Description of Work: I used Adam Overhead Door. They replaced all the rollers on my garage door, they did a check that everything was working properly and they greased everything so it was working smoother.

Description of Work: I contacted two companies from Angie's list requesting information regarding replacing the rollers on our garage door (self diagnosis). A rep called me within the hour. A service tech came out that same day, in spite of the fact that we were in the second day of a big snow storm. He quickly assessed the door operation, and advised that I didn't need new rollers, the ones on the door were fine. He felt a tension adjustment button needed to be increased, and that took are of the problem. He checked the operation of the door a number of times. Total cost was forty dollars.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon for a garage door tune-up. My garage door had not been maintained for the past 10 years. It sounded terrible (a very loud screeching noise) when opening or closing the door. After the service, you can barely hear the door at all. It runs so smoothly and quiet it seems like a new door! The gentleman who performed the service was very professional. He showed up on time, and as he did the tune up he pointed out maintenance items that I could do in the future. He was very polite and did the job in a very efficient manner. I would definitely use this company again, and would highly recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: I rarely if ever purchase this type of service, meaning preventative service. I always wait until the item has broken. This was a great purchase and probably extended the life of my garage door by years. Adam's Overhead Door service representative showed up as scheduled and inspected/ adjusted/ treated my garage door. It had been very screechy loud and at times unresponsive to the signal from the garage door opener. When service representative left the door was whisper quiet and responding to every open/close signal. It pleases me to this day with its quiet open/close function. Good job.

Description of Work: We bought the Angies deal to have our garage door serviced and have nylon rollers put on. The technician was personable and did a good job. The garage door sounds so much better. I had been so loud and squeaky.

Description of Work: We had a very good experience dealing with this company. They showed up on time for the appointment and got right to work on our garage door. The next week we had a problem closing the door, called the contractor, and he came right over to fix the problem at no extra charge.

Description of Work: The tech replaced all the existing rollers with high quality (bearings) nylon rollers and adjusted a loose left side cable to restore smooth functioning. The issue of the loose cable could have ( would have) become a major problem, but will now be a non-issue. Fast and efficient worker. A trained professional.
