The person on the phone scheduled me right away and was pleasant. The technician who came to my home was personable, explained what he was doing and how it would help. Was very satisfied with this coupon and the service a received.
Description of Work: The service professional came to replace the nylon rollers on my garage door. This greatly helped with the noise factor for the door open and closing. He also helped me to reset the garage code. He was very courteous and helpful to be able to explain what the difference was going to be with the new rollers.

Description of Work: He checked the remote and replaced the battery, oiled all the parts of the overhead garage door opener, and replaced the rollers on the door. This was done in 2 visits as he had to locate rollers that fit my old garage door. The owner was able to find them in TX , had them shipped to his company and did not charge me extra.

 + -1 moreThe rollers were replaced with the nylon rollers. I assume I had steel rollers before. These rollers are much quieter and roll very smoothly. The spring was lubricated and adjusted. I did have him put a new gasket on the door because ours was torn. Didn't want mice to have an entrance this winter. The gasket was extra of course. No big deal. He put everything back together and I am very happy with their service and would certainly use them if required.
Description of Work: Purchased the special garage door tune-up. I set-up the appointment with Mike over the phone. It was for two days out from the day I called. He was kind enough to have the tech give me a call before he came out. I am in and out throughout the day so that was appreciated. When someone tells me between 8am and 4pm I get a bit annoyed because we all lead busy lives and a more specific time is appropriate. Anyway Don the tech did call me 30 minutes before he arrived. Thanks!

Service man was very punctual and polite. He was very knowledgable. He made sure everything worked well right down to the light bulbs in the opener. The garage door has never worked better

Description of Work: They arrived at the exact time they had said they would and quickly fixed the garage door, installing new rollers, etc. It now sounds (or rather doesn't make a sound) like a new door, not like it was going to fall on your head. They were pleasant and efficient.
