 24 hours indicating that the service manager was out of town and that we should call on Monday, which we did. He was able to send someone within two days. The serviceman arrived on schedule and was very polite and explained what he would be doing. Apparently, the deal was only for one door ($122) so I asked them to do the second smaller door for an additional $76. It took just about a half an hour. The doors work nice. I did question whether some other things should be done and the serviceman replied honestly that they didn't need to be done at this time, which I greatly appreciated. We have had tune-ups done on both doors before for less than $100, so I do question the expense involved. However, the serviceman explained that the rollers he was putting on were top notch, so maybe that was where the added cost came in.

It worked out fine. They came and redid the doors. They were really good. They replaced the rollers. They just did tune up and it was a fair price.

Door has been working well so far. They reinforced the labor is warranted for 1 year from date of service. He explained what he did, tested the door after and was gone in 30 min-45 min.

It went great! They were very easy, came when they said, mailed me the bill. Great!

They completed the work in about an hour. Everything went quite well. Scheduling the Big Deal was excellent. We did it over email. Everything went fine.

The job was done well and quickly. Our garage door is much quieter now, and it works more smoothly. They even caught and addressed a couple of loose bolts on the spring plates. I'm going to need to have the tracks replaced soon since they are rusting away, and I'll likely use Adam's again for that service.

This provider was very professional. I was able to have an estimate within one week of calling them and if I had used them for the work, they were scheduling one or two days out. The price was about 15 dollars cheaper than other places I contacted. I did not use this company only as a matter of conveneince, I was otherwise very impressed.

They were fantastic. All that was initially paid for was tune up and roller replacement. The gentleman then went ahead and mounted the safety trigger as we have a new child coming into the family, as well as mounted the garage door opener onto the wall (which had been laying on a ladder next to the door.

He was very thorough and spent a lot of time on it. He explained how to work it now that it's fixed...

It went fine! I was asking all kinds of questions about what type of maintenance I should do and I remember the person being very helpful and say, "Oh! Don't buy this expensive stuff." He told me what to buy for the rollers and the maintenance. I found him very helpful because he was willing to share the knowledge. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I haven't had any problems. I called and he says, "Okay." I must have called early enough before others started calling because I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly and I thought, "Oh! Well, that's pretty good." I didn't find anything wrong with this person, with the service or anything. I haven't had any problems before and I haven't had problems since either. It was pretty quick!

It was very good. I had a squeaky noise and when he was done, the squeaky noise was gone and everything was fine. I was pleased with it. When I called, they called me back and we set up an appointment and they were right on time.

Mike was very punctual and efficient. He diagnosed our door problem, fixed it, and gave us advice of items to be aware of. He replaced the rollers which resulted in a quieter door operation and was done in about 30 minutes. I felt that the Angies List special was worth the price.

I called Mike yesterday and got an over the phone quote for a new garage door. His price was competitive and we scheduled a meeting for today so he could look at my existing door and measure for the new door. Mike arrived on time and fixed my current door within minutes of being here. I told him that we often have issues with our garage and that we do not want to continue to pay repair charges. He was very honest with me and told me that we probably do not need a new door and showed me some quick tips for issue remediation in the future. My husband and I may still pursue a new door but I appreciate Mike's honesty.!

Everything went perfectly. Like I said above, the garage door wasn't working right. It would go part way down, then stop and start going back up. I'd have to press the remote 10 times to get the door to shut. They fixed it up. By replacing the rollers, it's much quieter also. They showed up, showed up on time, they were nice and they did what the said they would do.

Everything went very well. The person who came was both timely and professional. He answered all of my questions and performed the requested services. All-in-all, it was an A+ experience.
